I ordered a part & was supposed to get a call when it came in ...I hade to call them to find out if it was there. When I picked it up, they asked if I had paid for it.... shouldn't that show in your records?

Zimmerman Napa is my go to part store. It s owned and operated by local people. They always have what I need and if not that afternoon or next day they will have it. They are amazing people to work with.

I can't say enough about Zimmerman Napa! They typically have what I need in stock, if they don't it will be there next business day! Not only that they help the community! You can see them at almost every community event and supporting youth sports and other organizations. Thanks Menth auto!

Can t say enough about this place. Came in late on Thursday with my vehicle broke down driving from Red wing to bemidji. Jules (sp) bent over backwards to make sure I got the part I need and delivered by 7:30 AM. Jules was nice she was helpful and polite. Tough part to find on a tough truck to order parts on. She wouldn t stop looking until she found a way to get me that part on the first delivery truck in the morning. Thank you very much.

Very poor service went in for a universal truck cover for a reg cab short box truck. They said it would have to be custom made. Found a perfect fitting one at menards. Second time I went in I asked if they had any detailing wax they said no. As I was walking out I saw some on the shelf. Not worth my time. I will drive 20 extra mins and pay twice as much to not go in there again.

I went to this Napa looking for a hydraulic hose connection. The had was the other 5 stores didn't, and was able to make my hose right then and there. The guys behind the counter were very friendly, and knowledgeable on what I needed. PERFECT Really saved my day. Thanks!

I called in looking for a part and they could find my car's make and model. We eventually get it figured out and they tell me they have the part I need. I go in and wait as the guy runs around looking for the part, only to find they don't have it.

Local NAPA store. Usually have what I need at good prices. Offers 10% Veterans discount. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Items that need to be ordered are received very quickly. Clean store.

Seriously every part i get from this place is broken or messed up in some way. I take everything apart put the part in only for it to be junk. Such a terrible experience. Brake booster junk, tailgate lever junk and the list goes on and on .

Jesse White s brother, unfortunately didn t catch his name, was super helpful and got me what I needed within 30 seconds. The fast and helpful service he has given me the only two times i ve been in there is wonderful, give that man a raise.

Employees are to lazy to exchange the wrong size part for the right size part and when we went to the princeton one they did it without hesitation

In a emergency situation with a broken caliper didn't have any tools with me a guy here went out of his way to make sure I got the right part and let me borrow tools just to fix it.

Odd hours and not as good of prices as orileys
