Where to start... took my vehicle there on a Monday and was told it would be done that day... well that didn't happen. so I was willing to leave it till Tuesday. so I pick it up Tuesday pay the 700 dollars and I'm out the door... I kinda expected a discount from them for the inconvenience but didn't complain. so I wait the 5 days for the tint to dry and adhear as I'm planning for a medical appointment in San Antonio as I'm a Disabled Veteran and this is my means of transportation. so as I'm looking at and cleaning the windows I start to find issues. In total I think 1 of the 7 windows is passable as a adequate tint job the rest have contamination as in hair or other debris and damaged tint that was still installed as I'm assuming they didn't think I would see it. Next I found my headliner was torn and dirty handprints all over the headliner. After that I found the rear wiper had been moved and was damaging my paint and the rear sprayer no longer worked as i had all the nozzles and wipers repalced on the 14th with video proof. I also found a door handle that is damaged and I'm guessing the door panel needs to be replaced. So I talk to Scott and he tells me he has a master mechanic coming in that night and to stop by the shop since im leaving town for close to a month and now have no use of my rear wiper... as a mechanic myself for over 25 years I knew the rear wiper motor needed replaced but I brought it in reluctantly. After watching his master mechanic try to use a vise grips and pliers to pull my rear wiper instead of a wiper puller I was aware he would be unable to finish the job. As I was there the mechanics daugher drew a heart into the dust on the side of my vehicle which was cute but damaged my paint. Also having a child in a industrial shop is against a couple of laws and OSHS standars but I digress. So I'm trying to talk with Scott on how to fix the situation he seems dismissive and like his time is to valuable to talk to me because it's his child's birthday. Which I found ironic as I have already had to waste several days going back and fourth with them and for them to fix all my issues I'm sure it will be several days. Along with the unnecessary stress im incurring instead of being able to concentrate on my medical procedure. In total I will probably need 6 or 7 windows redone, my headliner repaired or replaced which I'm going with replaced as it's ripped. Door panel replaced or repaired. Rear wiper motor and sprayer replaced as one of his men smashed the sprayer with a hammer destroying it and loosing part of the spray mechanism itself as the cover was also improperly installed and fell off too. One of the side windows was so scratched I'm sure that may need replaced. and for the paint there is at least 2 spots that were damaged one from wiper scratching the clear and from the child drawing on the right rear quarter. I'm sure as I dig deeper will find more but as of now my 700 dollar tint job has turned into a several thousand dollar repair job along with the windows being absolutely not passable as a even remotely average tint job. I've had vehicles tinted I thing 7 states now and this job was by far the least profession, poorly done and most expensive.

What a professional job! I'm amazed!! And Scott's shop is immaculate, which speaks volumes to me about the quality of his work. He tinted my windows and sprayed in a bed liner in my 2024 Chevy Silverado. I'm very, very pleased and highly recommend this place.

Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable. I've probably had 10 cars tinted there so far and all have come out great. They also do bedliners, ceramic coats, and leather conversions. When I have the money saved up, I want to get my entire Jeep rhino-lined there.

I highly recommend the pros at AXXSTech! DJ did an amazing job on the ceramic coating for my Q7, and I really appreciated the time he took afterwards to explain the process and tips on follow on care. I would absolutely go to them again!

Did an excellent job on my truck, had them do a spray-in bedliner and tint the front windows. Looks like a brand-new truck. Couldn't be more pleased with the service and price point.
