Absolutely pathetic I ordered a part that was in stock for same day home delivery cause the vehicle wouldn t run without and called to see where it was and they said it s there at the store when It was in stock at the first place don t not mess with these conartist now I m out the money for the refund until it hits my card and money for the new part

Everytime I go here the employees are right there, ready to help me with anything I might be needing whether it's a part or a price on one. They even printed me out prices and info on a certain part I was looking to buy. They are really great guys and super helpful!

Extremely nice people! My last experience there was great! Jordan and Haley were very knowledgeable and experienced in the tools and parts I needed to get my job done. Thank you Roxanne for helping me on all my odd projects and being so nice and patient with me!! Thank you Autozone and staff!!!

They gave me a transmission stick that is looks like it would fit a diesel anyway and I think it made me ruin my transmission because it wasn't reading this big old stick that I bought. It won't even fit all the way down a friend told me this yesterday the first time I tried it it didn't show up no transmission fluid and I didn't know it was supposed to go all the way down even though I did try to get it way down in there it just would not go. Now to get my car fix is going to be like $2,000 all because they sell me the wrong transmission stick.

My sister's headlamps had burned out suddenly and we went there to replace them. It was dark and rainy. The man who sold her the headlamps didn't come help her put them in even though she asked for help and he said he would be right there. She changed them herself in the dark and rain. I thought they were supposed to help, especially if you asked them to. Every time I've ever bought any type of lamp there they have helped me put them in. I guess I was just lucky it wasn't dark or raining... Poor customer service to say the least!

A few people are friendly here but only one person came out to help me in the many times I've shopped here. One person a man was so rude and him or no one else came out to help me the day I couldn't get a fuse outta my car. He said he had just a few seconds or minutes til he clocked out so he wasn't going out. But he did hand me a pair of pliers so I could get it out myself even though I couldn't ( new pliers) that wasn't paid for. It's sad how low graded people like that are. However Fulton, Ms Autozone people are very helpful and curtious and will do whatever they can to help people inside the store or outside with their vehicle. Thank you Fulton Autozone employees for being kind and helpful.
