My alternator gave out on a snowy day and Nick went way above and beyond to help me replace it and get back on the road. He really helped me out of a difficult situation and I cant thank him enough

The dealership was going to charge me 128 dollars for a part that would take a week to get there. Napa had the part right in the isle along with 10 more for 17 dollars and change. I left with the part, hooked it up to my car, and it drives just fine. Saved over $110!!!!

They have anything you need, I go to get parts for a Ford F-1 1950 239 flathead v8 and I always get the best service and help possible! If not on hand they will have it next day. I have American made vehicles and they have the parts, people have vast experience to help thank you

This is the worst stocked Napa I have ever seen! I have a Honda Accord, dodge caravan, and a ford econoline van. Three of the most common vehicles on the road, and they never have the parts I need. For three years I keep giving them chances, and even oil filters and spark plugs, they don t have them!! Guess what idiots, if I wanted to wait for them, I would order them on eBay, and save 80%!!! The only reason you exist is because the customer needs it now! I suggest driving to northfield. They always have everything I need. Weird.

Little pricey but the parts was right and the guys were able to make a hydraulic hose for me real quick in and out about 10 minsDefinitely be back once the wallet has recouped
