I was in a car accident and took my car into Caliber Collision to get it fixed. The receptionist Chelsea was just so sweet and inviting. She made me feel at home and that my car would be well taken care of. The insurance company totaled my vehicle, but I chose to owner retain it so Caliber Collision wasn t obligated to fix anything. But when I got my car they did straighten out my bumper and I appreciated it. They were very kind and helpful. I felt they were honest with me about the damage to my car. Hopefully I won t need them in the future, but I will definitely use them in the future for any car body repairs. Thank you for the excellent service.

I wrote a lengthy review a few minutes ago and it disappeared! To summarize:Someone hit my Porsche 91- Turbo S and ran.A not happy me drove to Caliber Collision in Biloxi. This is the only body shop I trust.Walking in I am always greeted by Chelsea s beautiful smiling face and competence. She is smart sweet and very efficient. Not only that but she got my deductible substantially reduced! Who does that??!!? Well she did!I have 5 cars and would not take them anywhere else. Of course no one wants to need a body shop for repairs. But if you do, This is the right place to go. You will be treated with kindness, understanding and most importantly, your car will be repaired promptly and perfectly. As an exotic car owner, I must be extra careful with whom I trust my car repairs. My insurance company also trusts this company.Caliber Collision goes out of their way to make sure I am happy.Thankfully they are right down the street.

Had a small fender bender and came here for some help, Bevan came out and took a look and was able to take care of the issues with my car and the other. He was able to buff out the panel with no issue and we went on our way. Thank you for your help.

The receptionist is awesome other than that worst experience I've had at an auto body shop in my life. I understand parts can take a while to get in but I drive a Honda CRV and a lady hit my front passenger side, they had my car almost 3 months.(not including the month I had to wait to bring my car to them after intial consulate) I don't understand Why they didn't order the part ahead of time when they already knew what parts they would need since they had me come in ahead of time. I used to work for a dealership I know that parts are returnable if for some reason I had chose to go with someone else, my insurance, who they have a relationship with was paying for the repairs, The part that really made me mad was three different people telling me they would call me and let me know when it would be ready after me waiting over two months patiently and all three people I had to contact after giving them extra days from when they said they would contact me. I've worked customer service my whole life, and I'm usually not one to complain, but it was a horrible experience. On top of that I got an email saying my car was ready I Had to get my work schedule changed so I would have a ride to get my car while they were open. When I arrived, they said oh no, your car is not ready that's just a standard email that goes out after so long. Well, why don't you update it so it doesn't go out or at least call or send a second email letting someone know not rearrange their life to come get a vehicle That's still not ready. Promised to call me and give me an update, they didn't. I called a week later The man told me he was looking at all the parts with his own eyes. They had just come in what they were waiting on, and my car would be done by the week of Christmas, at the absolute latest. They still have not called me the first week of January, We called our insurance agent this time. He called over there and they had my car finished the next day Jan. 9th finally, after being dropped off a week before Halloween. So glad I paid insurance for almost 3 months on a car just sitting in their shop, I'm just so thankful my parents had an extra car I was able to borrow and drive during this time Because I can't imagine the money I would've spent on what insurance doesn't cover on a rental or trying to get rides or paying for Ubers. The icing on the cake yesterday was the first day I had my Vehicle back all day, I am a supervisor at Kohl's in the promenade, Drove my vehicle to work no problem, On my dinner break, I drove my car Less than a mile to Walmart gas station, When I came out and went to start my car, it would not start my battery was dead, I'm guessing they had the car on without running the engine while repairing or disconnected My battery And didn't fully recharge it. I'm praying it will hold a Charge now and they haven't ruined my battery. I get a lunch break 30 minutes, By the time I found someone to jump me and dealt with it I was 30 minutes late getting back. Although I didn't get in trouble at work it cost me a half hours pay, on top of the $10 I put in gas in the young man's car who was kind enough to jump me, as a thank you for his time & willingness to help.

The body work was good. The only thing I was disappointed in was that the inside floor and trunk were filthy. I would have thought they would clean up their mess. My car was ready a week earlier than estimated, though.

This is an update on my original review posted 3/6/23. After getting my Highlander back from Caliber, their tech had to come to my house to diagnose why it would not start. Turns out I had a dead battery only a few hours after I got it back home. My vehicle stayed at Caliber from 2/8/23 until 2/23/23, 15 days, because of a delay in getting a part. The battery was disconnected while the repair was being done. I believe my battery was allowed to drain out while waiting to be repaired and subsequently would no longer hold a charge, which forced me to have to purchase a new battery and Toyota batteries are not cheap. Note that I had no problem with my battery when I took it to Caliber. When I ask Mr. Harris if Caliber would share in this cost, he told me he would have to get it approved by upper management. It is now five months later and I am still waiting to hear back from him. I guess I already have my answer, huh? Just beware if you have to leave your vehicle for an extened period of time. I learned a good lesson from this experience and I sure hope Caliber did as well.UPDATE: After this post 2 months ago, Jerry at Caliber, Popps Ferry Road, reached out to me. He informed me that he had submitted my invoice for the cost of my new Toyota battery to their corporate office and I should expect payment from them. I'm happy to say that I did receive reimbursement from Caliber for the battery! I would like to say that I never had a problem with the quality of repair work they did on my Highlander, it was first rate. I would highly recommend them! I want to give a big shout out to Jerry, and Chelsea, who were so gracious and helpful to me in resolving this issue!

We were extremely satisfied with everyone! Chelsy was an absolute sweetheart. Dave was very kind & helpful. They kept in touch with me during the whole process & answered every question I had. They also made sure I got in & out of a rental car. The body shop men (Ronnie Wilson) did an exemplary job on our vehicle. It looks brand new. They went above & beyond to make sure we were taken care of! I highly recommend leaving your vehicle in their care!Service: Body & Trim
