We used this shop for heavy duty towing, they have been more than helpful, the lady I talked to is incredibly polite and knows her job well. Efficient and timely. I was accurately communicated arrival times and places, Recovery of my tractor from a deep ditch was quite a show. Even Rick (the R in R & B) took pictures!. Before you ask, yes I would, use him again and recommend him
