Great service! Maintenance was performed on my Toyota Prius remotely. The owner was the one that changed my windshield and did an awesome job. Positive attitude and easy to talk to, he got the job done in a timely manner as well. Bridget and Jeff at Perfection Auto Glass have done 3 replacements for me now over the past year, with every replacement being extremely easy, quick, and well done!Bridget has especially made scheduling and talking with my insurance for replacements extremely easy.Jeff also noticed some rust during my first replacement in which he took the extra step to stop from spreading before replacing the windshield in my M3.Highly recommend going here for any glass needs!Services: Auto windshield repair, Installation, Auto windshield replacement

This has been the worst experience. Perfection Auto Glass (PAG) replaced my car windshield (2022 Toyota Corolla) on 3/14/24 at my parent's home in Zimmerman, MN for $416.97. When I picked up my car later that day, a code appeared on my dash when I started the car. The code read "pre-collision system malfunction". My partner called them the next day & PAG stated that I needed to have the front camera re-calibrated & that I should bring it to my dealership. I scheduled an appt with the Toyota dealership on 3/25/24. Toyota determined that PAG did not install the windshield correctly & in the process of installing the windshield, they damaged the camera cover & the heater element of the camera. Instead of reporting the damage that PAG did to my car, they (PAG) actually decided to glue the broken pieces together, which the glue ended up covering the front camera entirely which led it to being unusable! I paid Toyota a $175 diagnostic fee that day. They recommended that I bring my car to Twin Cities Auto Glass (TCAG) to have the windshield inspected & if they agreed with Toyota's determination, they would replace the windshield again & fix the broken pieces on the camera. I paid TCAG $824.38 to replace the windshield, repair the camera/cover, & recalibrate the camera. I paid Toyota $330.25 for the cost of the parts. PAG stated that their technician admitted to damaging the cover of the camera but denied damaging the camera even after showing proof that the code didn't exist until PAG worked on it. We also called them on 3/15/24 to talk about the code, so clearly the camera wasn't broken prior to them working on it. PAG stated that they would pay for the damages to fix my car (including the heater element that they denied breaking???), but that they thought the windshield didn't need to be replaced again. PAG stated that TCAG is a reputable company that wouldn't mislead me into believing I needed to replace the windshield again. However, TCAG AGREED w/ Toyota and replaced the windshield because it was installed incorrectly, and the camera needed to be thoroughly cleaned because of all the glue. PAG provided a $416.97 refund but refuses to cover the rest of my expenses. I will not be cashing that check. Will most likely have to take next steps with the BBB and small claims court if we can't come to an amicable agreement. All in all, go to Twin Cities Auto Glass. Much better experience, knows what they are doing (esp. with newer cars/technology), didn't damage any part of my car, and communicates in a respectful manner. Quite tired of literally getting yelled at by Perfection Auto Glass for their sloppy work. Definitely look at other reviews before giving this company your business, because they've actually done this to other customers in the past. Thankful that I have all of this in writing, where they admit to breaking things and that we should trust whatever determination Twin Cities Auto Glass makes. Also, if you run into issues with this company, bring your car to the dealership. Mine provided me with pictures and videos showing all of the damage (and all of the glue, SO MUCH GLUE) that had been done to my car and documentation with timestamps and dates supporting my case against this company. If they had been honest, respectful, and offered an adequate solution throughout this process, I don't think we would be in this situation right now. I do recognize mistakes happen and things break. But currently, I am out $1,746.60 for a simple windshield replacement due to their unprofessionalism. Will definitely be adding windshield coverage to my insurance going forward!

He came and installed in a timely manner. But upon leaving we found out that he had cut my remote start (which they claimed must ve not been working originally and have refused to replace cost), installed an incorrect windshield (we found out once I had windshield replacement from another company afterwards), cut the heating element to my windshield (I have a heated windshield which he did not account for, and thus he just left the cut heating element in my dash), my dash had scratches on it along the entire inside (which he fessed up to, and had a guy come out to heat my dash and repair), we also later found out the trim had been broken to accommodate the incorrect windshield.They had said they would pay for a portion of our auto start replacement, but have yet to send a check. Very very poor customer service and respect.Service: Auto windshield replacement

They did a great job on my 2013 F350 again! I have used Perfection Auto Glass for years and continue to do so even though I have moved out of the area I still come back to use their great service! Had four windows installed in my Tahoe on my concrete driveway. Unfortunately, I left them cash, as I could not be home during the installation. Came home to find glass all over my yard in a 20' radius of the truck. Called the office to get this issue resolved and the woman on the other end of the phone is nothing but argumentative with me, claiming that is normal. BS, I've had windows replaced in the past and never had to deal with any mess like this. Bottom line, don't do business with them unless you like picking glass out of your feet.

Thier technicians punctured 3 holes in my leather, left dirty shoe marks on the seats, and a large scuff mark in-between speakers near the rear window of my sedan. When the problem had been brought up to the owner Cory the response was there was no proof it was his employees and he didn't know what to say. The cheap price reflects cheaper service by a team of teenagers. I wouldn't recommend.

I and my family were taking a vacation right after memorial Day.1st place came out But Made excuses not to do the job. I found Perfection Auto. Jeff was ready and willing to help me IMMEDIATELY.Did an awesome job!! Thanks Jeff!

Very great to work with. I'm particularly fussy about my cars and the staff at perfection took the time and got everything to where it should be. The install is show car worthy.
