Horrible cars! As long as you can drive the car everything else they don't care about! The owner reminds me of that BUG MAN from the movie men in black. Just twisted. I don't care if your down to your last and have no way around! Don't buy a car from here, you will regret it.

bought an truck from them here it is now i was told the truck had many problems tie rod , aligment , etc . i would not buy from them again

I love them. I have never had any problems or complaints about them. They are great. They help you find the most suitable car for you at a reasonable price. Roger is the best. Ask for him and tell him i sent you.

I brought a van from there about 4 years ago, and it runs so good, i am from Michigan, and i go every year. Back home, I drive my van with no problem

I would not recommend this place at all, not based on my experience. We barely got some of our money back. Bought a minivan and a week later it broke down on the side of the road. It's better to save yourself the headache and not go there. It gets three stars because we got most of our money back.

Reasonable price per month but make sure if you need some time you speak with head person they will tow your car and charge you 300 for doing so

This place is the worst place get a car from.My best friend was making payments and she had to have a car mechanic fix the wiring in it when she first got it. She only had it a few months and the transmission was going and her fuse box started on fire. They said that she bought it as is.But how can that be!! Especially when she was making her payments every month.They are a sorry excuse of a human being.

After 5 visits, Roger walked out and put me in a '06 Chevy Impala LT last year I love my "Bubbles"!! Great car, afford prices, & good staff!! I could always make my payment over the phone and never had any issues!! I appreciated their customer service so much. I'll be back again soon.

I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. They sold me a car and I had it 2 day and one day going down the highway it spontaneously ran hot and shut off on the highway. From that day one it was in the shop for 3 months till I called them to come pick it up. I continued to make my payments this whole time and even told them a few times about the car. Yes it was bought with no warranty as is BUT they shouldn't have sold me a car that I'm sure they new needed a new motor. It would have cost more to fix it than I was paying for it!!!

I see a lot of complaints about issues with the cars. It s the risk you take when you buy a USED car. Prices are fair and it s easy to get approved for financing.

Bought a Chevy Tahoe from them. Couldn't drive for about a week maybe a week and a half b/c the latch on the driver-side door was stuck. Had to watch a YouTube video on how to get the latch unstuck. Now it's saying service engine soon and I haven't had the vehicle but for a few weeks maybe a month if that.

Wife and I put $2500 down on a 2011 Chevy traverse and the very next day the power steering pump went out and motor was ticking brakes only worked when they wanted to worst car buying experience ever definitely would not recommend

They don t deserve any stars at all, I ve had my car a little over 6 months and their gps system keeps shutting down my car! I have called and told them what the mechanic said that looked at my car and they refuse to fix it! I will never get another car from them again!

This business is the most dirty, crooked place you could buy a car. I bought a car for $2,000 and it lasted me 3 weeks. It stopped running so I took it to the shop. The mechanic shop literally told me this was one of the worst cars he's ever had in there. He said they knew without a doubt S & J Auto knew how bad the car was. So, the mechanic tried calling S & J Auto and they wouldn't work with me to resolve anything. Very poor customer service and wouldn't recommend buying a car from them to anyone.

I really like this place plus my uncle is the main salesman they do have some nice vehicles and good running vehicles but you pay for what you get needless to say if you pay $400 down on a car you get a $400 car but if you pay 2500$ you will get grade A car

It was a decent place...they hadn't have a great selection..but had a few good cars there.. My niece & nephew-in-law bought them a car there .... Fair prices...I probably wouldn't buy a car there......

Roger was so helpful! After a test drive of the one I came for and didn't like it, he puts me in '06 Chevrolet Impala LT (I've nicknamed Bubbles because I am so happy I got)!! Thanks S&J!! I LOVE MY BUBBLES!!!

Had to give a star to leave this review but they don't need any stars at all they are crooks and they sell lemons I have only had my car a couple of weeks and the transmission and the alternator is gone annnd they will not fix it

In order to qualify as a lemon under most state laws, the car must: have a substantial defect covered by the warranty that occurred within a certain period of time or number of miles after you bought the car, and. not be fixed after a reasonable number of repair attempts....I see a lot of people saying this place has "lemons"Guys come on....you are buying a used car...not to mention from a buy-here-pay-here lot. Why are you Champaign taste on a beer budget. Your credit scores,references, and income won't allow you to purchase something new off the lot Correct?....why are you bashing a company that caters to that, and is there to help.It's not the car salesmans responsibility to make sure YOU research and check out all the mechanic issues on the vehicle.Do some research,.take your time, or buy from a private person.Thanks for having a great busines guys! Keep doing what you are doing.

Fair service. Automobiles for sale were not up to par. Took 5 vehicles before we found one we could test drive. They did however honor their warranty.

Where to start door panel was cardboard colored with black sharpie on one side and electric tape on the other... No door handles just nylon rope, wires hanging under the steering wheel, huge cracks in the windshield, trash in the car and smelled horrible. Car wouldn't start... Key was taped together... Wow...

I give these people kudos, I bought my car from them in June, I was told by many I had made a major mistake, I have had no major problems, I am always treated with respect and kindness. I will definitely buy from them again
