Chris and Gene were wonderful. Chris changed my windshield wipers and refilled my wiper fluids. Saved me during bad weather. Went back a few days later because my headlights went out and discovered the hose to my coolant reservoir was dry rotted and not connected. Gene replaced the lights and the hose pretty quickly. Grateful for the pleasant and efficient service.

I went to Auto Zone this morning barely making in their parking lot. The young man came out checked my car. We went back inside told me what was the issue. I got the part 2 minutes later my car is running great again. Literally, the EASIEST fix ever. I love the guys at the Cedar lake store. He showed me where the part was on my car and I swapped it out. I m a whole girl who knows NOTHING about changing parts but that particular piece is 1 bolt and that s it!! Thank y all so much!!

Issues with store manager left message with District Manager and sent email to corporate to give them a chance to correct situation, maybe this will get attention, definitely don t put customer first anymore, been two weeks not a single phone call back will post further

This store receives my highest praise and thanks. Thanksgiving road trip story time:The girlfriend and I rented an RV and were towing it across country to see family for Thankgiving week. Several hundred miles into the trip we saw the "check engine" light come on. With still hundreds of miles left to travel and several curse words later, we stopped for coffee and a desperately needed restroom break. This AutoZone store happened to be in the same parking lot as the coffee shop and I thought it couldn't hurt to pop in and see if they could do a quick check on our truck.The first thing I noticed was how immaculately clean and organized the store was. When I walk into a place like AutoZone I am not expecting to be blown away by the store's shelf organization, but this store looked like it could have been straight from a movie set. Just pristine.I explained the situation to the staff and they could not have been nicer. They came right out to the truck with the little tool that tells you what code has tripped. The staff had a nice chat with the girlfriend while we waited on the codes.The code was for the O2 sensor and the staff explained what it meant and gave me a printout of information for reference. They explained that it would not put our RV trip in jeopardy and suggested that it would not hurt to buy a fuel cleaner, but that it was optional. I bought two and hit the road.Sure enough, after the next fill-up with the fuel cleaner the check engine light went away and happiness filled the truck. We rode confidently into the sunset (just kidding, we were traveling east that day).I cannot imagine a better experience at an auto parts store. Please shop here as much as you can.

They have what you need when it comes to automotive shenanigans - and if they don't, they can order it. Veteran discounts are available upon proof of service. Go get your veteran emblem at your local DMV!
