I usually like to work on my own vehicles but when I heard rear end bearing noise in my raptor I knew it was 4th and long time to punt. I needed a professional and called jags. This is My first time using jags and I have no complaints at all. Very professional and excellent communication. It s nice to know here in Zimmerman I have a professional shop here in town that does outstanding work. I will definitely be using jags in the future. Troy was great to work with even when I canceled my original appointment. Thank you so much! Keep up the great work guys. Benton.

Incredible shop, I've had them do air bags, intercooler, regular maintenance, Mount a new hitch, find me a perfect fit bumper, filters, fluids, wiring, and more, these guys are the best around. I do nothing but bother Troy on the phone all day and he is always happy to help and offers very good advice. I would recommend this shop for any problem with any truck.

Amazing shop. Josh, Troy, Ralph, Slade, Mason are outstanding. If you own a diesel or honestly anything with a internal combustion engine, these guys will fix it, fabricate it, tune it or build it. They are fantastic challenged them with a project and they nailed jt.

I have a 2017 F350. These guys have done everything from a new transmission to head gaskets on my truck. They are professional and knowledgeable. They are my go to shop for anything diesel!

I just had these guys handle a twin turbo set up on my 2016 Chevy, top notch all the way, clean install, on time, and budget. They even refunded me $100 that I over paid! Not to mention they named one of my gauges after my favorite personal hobby on my tuner! Great biz....!

This is the only place I have brought any of my diesels. From the usual ware and tear, tuning, more power, all the random questions I've come up with, or any other requests and items ive brought them. They've helped me with! And with great costumer service.I would highly recommend them if you're looking for any type of work on your truck. They'll get you taken care of.

Got a lot of work done on one of my trucks here. Head gaskets, oil cooler, etc.Truck ran great at first but as time went on problem got worse. Truck is now back to where it was possibly even worse than when I initially brought it in. Can t even tow a trailer without losing all my coolant.I have had other trucks get the same work done at different shops and the results were night and day.

After leaving a Ford Garage with my 6.7 diesel, due to engine light on, they wanted to replace all eight injectors. there estimate was $6,000-$7000. I Called JAGS, they figured out the issue in one day, saving me a ton of money! They were kind- Honest and Loyal. These guys know what's going on in the Diesel world! Great Job. Truck runs Perfect!

Jags did a awesome job diagnosing my 2007 Duramax. Fair pricing and honest conversation about what my pickup did and did not need. Would 100% recommend.

Wasn't able to afford batteries right away due to bill i just paid and asked for jumper cables to start my truck was rudely denied saying they "don't have any" and told to go buy some new batteries. "Pro diesel shop" not willing to help a paying customer after the bill was paid absolutely blew my mind. Due to poor customer service I will not be going back.

48re transmission was going out and came here. Definitely an awesome shop. I called and wanted to have it rebuilt to hold 800hp for future power. My truck runs way better than when I bought it. It now holds the power I'm running to it and shifts really nice. I will definitely be back here for future performance. I would recommend them for anything going forward. Will be looking forward to getting more power out of the 5.9 soon. Thanks guys at Jags!!

After 4 months of my Super Duty sitting at another shop for injectors and handing me the keys knowing full well the truck still had a big issue, I found my way to Jags and all I can say is what a Sigh of Relief! Great Job and Thanks!

I normally work on my own trucks and equipment. I have not had good experience with other shops other than tires. Brought my 6.0 diesel to jags from a recommendation because of issues and no time on my part to really dig in to it. Customer service and work done far exceeded my expectations, plus price was reasonable for the work done. I have other diesel trucks i own for personal use and to save myself time ill bring it in to Jag's. My only issue is jags should have an after hours drop off box since when i bring things in to have worked seem to be after hours and weekends.. Otherwise the whole crew at jag's is awesome!!

Jags is the best place you can take your diesel hands down. I took my LMM duramax here to do a bunch of upgrades and after all was done I was getting a code saying my turbo vanes were sticking. I opted to replace it and they had the turbo I wanted in stock and got it taken care of right away. I won't take my truck anywhere else. Troy in the office was great, very friendly, and helpful. Keep up the awesome work! I will never take my truck anywhere else.

Jags was amazing. They helped us out when we were in a bind. They told us a tow company that they use and the tow company was great, efficient and decently priced. They got the truck in quickly and it was reasonably priced for the parts and labor. Thanks again, we will be back.

We brought our truck the these guys for a drivability issue. They diagnosed it as an injector failure. We picked the truck up cause we had found a cheaper route to replace the injectors. After having it repaired else where just to have an issue not 10 miles down the road we brought it back to jags to find we dropped another injector. After having them replace all of them again with the ones they trust we have yet to have any issue. Jags might not be the cheapest. But they know their stuff and the truck is fixed and on the road with the best quality parts in the industry. We learned our lesson that s for sure.

I have been going to Jags off and on over the last five years. From my small Duramax project to my new Cummins, Josh and his crew are always knowledgeable but most of all HONEST. Whenever I have any questions from motors to transmissions to lift kits to tuning or tires, Josh has always given me a straight honest answer. I highly recommend them if you want it fixed and fixed right.

Jag's will be the only place I will take my truck from now on. Their professionalism has always been 100%. Whenever I have a questions. on something I'm working on myself and in have questions Josh always has the time to point me in the right direction. I won't bring my Ford anywhere else. The work they do is always top notch.

My fiance has been a return customer for years. Driving 5.5 hours from northern Mn to have josh and his staff at Jags work on his 2015 duramax. I have gotten so mad with all the money put into this truck but in all reality Jags has saved us money. They were completely honest to charge Matt Brown for a hose clamp when he could have replaced the return fuel line and made some money off of us! Matt Brown calls him repeatedly with questions and concerns and josh gives him honest opinions and suggestions......When bringing the truck nearly 6 hours for repairs and upgrades, it s with confidence that the staff at Jags pro truck shop give quality work and complete customer service. After the honesty and quality of care I understand why Matt won t bring his baby anywhere else! We ve defiantly gotten what we ve paid for and will continue with ALL of our trucks in the future as well

Jag's did head gaskets on my 2014 LML they were about $2000.00 cheaper than the dealership and used ARP studs! Very impressed with the communication throughout the process. Truck runs great would highly recommend them!

I ve been going to the guys at Jag s for years for parts and service (even sense the days of there old shop). They have a lot of diesel performance parts in stock and have been able to get custom parts for me in only a few days. I ve also used their in shop dyno several times for testing and tuning new setups they ve helped me with.

I had a DEF delete kit installed by rigs to rods and they did most everything wrong, its true that they say do it right the first time or its twice as much.. First off DO NOT use them secondly DO USE these guys. Troy did a great job and i had many issues, even when the supplier did not delevier when they were Troy kept me in the know. I will go back and I will bring my next RAM here.

I have to say that I am very happy with Josh and the crew at Jag's! They have taken care of my f350 from bumper to bumper. I have taken many fishing trips into Canada where reliability in a truck, is a must. And my truck has always came through with flying colors. I have sent both friends, and family to Jag's and will continue to do so.

Hands down the best diesel shop I have been to. They replaced the t-case in my gmc quickly and efficiently and for a good price. I don't normally write reviews but I had to say something. My truck is working flawlessly. I will be coming back when the need arises.

Great service, and they don't mess with you. They fix what needs fixing, and they don't constantly try to up-sell. Anything major I need done on my Dodge Ram goes to Jags! They are the experts.
