Excellent service always. Have been a customer for years and always receive the best service one could ask for. Went there Saturday noon just to see if I could get my oil changed. Yes no problem. Give me an hour was the reply and it was done in less than an hour.Customer service is great always.Thank you for great service!

Delta World Tire is the only place I will go for tires for my 5 cars. They also provide other services and every time I have had a car serviced by them it has been done perfectly and is ready on time. The staff is very friendly, courteous and competent. They go out of their way to make me feel special. (I have a feeling that everyone gets this treatment.)When I walk in I see comfortable seating in a clean attractive environment. If one chooses to stay while their vehicle is being serviced, they can sit or look through the windows and see their car being serviced.I have exotic cars. One can not typically take such cars to an ordinary repair shop. This one installed a special lift that accommodates exotic cars.These are the reasons I give Delta World Tire 5 stars.

I highly recommend this location. Stopped in for an emergency tire repair and it was done quickly and courteously even though it was almost closing time. We left and they called saying my fiancee left her purse, they waited past closing time for us to return and were very friendly. We very much appreciate the great service. Thank you

They were friendly and very helpful! They started on my car almost immediately. I initially went in to get my oil changed but ended up having the brakepads and rotors replaced too once they showed me how bad the damage actually was. They even rotated my tires and patched up the flat. All in all, I'm very satisfied with their work

My husband, Andre and I own and operate a small transportation company. Recently, on one of our busiest days we suddenly had a flat, the rear inside tire of a dually, no less. Andre called Jason Eaton, since we usually do business at the Orange Grove store. Jason told him to take it to the Popps Ferry store. He did and they had him back on the road within an hour. These guys are great! Great at their job, great personalities! And now great friends. We will always be back and always recommend their service. Thanks guys!

Brian and team were great and a pleasure to work with. After a frustrating ending with a previous company, Brian quickly found the wheel and tires I wanted for an even better price than I thought I would get. They received them quickly and worked with my every request. Highly recommended!

Staff squeezed me in after a last minute call. My oil change was $30 cheaper than me going to the manufacturer. Staff were very polite and answered all of my question. My oil change was done in a timely manner. There is a welcoming atmosphere here.

3.5 stars. After I paid for changing 4 tires on my car I saw on my receipt that there is a fee for tire protection . While I appreciate the offer I wasn t told about it before I paid that it came with it, or that I would have the option to decline it or not. To automatically added on there and not being told about it before paying is not very upfront and honest. In addition to this, I had to drive my car back to them 3 different times on 3 different days, because the tire light kept flickering. How could it be if they just changed all 4 tires? Each time they checked on the tire light signal, I was told everything is good and I shouldn t see it anymore. Well, then I left and started driving into 30 minutes. The signal light came on again. I was so frustrated that I called them and talked to someone and they told me that maybe it is the signal for the light itself that is broken inside, well, why they didn t look into that when I was there for 3 times? Why?

Nice guys, I guess the work was done correctly- no printouts were shared- alignment. They are however really slow so whatever you need done be prepared to drop it off for the day. 3 stars for turn around time, no offering of printouts, and pricing. They are on the HIGH side.

These guys are awesome. In my opinion customer service. Prices and the quality of work is phenomenal to say the least.Others quoted me over 1k for four tires mounted. These guys less than 600. Check them out before going anywhere else. You'll thank me. And them

My tire blew out on the interstate. I called Delta World Tire and they had a very affordable tire for me. I was also close to one. I drove it there and they took my car to get fixed right away.

I enjoyed working with Frank at the front desk he was helpful, friendly, courteous and kind. He got me the figures I needed and told me when to bring my truck and car in for service. The oil got changed, the tires rotated, and I got a call saying my vehicles were good to go. No mysterious bad wiper blades or other up sells. Thanks guys. I ll be back.

I have used Delta Tire World on Popps Ferry several times. For this review, I changed out 4 tires on my truck. I wanted specific tires so they had to order them since they didn't have any in stock. The tires were delivered a couple days later and I was sent a text as soon as they arrived. I wasn't able to just drop off my truck so I had to wait. They were able to fit the tire change in-between jobs and was finished in less than an hour. Everyone has always been courteous and helpful and today was no different. The price was very competitive as well. I initially was shopping at other locations but no one could beat their price and it's hard to pass up the fantastic service they provide. I send my thanks. I will be bringing back my wife's car for it's set of new tires as well.

I recently went in to have some tires mounted for my daughter and myself. The service is always excellent! I purchase all my tires from them as well. I've been dealing with them for over 20 years. I would trust no one else.

mixed feelings about my experience. customer service could have been better but the service was quick (mostly because we had to rush them). I asked one of the men who worked at the front desk if they thought they d be done in time enough for me to be able to pick my daughter up on time, in which he replied yes. we even offered to come back in the morning and he insisted that we would be done in time.. however, as it got closer to the time there were still no tires on the car ..ultimately, they finished in time enough for me to leave and pick up my daughter from daycare on time.. (granted we had to remind them a couple of times, and they didn t seem too pleased about the reminders..kind of not answering my questions directly, shaking his head as he walked away when I asked him to confirm that they would finish on time, seeming bothered/impatient, etc.), but they got it done. I feel like they did the best they probably could do, so I guess it was ok.

Delta World Tire has the best customer service that you will find in any tire shop! I had a nail in my tire and brought it to them to be patched and they took care of me. I will definitely be back.

Super fast clean place very knowledgeable staff had me in and out with 30-45mins. Got an alignment on my RHD Evo IV, no one else around could align the car around here. This place did! Thanks again guys! They showed me how bad my car was out of alignment too! I ll definitely be back!

I have not had to purchase tires in over decade. Prior I used Delta World Tire for my other vehicles. When the new vehicle now needing tires I went to inquire on options, price, availability, and when could have it done. The guys I ve not changed and reason I used the prior and continue today just great service and customer service, yes they are two different things. Going to test the new release tires I got over next few weeks and return to have set put on other vehicle if I like. Delta Word just has always treated me good I do recommend them for tires and suspension service!

The most trustworthy reliable cost efficient go to place for most everything for your vehicle! And if they can't fix your issues they will direct you who can! A friend referred them to me about 8 years ago. Highly recommend

Needed oil and filter change in my 22 year old Dodge truck with Cummins diesel. Took a bit longer than I was expecting but not too bad. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again.

The staff is exceptional from the very polite lady on the phone to the rest.they are happy to help you. The lobby and waiting area is clean and comfortable. technicians diagnosis was spot on and was fixed with professionalism. Thank you very much. I highly recommend them.

I went there the Thanksgiving weekend with a 1 inch screw in my tire, they were incredibly busy as you can imagine.They fit me quickly, removed the screw and patched my tire just over an hour after I showed up.As busy as they were I take that as a win.They were very friendly the entire time and didn t try to up charge me at all.I will be coming back when it s time to purchase tires.

I have only good things to say about Delta World Tire. The manager and staff are genuine people and in my opinion put customer first and profit second. Even with no scheduled appointment, they always try to squeeze you in no matter how busy they are. What I have found so profound and sincere is that if they could do a service for you without cost they will. My suggestion to you, if you are ever in need of a service that Delta World Tire can provide, do not hesitate to contact them.
