Had a blow out on I-10 just before their exit and less than an hour before their store closed. Brought the tire in to them and the got it changed to a new one in under 5 minutes! Lifesafer! I m from Mobile and would drive back there for regular maintenance because their service was so helpful and prompt. Also great value for the tire I purchased. I d give 6 stars if I could

Jacob and his crew are wonderful. I went in had a major problem got it resolved and was on my way. Love the price love the people. Loyal customer for three years. Never disappointed. All my automotive needs met by them. My whole family comes to Jacob.

I dealt with Albert in the office and he was great to work with, he answered all my questions. I also want to recognize Matt (Big Country) for being extra careful installing 14 ply tires on my rv rims. It was a task, but he took the time to carefully install them. Appreciate doing business with these gentlemen.

I got there at 0800, needed an oil change and tire rotation. They got my car in ultra fast. They informed me that my front brake pads were worn extremely low (which I already knew) so they quickly took care of that for me too. I received a nice military discount and was out the door by about 10:00. The staff was friendly and informative. I was advised of another car problem that will need attention in the future and no pressure to fix it by the service team. It was my lucky day. You won't always get such fast service because of how many might have gotten there before you, but the service is great once you get it.

The very professional and caring people at Delta Tire were able to find the nail in my tire and relace the tire with a new one in a timely manner, at a reasonable price. I will definitely use them again if the need should arise.

I had a flat tire yesterday morning. Took it off and put my spare on. The flat tire, I aired back up and I found the hole. I took it to delta tire around 1 pm. They said it wouldn t take long and they call when it s done. They close at 6 so I called them at 5(4 hours later for a flat tire). The manager says oh you re the next one in line so thinking I m the next one bc they put it to the side until I call so I go ahead and ride up there bc patching a tire only takes 20 min max. The manager was a little careless and was super short handed (only 2 workers+manager). The workers were aggravated and I most definitely could see why. The workers helped me get the tire back on and I told them I greatly appreciate it. The workers were real nice but the manager was a little rude in his choice of words maybe bc I m 19 so kind of young but I def would rather someone else in his place maybe that s why their short handed?

Great service. Friendly and fast! Delta World Tire is by far the best place to go for any tire/ wheel issues or replacement. Highly recommend.

On a drive from Pensacola to Slidell to visit my family and make cookies for the holidays and my car started feeling way off, the steering wheel was wobbling and I had no choice but to exit. My daughter looked up a tire store and we found Delta World. From the moment we arrived, I felt at ease. Ronnie took my keys and took it for a drive to see what was wrong. He pinpointed the problem and had a solution quickly without trying to sell me a bunch of things I didn t need. We were back on the road safely in about an hour. I highly recommend these guys, they will take care of you. If I find myself in Biloxi again and having car troubles, I know where to go. Thank you guys!

I am a LONG TIME customer. Absolutely, love and trust DWT. I m disappointed at my last visit (Dec 2023), got my car back, repaired as promised, faster than I expected. My disappointment came after I got home. I found the jack compartment and under deck compartment contents all in my back area of the SUV. Also, the contents of my glove box was destroyed, some in the glove box, most on the floor. Come to find out they were looking for the anti thrift lug nut tool. Which they did not return. It was left a complete mess and took my time the following day to go there and have them hunt and fit many different lug nut tools to my vehicle to find the one for my car. I hope in the future their employees take better care and concern for my vehicle bc I will use them just pay better attention to the vehicle before I leave the shop.

Manger is useless, I needed to get two tires put back on the rim so I could get home, store closes at 5pm I get there at 4:45pm and he said no one could help me. Never even got out of his seat. He looked out of shape and clinically obese fromLack of physical activity. Do not no go the oa store if you want good service

I came in early Wed. morning for tire rotation. One tire had a nail in it, they took care of everything very quickly. Excellent service, they get my business.

I went there for them to fix the valve stem on on of my tires they took no time at all to welcome me and too handle the problem. Just a matter of a few minutes and I was on my way. Thank you.

I WAS THERE AS THE BUSINESS OPENED. THEY WENT RIGHT TO WORK ON MY VEHICLE! AND DIDN'T FIX THINGS THAT DIDN'T NEED FIXING..PER ANOTHER BUSINESS TOLD ME..THANK YOU! ALSO USED A COUPON AND SAVED MORE MONEY! WILL BE DOING MORE BUSINESS AT THIS LOCATION! THUMBS UP GUYS!

I had to have my car towed on a Saturday and was lucky that Delta tire was open. They were efficient, fast and patience and if I have to have car work done again, I will certainly take it to this repair shop.

Bernard was a huge help at first with a quote and later when vehicle was brought in by working in timely manner. Mechanic who did the work did an excellent job with repairs. Highly satisfied by their professionalism

Took good care of the car and love the text app for explaining in detail what was done also had pictures and videos of items that were checked and things that were done. Great friendly staff, and fair prices. My favorite part of the oil change is the inspection done. They have always made sure my vehicles are taken care of.
