Tanner under promised and over delivered on the repair of my vehicle. I was beyond impressed about the timeliness of the service at Hallmark Ford. Was expecting a week, and done the next time. I highly recommend Hallmark Ford for any and all of my Ford Service needs moving forward.

The two people name Andy and tanner powell that work in the service department needs to be fired and replaced immediately! They both have attitudes and doesn't mind NOT helping certain people. Tanner really needs to be replaced because he thinks his job is untouchable. When I took my vehicle there in May, it supposed to have been fixed and now it's October and my vehicle is still not fixed. Several trips and still not fixed. When asked to explain my issue, tanner got an terrible attitude with me. And Andy act like, I was hurting him by asking tanner a question. It's ridiculous people working with the public act this way.

I brought my Vehicle into the Halmark Ford Service Depart on June 26 2023 with the Promise by Service Manager Tanner, that I would have my vehicle repaired by July 3 ( in Time for July 4 holiday travel) I checked back on June 29 ,after seing my Truck still parked outside and was given the same repair schedule. I knew that Tanner told me that the repair job takes about 4 hours so I expected him to tell me it would be ready later than expected ( but he stuck to the same fictitious schedule) not only did my date change, my Quote went from $1800 -$2100 on June 26 to $4300 - $6800 on July 10 ( 12 days AFTER I brought it in) !! Totally dissaponting and dissatisfying experience to deal with and then have to pay an anoying $171 for a dianostic that I didnt even request, I really would like to know if this is normal business practice for Halmark Ford . I do not mind being contacted because there has to be a better explanation for this than what I was given. I have since taken the vehicle to Cannon Ford in Cleveland and the Service manager there has kept me informed all the way and the price is very reasonable at $1600. Iam NOT angry just Totally disappointed and dissatisfied

Update: We've purchased four vehicles from Hallmark Ford to date and will continue to purchase from them. Fantastic service!Original review: We've purchased two vehicles from them thus far and both purchases went smoothly and quickly. Travis and Chad made the process painless and answered all our questions. I'd recommend them to others for sure.

I have two ford vehicles in good shape a 2018 and 2012. Every time I have taken them in to be serviced wether it be an oil change or recall or whatever I have to take it back because something else was damaged or not put back together properly and it ends up costing me more money because obviously my fault and not theirs! Do not get your vehicle serviced here just go to Oxford and save your time and money!

I took my mother their on October 10&11. And the Saleman Larry had very Nasty Attitude& customer service October 10. Me personal I wouldn t buys vehicle from them but my mother wanted it & October 11. I called by about the price of the vehicle because the mileage was high he yell on the phone so I called back to speak to a manager & I did he was No better they lied about the oil change me& my mother had to ask for a oil change I will Ever take anyone to them again in life & the bad part the banker was on the phone listening & didn t want us to deal with that CAR Lot.

Called service to get a f650 worked on, they asked the weight and I told them the weight. They said they could work on it so I made an appointment a month early. Dropped it off and asked again could they work on it and they said they could. Then 2 weeks later I get a call saying they can't work on it it's too big. If I would have been told at drop off or even a day or two later wouldn't have been so bad but 2 weeks then I have to find someone to work on it fast. Poor service.

We purchased a vehicle there from Paul. We arrived at a fair price quickly (but the paperwork took a while). We now take both our Fords there for service. For routine service they are competitive in price with local mechanics but turn around the cars faster than local mechanics or another Ford dealer with no appointment. They have handled 2 recalls courteously and completely. Mack and Betsy in service are pleasant and professional.

I recently purchased my third truck from Hallmark Ford and it was a pleasure to do business again with them. Jimmy went above and beyond to make sure the purchase went as smooth and easy as possible! The whole experience at Hallmark during all three purchases was fantastic and I will only buy my trucks from Jimmy and Hallmark Ford. Excellent dealer!!

This place has caused me a great deal of grief! My boyfriend tried to surprise me by getting power steering recall fixed on my 2008 Ford Escape but turned out recalls are not free. After hearing that they had my truck and it was ready to be picked up, I was told upon arrival that it was going to cost me $198.00 mind you this is after two months of not having my only form of transportation. Which has cost me a job.. not to mention my livelihood. I was unaware that you could charge someone for a safety recall, secondly how is it possible to hold someone s vehicle on a bill due, when in fact legally I have not given MY CONSENT. Nor have I signed or authorized anyone to do anything else to my truck for that matter! I didn t even have a clue about what was happening until after the fact. I could be wrong here but I was under the impression that you were supposed to authorize work to be done to your vehicle before anything outside of the recall was done. I know I never gave my consent and I never signed one thing on, in or around that office that has my signature or authorization giving consent for anything, much less knowledge my truck was even there to begin with!

