Sister-Corps, a nonprofit all women disaster Response and relief group, came to Amory to help with the re-building. Barrett Clark at Clark Chevrolet through his generosity provided the loaner pick-up for our use for the leadership team while we were there. Larry Clark Chevrolet is the place to buy your new truck! My salesman- Bruce Wilson- was the ultimate professional. He knew the product well and tailored my deal that was unbelievable great! He listens to what you want and guides you to the perfect truck. Family owned dealership that cares for their customers. That is hard to find these days On top of all that the dealership puts a lifetime power train warranty on your truck at no cost. I will be using this dealership again!

This place is thee worst place to buy a vehicle. I was promised a vehicle by a salesman via phone calls, text messages, and got a bank loan for the vehicle. Before I was to arrive, a salesman sold the truck out from under me. The only reason I found out of it being sold was due to I asked for a car fax report at 530 in the evening. It s the principle here, not that they sold the truck to another person, but the dishonesty to a veteran, also to a family that has purchased vehicles from this dealership before. If the dishonesty comes from one salesman, then think of all the buyers that get sold a promise that is broken by dishonesty. If this is how the business is ran, then my hard earning money will never be spent at this location. I will advocate for those who don t have a voice and let God to take care of this salesman and team.

I ASKED and Larry Clark DELIVERED! I had a certain car in mind at a certain price point and this team constantly kept their eyes open. They care about the well being of their customers and not profitability and it shows time after time. Customer service can t be beat and it s worth every extra penny. Service department deserves zero stars. Sales department is great but keep in mind the quality of the service department when purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. They misdiagnosed the check engine light on my wife s 2021 Yukon, which cost almost $1000 out of pocket to fix something that wasn t even the cause. My GMC Sierra has been needing a new transmission, but they try to replace everything except what actually needs replacing. After they replaced the torque converter, my truck has serious issues and feels as if I m being rear ended every time I go to stop when it downshifts from 2nd to 1st gear. They avoid my phone calls and refuse to acknowledge my concerns that my truck is not fixed. We have now filed a complaint with GM customer care about this service department. I just wish they could be honest, acknowledge my truck is worse than before, and accept the fact the transmission should ve been replaced to begin with. With an extended warranty, the customer should come first over their pride!

I only interacted with Bruce, but he was nothing less than extremely helpful, polite, and courteous. After rescheduling once he got me in that same week and installed. Very happy with the work done and Bruce even answered some follow up questions I had. Excellent representation of your dealership and service department. Will be back.

We returned to Larry Clark to purchase another vehicle this year. The first purchase, was great. The second one was even better. And this time they were the same friendly, courteous staff that we had dealt with before. They go above and beyond to answer all questions, put no pressure for a decision and give you every option they have available! We have visited a lot of dealerships in the past and not one has compared to the service we received yesterday at Larry Clark Chevrolet! Every single person we encountered on the phone and in person was top notch. Robert Jones was a blessing to work with. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and important, not just another customer. My husband and I were both blown away by this at home feeling we felt right from the start and would recommend this dealership to anyone. The quality of service provided can go a long ways and we are thankful we made the 2+ hour trip and made our purchase from them. I bought a truck today at Larry Clark Chevrolet. There is a certain level of service that is expected to get a 5-star rating, but they went so far above 5-star service that I actually feel guilty I can only give them the 5 stars....I am an extremely meticulous and cautious person when it comes to making a large transaction. I have actually wanted a truck for awhile now. Every couple months when I took one of my cars up to Larry Clark for an oil change, I would normally spend the whole time with Michael May or Chad Epps looking at the trucks. They let me test drive them, sit in them, demonstrate every feature of every option, etc etc.I sometimes would go up there for a few hours on my days off when I didn't even need an oil change just to look at the trucks. This went on for THREE YEARS!!! Yes, I said THREE YEARS. Even after THREE YEARS, I got the same level of service as the first time I walked through the doors.When I was finally ready to select and buy a truck, Michael May, my salesman, once again took a whole day with me to look at every truck and every option available on their lot. I literally brought in lunch, set up at one of the tables with my laptop, and spent most of the day there. They even gave me the WiFi password so I could compare models and pricing online as well. After finding the perfect truck for me, Chad Epps, a sales manager, negotiated a more than fair price on my trade-in and gave me a great deal on the truck. They really bent over backwards to make sure I got the best possible deal.Larry Clark Chevrolet is more than just a dealership. They are a group of very personable and friendly people. When you walk through the doors, even if you won't be buying a vehicle, they will treat you like family.I highly recommend Larry Clark Chevrolet for making a vehicle purchase. Ask for Michael May while you are there for all the one-on-one attention you need to find the truly perfect vehicle. When it comes time to seal the deal, Chad will treat you right and negotiate a fair price.

I ve been meaning to do this and just have not done it using the excuse I m busy. I have done business with these guys for several years and couldn t ask for better treatment, help, and always receiving a good deal with honest and integrity. I ve done business with folks in Columbus, Tupelo, and New Albany and will tell you straight up, I ve been lied to, sold a bunch of garbage concerning price/cost and in general scammed.I ve never had a problem with Larry Clark or his son Barrett. They both look me in the eye and shake my hand and tell me their price and show it to me on paper. The salesman and service dept. are excellent people that will help you without stabbing you in the back. These people are for real, people who plan on staying in business and want your return business.I will say this, I will walk or ride a bicycle before I ever buy a vehicle from anyone other than Larry Clark Chevrolet in Amory, dang sure won t be buying in Columbus, MS.

My husband bought his truck site unseen due to the back order of trucks. We put a deposit on it and Larry Clark Chevrolet made us feel so comfortable in doing so. It is very nerve racking to put a deposit on a vehicle that you have never even test drove but they settled our minds. Caroline was great with the financing and offered us a warranty we couldn t refuse. We are so happy with our purchase and will enjoy the truck for years to come! Thanks, Larry Clark Chevrolet!

We Just bought a vehicle from Larry Clark and had the best experience we've ever had buying a vehicle. The customer service was over the top. The process was quick and easy. Robert Jones was our salesperson. He was very honest and extremely patient. What I liked best about Robert was that he didn't try to force a sale, was very accurate with information, and above all he wanted us to be happy with the decisions we made. Thanks to Robert Jones at Larry Clark Buick for making our Auto Shopping experience a GREAT ONE! He helped us find the vehicle we wanted and by the time we arrived, it was set up for a test drive. Johnny Taylor at Larry Clark Chevrolet was so nice and helpful. He went beyond and stayed to help us get our truck that night. Never acted like it was a pain to stay and get us in the vehicle that day. The dealership as a whole was great to work with and welcoming to our toddler while she ran around and we did all the paper work. Definitely a family business.

I had a great experience trading for a new SUV! Trey did an outstanding job! He was knowledgeable, kind, patient and very helpful. He worked very hard to get me the best deal possible. Trey made sure that I did not leave that lot until I knew enough about the vehicle to be very comfortable driving it. My husband and I went to Larry Clark today to talk about purchasing a new 2022 Buick Encore GX and trading in our 2013 Dodge Journey. Salesman Michael May took a great deal of time with us answering our questions. Michael was very knowledgeable about the features of the new vehicle and all the buying incentives we were offered. We agreed on the purchase price and then met with Carolyn Clark to complete the paper work. Carolyn explained the Warranty on the vehicle as well as completing the purchase documents and paperwork for the Title. She presented additional Warranty options and was able to answer all our questions. Both Michael May and Carolyn Clark were very easy to work with and were able to answered all our questions. We would definately recommend Larry Clark to all our family and friends. Thank you Michael and Carolyn for making our experience a great one.
