So helpful and amazing service. We were treated like old friends when our tire was losing air fast on the way to Rochester. They got us in right away on a busy Saturday and diagnosed the problem quickly. They didn't have our Kia tire but a friend brought one up from Rochester and they put it on for free. Tim and his crew were amazing! Highly recommend!

Very friendly and helpful staff up front, went in for my very first oil change and tire rotation on my new 2020 truck I had bought from Zumbrota ford. The service was performed quick but when my truck was given back to me there was oil on my shifter , steering wheel and door handle/window switches. Not a pleasant site to see in a brand new interior. Service techs should know better and can take the extra minute to take their gloves off, and wash their hands. If not find someone with clean hands to pull the vehicle out or ask me to pull it out. Makes me question if the service was performed sloppy on my truck if they can t even keep my interior clean or bother to wipe it up if they did get it dirty. Ended up ruining the excellent experience I could have had with them for my very first service. Any tech knows better and that just shows disregard and carelessness to the customer and their vehicle. Hoping they didn't do the same with the service itself.

The BEST DEALERSHIP IN MINNESOTA!! I Had service done on my truck to get it ready for winter. Was working on a discreptincy with the sales staff reguarding servicing my car. Handled the matter generously and worked with me to receive world class service and satisfy my grievances. Could have been a little bit more communicative between staff to identify the problem and solution and now I have a few sensor warnings going off from the repair work but all in all I was impressed with the work and customer service.

I called this morning and the man on the phone was supper rude. Asked for a service and he could of said everything very nicely but had an attitude about it and asked if I wanted a oil change or what I said and oil change and after everything I said thankyou and he hung up without responding sounded like I was inconvenienting him.

I had a tire puncture. They were able to get me right in (on a busy Saturday) and fixed it quickly. Sheena at the service desk was amazing to work with.

Places like a party and we didn't even vehicle but they treat us like we were royalty we were planning on going back and buying a car someday there but our daughter was there buying a car and that's the only reason we were there but it was out fabulous place really nice people just ask for Luke he has the force
