This was my first visit to Bob Boyte Chevrolet service department and I am more than satisfied with the visit. Setting the service appointment was a pleasant experience - friendly and professional.The service itself was fast and everything was explained fully in a very professional manner. The overall feeling I have was that everything, including the service bay, was clean and efficient and I have found my new 'car doctor'.

Chase Carver did an excellent job of making the buying of our Equinox the most pleasant and enjoyable experience. He enabled us to make an informed decision on a vehicle that fit our needs and wants. A very personable young man and I would highly recommend him and Bob Boyte Chevrolet. Jillian Banden was also so pleasant to interact with.

Jeannie Bigler did a fantastic job. She took my son in knowing that his parents were not with him when looking for a car. She brought him in the store and showed him cars from the internet within his budget. Never pushed a deal and taught him a lot. When he left he called and had to tell us all about his experience and that he believed he found a car within his budget. Later that day he returned with is parents in tow. Jeannie took her time with us, showed us the car and found a way to answer all our questions while never pushing for the sale. As a parent I cannot thank her enough for taking my son in and helping him the way she did. Once it was all said and done, Casey got his car, Jeannie got her sale, and mom and dad felt blessed with the help and support she gave my boy where most people would not have taken him serious and not have helped him. Thank you

Brought my car in to be inspected for an upcoming trip Max got me checked in quickly, kept me up to date with what was going on and the service tech made sure my car was good to go. Was in and out in a reasonable amount of time and pricing was fair. Always a pleasant experience with a professional staff!

I would like to address the inconvenience caused by Ray Brandt Chevrolet during our car buying process. Despite our adherence to their requests, including securing insurance and adding XM services to the vehicle, we encountered a setback on the scheduled pick-up day. Additionally, we had arranged a tint appointment based on the presumed pick-up time.While unforeseen circumstances are inevitable, the lack of consideration for the inconvenience caused leaves me unsettled. With 14 years of experience in the financial industry, including roles as a Finance Manager, it is disheartening to witness the treatment of paying customers. Our commitment to engaging with the general manager of Ray Brandt Chevrolet should not have rendered our monetary contributions seemingly insignificant. A more thoughtful approach to customer service would have been greatly appreciated.Attempting to contact the general manager to discuss our overall experience proved challenging. Despite expressing our satisfaction with the salesperson, the general manager's defensive demeanor hindered constructive conversation. Our intention was to provide feedback on our car-buying journey and express our contentment with the sales process.Throughout the discussion, the general manager was resistant, preventing us from articulating our perspective. We specifically wanted to address the inconvenience caused by the miscommunication regarding the car's readiness, especially considering we reside 35 minutes away and the challenges of taking time off, particularly for military personnel.Upon mentioning my military status and the difficulties in taking time off, the general manager's response was dismissive, citing his veteran status. While acknowledging his service, it was disheartening that he disregarded the multiple inconveniences associated with our car purchase. Such an approach lacked consideration for the challenges we faced and was inconsistent with the level of professionalism expected from a general manager.In conclusion, there is a clear need for improvement in Ray Brandt Chevrolet's customer service. Interestingly, when we visited to ensure the voiding of the check, both individuals we interacted with appeared welcoming and accommodating, in stark contrast to our initial car-buying experience. It raises questions about the inconsistency in their approach and leaves room for reflection on how such positive engagement could be consistently applied throughout the entire customer journey.Not to mention we originally were looking to buy one used car, we ended up driving over an hour to another dealer and loving the experience so much we ended up buying not one, but two brand new cars from them.

Took my Tahoe in for service. These folks know how to treat a customer and believe in customer service. They know their jobs, are polite, glad you're there, and go out of their way to make your visit pleasant and you feel heard.They'll have my business for a long time coming.

