I love going here to this location because they know how to get you what you need and they will work with you on it. Good quality parts for reasonable prices friendly service. and Iam earning credits plus taking advantage of the offers they send me. You can do the same and sign up. I give ya 5 Stars s.

Monique is an excellent sales associate at Autozone in Biloxi! She has a friendly and approachable demeanor that puts customers at ease and encourages them to ask questions. She is willing to go the extra mile to help customers find what they need. With her positive attitude and strong customer service skills, Autozone should be proud to have a worker like Monique on staff. She did an excellent job!!

The kindest people work here, I didn t get her name but I am an expecting mother who got very sick right in front of the store, without hesitation the woman who seen me came out and offered me a water. It s people like her who give businesses an excellent name. My boyfriend comes here all the time to get parts and always has a good experience. Thank you so much to the sweetheart inside. Autozone should be extremely proud to have an employee like her! 10/10 recommend this location for all automotive needs.

Had about the best possible experience at our Biloxi, MS AutoZone on Beavoir. Came in looking for transmission fluid but couldn't find exactly what type. I tried endlessly to contact Ford motor company and when I come back into the store, Monique had already accessed the parts department from another dealership and spoke personally with a specialist in the department that she knew. She got the information down for his lick any split and we were on our way. Her and her partner Sandy went above and beyond to help us and they are just amazing! Thank you ladies, y'all rock!!!

I ve lived on the coast for over 20+ years and this has always been by far the WORST auto store on the coast. There may be 1-2 competent people in this store (the older men) but the rest of the store is a bunch of lazy kids who have no idea what they re doing and barely want to work. Go to advanced auto on pass road or the auto zone on pass road in Gulfport. They actually care.

Manager and staff are super helpfull. We had a bunch of questions on several items and they made sure we had all the right answers. They even made sure we had right parts ordered and what we needed to bring back to get the next few things. Even if they didn't have it they told us where we could get it. Way above and beyond!!Will definitely be going back...the slightly higher cost is way worth the outstanding service!!

I purchased a battery at this store today and received superb customer service. I feel terribly I didn't get the name of the young man that assisted me. He went above and beyond installing my new battery and cleaning my terminals. I would like to express my appreciation to him as this made my day! Friendly and knowledgeable with his assistance.

I just want to Thank Mr. Fred Shoemaker for all the help he gave me while I was on vacation when my car overheated. He wasn't able to get me the part I needed but he came outside and fixed my line and I was able to make it back home safe. He has exceptional customer service skills and I couldn't be more pleased by they way he showed them by helping me.

Not very helpful. Walked in there were 4 or 5 employees behind the counter and 2 customers in the store. Waited close to 10 minutes before anyone asked to help me. Than when I asked about my part I was looking for the first person didn't even loon but told me they did not have one. I asked of they would look it up just to see of i could order it. Which she finally did. And what a shock the part is not only able to be ordered but they had 3 in stock.

The engine light turned on in my car and I was panicked because my car was not shifting properly .arrived at AutoZone on 291 Beauvoir Rd, Biloxi, MS because my auto shop was going to charge me $113 for a diagnostic test. Monique gave me a free diagnostic test and Monique walked me through the whole process and help me reprogram my transmission control module using her experience. Thank you, Monique. Thank you auto zone!!!!

Helpful as always & they have a delightful delivery driver who is a definite beneficial employee-cheery, funny, articulate, attractive, & helpful as all get out! If you go to this store make sure to ask for Monica! She's the rare gem in a sea of rhinestones!

I went in there today 2/8/2021 to buy a Simple Key! I could have gotten one in Gautier just a couple blocks from my house, but the guy was so rude to me. This one here had the nicest gentleman and he advised me he was happy to take care of me!!! Kudos to you store 0213

Helpful staff. I am down here for Crusin the Coast and the battery went bad in my car. I had a agm duralast battery that was still under warranty, but they didn't have it in stock. Their associates saved the day and made it right. I'm back on the road and my week is saved!

I usually am not the person to send in ratings, but I was compelled after my recent experience at the Beauvoir location. Management is responsible for setting the tone for subordinates to adhere when greeting customers and establishing rapport. The incident occurredon Saturday, Sep 19 at 2.30. I was immediately responded to in a very harsh, abrasive manner by an employee as I was attempting to return an item which was unopened and purchased yesterday, exactly yesterday Sept 18th. I had the receipt and the worker refused to give me a refund from a purchase I made yesterday, The receipt was in hand but I was refused unless I had the card in which the purchase had been made. I too indeed had the card as I was ready to hastily leave the location. The manager, my assumptions, Loni appeared and also validated the worker that I would need the card even though I had my receipt from the previous day. I was told this change had been implemented yesterday. This is not the policy as long as there is a valid receipt refunds are given within a designated time parameter. I was profiled and violated and I will tell others of my experience and never patronize this location. I truly hope that this location has not started implementing assumptions based on perception as this would be a bad business move. As a consumer as Iong as I follow protocol of an establishment personal assumptions or biased judgement should never occur.R Blake

The young man that helped me was really helpful, although they can't physically change, or fix parts on your vehicle anymore, he went out of his way to pop my hood, and show me what to do.