Bought my first ford truck from here, extremely great service and extremely personal service. I know how most dealer may try to get enough money to the point that they screw a customer over, but hallmark never did this to me. I decided to switch from GM model trucks after it had caused me problems and I ve never been happier with my decision. Anytime I need an oil change or tire rotation I always bring my truck to hallmark, becuase I am confident they will do it right the first time.

Words wouldn t be enough for me to express how I appreciate all the staff at Hallmark Ford. They received me as a member of their family. The administrative assistant at the service center was so nice to me. My car broke down on the highway, the way she talked to me really lifted me up! She gave me an excellent reception and a great deal afterwards. For Travis, a sales representative there, I think he was an angel sent to me by God at that time of need. He understood my condition, talked to me as his brother, motivated me, gave me ride to a hotel nearby to spend the night and even amazed me with his generosity. In fact, I highly recommend Hallmark Ford to y all!!!! Best dealership ever visited thus far!!!

I started taking my Ford Fusion to Hallmark after moving to Batesville 3 years ago and have had nothing but great experiences. Their service team is friendly and helpful and always make me feel right at home while I am waiting for repairs. Their sales staff has also been helpful with any questions I've had regarding trading in my car and purchasing a new Escape. I look forward to doing more business with Hallmark in the future and highly recommend them to other Ford customers

I called to check on availability of an suv I found online, and talked to George. When I got to the dealership he had it ready for me to test drive, and I wanted it. I told him where I wanted to be with a car payment and he made it happen!!! He understood my situation, and even helped entertain my 4 year old while waiting to do paperwork. We were there no longer than an hour and a half. We will be back because of how courteous George was. I highly recommend going to him to purchase your next vehicle!!!

This is the only place we will ever do business again!! I trade in every two years and all these guys make the buying experience easy and stress free. I've even made a call from work and picked my new car up after work. You will always get treated like a VIP at Hallmark. Go see for yourself!!

While on a road trip from AL to MN an alert sensor came on. We stopped at Hallmark Ford at 4:30 on a Friday. They checked out our car right away and didn't charge us anything to do so. They were very friendly and helpful! Thanks!!

Started having trouble with our engine & could not make it back home (we lived over 100 miles away from this dealer). Stopped here, they said we needed a new motor, spent over $11,000 for a new motor & they didn't complete the work. We got our truck home, it started giving us problems within 2 days, took it to our local dealership & they found Hallmark Ford RE-USED old gaskets & seals on our truck ... costing us another $ 1500 to fix. When we called this dealership, they LIED & said they did NOT re-use any parts. But 2 weeks, later, Chad said they did re-use the parts .... but would not compensate us for the $ 1500 we are out. DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP UNLESS YOU WANT TO JUST GIVE AWAY YOUR MONEY!!!

We had an F250 that started leaking transmission fluid on the way home from Memphis. It continued to shift, no grinding, no increase in temperature gauge, etc. We had it towed by local company recommended through insurance. Were told the truck needed totally new transmission as the clutches were ruined. I had the truck picked up and brought home to local transmission shop. The torque converter pump was the issue not the entire transmission.

While traveling with my family, our EconoLine van broke down at 4:00 on a Friday afternoon. We pulled in to Hallmark. Despite the late hour, Betsy, Tanner, and Travis did everything they could to replace the broken parts for us. We were extremely impressed with the fantastic service and friendly faces there! We were back on the road again in no time. Hallmark Ford is awesome!

Dropped my truck off on friday noon and it was repaired before the following Tuesday. Eveything went so smooth and quick. Its almost like i never had a problem. Thanks a million guys. 10/10 will return when needed.

We took my buddies F250 to this Ford Dealership this morning 10/14/2015 at 8:15 as instructed the day before by the service writer.We were told that the diesel mechanic would look at it first thing, well at noon today his truck was sitting in the same parking space. At 5:00 pm ....yes....the truck was still in the same spot. As we entered the service area, we asked if the truck had been looked at. NO was the answer. We were told then .....give him a minute and he would and turned his back on us .........needless to say.....we left with his truck.This service department had ALL day. Don't waste your time going to this place!