So I started out by meeting Logan on Facebook when he stated he had a vehicle for sale at Ray Brandt Chevrolet. All awesome he was responsive, personable. Crossed all the T's for us. It was gonna be a quick sale because I already had my own financing. So fast forward, car was getting serviced, detailed etc. All the things that needs to be done before the car heads out. When we started the process, the car had only been on the lot for 5 days. When we went to go sign papers, etc . The car came back with a check engine light. No problem, they were going to fix it of course. Let's jump to Ms Jillian their finance manager. We go into her office, she asks for us to call our bank, not a problem- we jump right on. She wanted me to sign papers but I wanted to make sure everything was okay before I signed anything. So she then went and asked us to leave her office because she had another customer waiting. She stated, " I thought this was going to be a quick sale, that's why I brought you back" asked us to leave. Wow okay! Cool. So I'm definitely fuming at this moment because she absolutely had not manners or regard to customers who are purchasing a car just like the customer was after us! Now mind you there was only two customers in the dealership at this time. In the mist of all of this, The customer she had, needed to make a phone call as well. So she made us leave just for that guy to come out on the phone to make sure his loan was paid off.Okay so today, this is three days now of trying to make the most simplist purchase of a car. We were dissatisfied with the care and mannerism of Jillian. So we wanted to speak to the general manager. And by golly that was just as worse. The minute my spouse received his phone call, he immediately started talking loud and over her. Being completely defensive and wouldn't even give her the opportunity to talk. Ray Brandt Chevrolet's General manager stated "well you must not know how this business works" now mind you my spouse has a bachelor's in finance and would run circles around Ray Brandt Chevrolet's finance manager. Over 12 years in the business! Your business would go from a low volume dealership to a dealership in high demand. And I say that with the utmost confidence. Because that's what she does. And never in her years has she ever dealt with another finance manager that was so distasteful in her work. And how she handled us. I'm not sure because it was a cash sale that she wasn't making any on the back end. But had she knew what she was doing. And been knowledgeable. She could have made money easily on the back end.And to say all of this. They have my check in hand all ready to be purchased until I had to message Logan and say we weren't going to move forward because the way we were treated. In the beginning the good outweighed the bad. But when the actual general manager returned our phone call and the way he spoke with my spouse was unnecessary and so unprofessional. You, the general manager at Ray Brandt Chevrolet could have saved that sale. After all that was your employees money essentially. The General manager for Ray Brandt Chevrolet was defensive and dismissive, hindering any chance of constructive dialogue. Despite our readiness to proceed with the purchase, their lack of professionalism and customer-centric approach forced us to reconsider.Logan was amazing, he is everything you would want out of a salesman. I still really want the car, but I can't give my money to people that don't value their customers, their time or just bed side manner. Well in their case, car side manner.I'm sorry Logan. We do appreciate you as a salesman. We value respectful and transparent transactions, and unfortunately, Ray Brandt Chevrolet failed to meet those expectations.

Nice waiting room and beautiful cars in the showroom. The staff were very efficient and courteous. I am from KY on vacation,and I drove from Waveland to Biloxi for the service..It was a good decision to do so!

I stopped by this dealership while on vacation for an oil change and experienced awesome service. The female attendant was so knowledgeable and friendly. She got us in and out promptly and provided overall excellent service. We will gladly visit this dealership again.

The kindness I encountered upon arrival was fantastic. I was not even sure I was going to find a car when I got there and the salesman was so patient and kind. We were looking at a few cars as we were talking and all of a sudden we knew exactly what I was looking for and he took us over to look at it and even though it was not blue and he tried to find a blue one for me, I am still very satisfied.

JB is the DEFINITION of what a car salesman should be! You other salesmen take notes. He was HONEST, listened to what I was needing in a vehicle and my price range. He literally handpicked the perfect vehicle. Was very knowledgeable about the car, and answered my questions straight forward. All while providing the kibd of Southern Hospitality thst made me feel like I was visiting family instead of the stress of buying a car!

The best by far!! Thanks Ray brandt Chevy for fixing my 2016 impala I received the best service from these ppl.. it runs better and all Thanks to Max the service advisor he really worked with me thru the whole ordeal on finding out the problem with my car.. unlike the last chevy dealership they over charged me and still my car wasn t fixed The guys at Ray Brandt did an excellent job.. I would recommend this place for all your Chevy needs thanks again Ray Brandt Chevy

The sale of my 2023 78K. Silverado was great. The service department is awful, 7 weeks and counting on a repair. Two fuel lines (GM Parts) on back order, with NO relief in site. Loaners are all out, I know why.

Had to get an airbag recall on my Avalanche looked at. The service staff was very professional and prompt on getting me taken care of!!! If you're lookin to buy a new vehicle ask for Rashad Culberson! Very top notch guy!

Brought in my 2019 GMC Sierra for a transmission check-up and was told it was going out and they tried to sell me their service and all that entails on their end. I was charged $180 dollars and could not get a code print out of their findings from their computer. After a front end alignment at Pep Boys and a $50 drive belt from O'Reilly's, my 4 year old truck is running much better. Will warn others to steer clear of this dealership as they are deceitfuly trying to sell services people do not need.

This place is amazing!! I brought my camero in to have the ignition checked. The employees are so friendly and willing to Help. MAX GRUICH is outstanding. He has great communication, customer service skills. He went over and beyond to get us a great price. They were very prompt abut gettig car in and out!! Everyone here is just phenomenal!! I definitely will be back!!

Received excellent repairs to my 2021 Traverse after receiving the Battery Light indicator. Battery Saver Active warning. Out of warranty at 58k miles we had our Chevy towed to Ray Brant Chevy in Biloxi, MS. They found the battery bad and replaced for 400 dollars. Unfortunately this didn t fix the problem of the Alternator failing for unknown reasons. This was replaced for 800 dollars. The service department was excellent in keeping me informed and we had our Traverse back in 6 days.
