I had called and asked if they did freon and i gave them my car and mentioned it was a hybrid. they waited 3 hours to tell me that they didn t do hybrids and i was out of town. when i asked why they didn t tell me sooner (very calmly and not rude at all might i add) the woman on the phone got an attitude and said because the mechanic didn t tell her until he had gotten to my car. i have never used this shop before and won t ever use it.

Cheap fast friendly. I d go out of my way for miles to have any work done here. Family owned and operated. I m not from here, I know no one but they took care of me- and the other diverse clientele as if we were kin. Thank y all.

My buddy needed a tire swapped so we stopped in. Within 6 minutes they were on it and gone in maybe 10. And only $10.00. very good price. Friendly folks. I recommend Mr Ricky Swindoll and his guys highly.

I would love to give them 10 stars for the service they perform today! Jumped right on my vehicle and before I could go get lunch the job was done and nicely priced and friendly service!!! I've been a longtime customer at Batesville Tire and Muffler. Mike is the only person I trust with my car. For 20 years I have relied on him. He has always done great.

It is always a pleasure doing business with this family owned and operated establishment. Very friendly, informative, professional and quick to get you back on the road again. I recommend anyone having tire, brake, or alignment issues, to go see these gentlemen! Southern hospitality &raising done right! Thank ya'll for helping me out this morning!!

Mike the manager was terrible. I wanted a flowmaster exhaust system installed, which includes two flowmaster and 2 inch pipes. He had the mechanic to only replace the mufflers on my existing old pipes. Didn't try to make it right. They were busy, he chose quantity over quality. He had a price sheet on the wall detailing exactly what i paid for. Mike didn't care to make it right. If you care about and your vehicle and want quality, Batesville tire and muffler is not the place to go to have quality work done to your vehicle.

They had several options of tire in stock(May 2020 Corona Quarantine). They had them in in a few minutes and no extra charges and fees like the bigger tire stores. I'm from Madison and the tire stores here try to rip you off. I'll come to Batesville Tire and Muffler when it's time for my other vehicle.

They told me an oil change was $150, $100 for labor and $50 for the oil. THE WORST car shop I went to.

Good prices but the one on Oxford has a friendlier staff that works with repeat customers a lot better to get the best deal.
