They have taken great care of me as a customer and taken great care of my car. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The overall top reason I recommend them is the fact that the service department schedules appointments and then sticks to that schedule. Every other dealership I have used in the past keeps you waiting. At the other dealerships that I ve used, even if you have an appointment, it may be an hour or more before they actually bring your car into the bay for service. The service department at Pride Hyundai, keep to their schedule and takes your car to the bay within about 15 minutes after arrival. This is extremely important to me as I drive over an hour from home to have my car serviced. In my most recent visit, the service department went above and beyond and I am overwhelmingly appreciative! Highly recommend Pride Hyundai!

My fiance received an unsolicited call about this dealership after receiving one of those stupid scratch and win mailers(which like most of you we just threw to the side). After being informed she was a "large cash prize winner" by the individual on the phone who aired her it would be worth the drive, she took time off from her only day off during the week to drive from Hernando to Batesville(about a 30 minute drive) to end up winning $3(that's three). That won't barely cover the gas for the drive there. But they told her she could use the $3 as a down payment(I'm sure she could***rolling my eyes***). So even when I am in the market for another vehicle, it won't be with a company that has no moral standards and uses despicable "bait and switch" tactics to lure in potential customers by straight up lying to them. Hopefully this will also discourage anyone else from falling victim to this unconscionable ploy by a company that apparently is struggling so much that they have to perform stints like this to get people in the door.

Kept calling me me trying to promote their prize giveaway. I asked many times how the prize system worked. If there was a possibility I drive all the way out there to only win a dollar or two. The lady on the phone kept avoiding answering that question and kept hyping up the prizes. Made it seem like it was worth the hour worth of gas I'd spend going here. I won $1... just like I was concerned about and tried to avoid. Shady tactics just to get you out there. Makes me wonder how their sales actually are.

if i could give less stars i would. Pride Hyundai is probably the worst car place ive ever dealt with. i was quoted that my car would be repaired in 3 weeks back in MAY. ALMOST SIX MONTHS AGO!!! every time i call its soon, we started looking at it, itll be done soon, its going in the shop this week, the service tech will call you, we will have an update next week BUTS ITS YET TO BE TOUCHED. IVE YET TO RECIEVE A SINGLE CALL. i call weekly, sometimes multiple times a week with no information, no updates, more false promises to keep me quiet. im so tired of it. i lost my job because i lost my car. my young daughter is behind on her vaccinations because i cant get her to her doctor. i live in a dangerous area and i am walking everywhere i need to go for the last 6 months. im out thousands paying for a car i cant even drive.also my battery is completely dead and my brand new tires are low. found that out back in AUGUST.

Thank you Ken Greer Sr. for being a wonderful salesman! Ken was SUPER NICE. Ken went over and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and drove off the lot with the vehicle I wanted! I went for a vehicle I was interested in, and Ken gave me an even better choice! I appreciate you. If you are looking for a vehicle go see Ken at Pride Hyundai because he definitely takes pride in his job! Keep up the good work Ken, I hope your hard work doesn't go unnoticed!

Pride I will be reporting you all to the Better Business Bureau. Yall attitudes are very nasty now Mrs.Pride don't want to answer her phone. I've purchased 2 vehicles and I sent people to you all who has purchased their vehicles. All my insurance company is asking what is the cause of the code so now yall don't know. Never again.

I was traveling in Water Valley when I got a recall notice on my ABS system on my Tucson. I was able to quickly make an appointment online for a service appointment at Pride. It was super easy to find, and they had me in and out within an hour. They've got a quiet, clean and comfy waiting room as well... All in all a great experience. Highly recommend.

If you plan on coming to this dealership go ahead and make that drive somewhere else. This is my second time here and I didn t even wanna come because the one I usually go to is 2 hours from here at home. First of all they ask you to be here at a certain time, you come and they tell you they on lunch so why give me that time? Okay understood. I m patient person until you been sitting up here 1-5pm and your car been in the same spot for all 4 them hours. I came for a SIMPLE oil change and being told my car has recalls now it s being connected to a computer at 4:15. It s unprofessional and I fortunately I got unprofessional back. All these good reviews had to have came from somebody that was pressed to leave one just how I assume they pressing folks to buy these cars cause I don t trust them with oil change let alone with a purchase of car. One person has left since I been here. Keep in mind I been here since 1:00pn. Don t come here

Ken Greer Sr. was my salesman and he was truly a joy to work with. It's rare to find a car salesman who is honest and genuinely cares about the person he is selling to. He will be honest and won't try to put you in something that is outside your budget. He is in the business of building rapport, not selling the highest priced car for selfish reasons. Outside of my salesman, the general manager and financing team were great too! I would absolutely recommend using Pride Hyundai for your car buying needs.

Charisma and kindness goes a long way in the sales industry, unfortunately that was not my experience with Pride Hyundai. The beginning of my contact began on a Saturday with multiple tries with no answer or call back from any department. I finally was able to get someone to answer on Monday. I spoke with two gentlemen there who were less than friendly. Had the men I talked to been nice and helpful, I would have been more willing to stretch my budget especially after a few days of thought. I still haven t purchased what I m looking for, and would have reached back out of them to make a deal if it had been a pleasant experience. I d recommend you going to Memphis if you are looking for a Hyundai.

This is not a dealership that I would recommend to anyone. I'm pretty disappointed after two incidents. I could bash them and go into detail, but I won't.I just highly recommend to take your time and money to another dealership that is genuine and/or doesn't come across that they're hurting financially. I understand that we're in a time that everyone is hurting financially when it comes to their business, but you can be genuine and not come across as desperate while doing so.

Thanks again and anyone who is intimidated by the car buying process couldn't go wrong here!!!I have to say that Ken is the the most straight forward person I have ever worked with. This was the easiest time I have ever had. I highly recommend coming here for anyone who wants to buy a car!I write this post script the following morning after reading my earlier remarks and finding them not have conveyed the deep sense of satisfaction and even admiration for the hospitality and support received form literally the moment we pulled up. I say this after have started the day somewhere near by and had literally not even been greeted the entire time we waited. After grabbing lunch we (my wife and I) decided to check out Pride's. I don't think I've ever been luckier. Once again thanks again and anyone who is intimidated by the car buying process couldn't go wrong here!!!

Great service experience at Pride Hyundai with replacing my tires. The staff was exceptional. The service manager picked up my car, replaced the tires and I got a ride to the dealership to make my payment. I highly recommend the service department. I love my vehicle purchased at Pride, and my next vehicle will be purchased from this dealership.

Horrible place to even be in business, may God have mercy on the whole staff including the owner Mrs. Pride your gonna need it. You ppl should be ashamed the way you all conduct business I don't see how the dealerships has even survived as long as it has

We brought my 2016 Santa Fe here twice for the same problem that they didn't fix the first time and were charged a diagnostic fee twice. Not only that, but everyone we dealt with on the phone was unprofessional and could care less about our problems. We won't be back here again.

I've never had anything but good luck woth pride. Last Saturday i had a flat and only need some air and instead of the nice freindly people ive always run across there . i was greeted by a person who basically told me that i need to go somewhere else so i ruined a tire and wasted another 3 hours messing with Wal-Mart to get a tire. So the next car i by wont be from them and i wont have any more good things to say about them. Just because you not dressed like a million dollars doesnt mean your broke. But being treated like a second rate citizen does go along ways when you are thinking about who to buy the next car from.

Great customer service and very nice people. I went in for what I thought was the problem was actually not the problem. They helped and provided me with everything I needed. 10/10 I recommend!!
