My car got covered in white overspray saw the owner completing his wife's white suv in the shop. They still deny it, also purchased two sidescoops they left the old one on one side so it doesn't match. Mike said he would also paint my Lincoln hood waited two years patiently his excuse was work life balance after he got my money ofcourse, the work promised was no longer important. I am 3 hrs in with a clay bar fixing my black mustang. First time I used these guys .I will definitely be going back to Bert's auto body in Harris going forward, he takes pride in his work and does what he says he will.

Was highly recommended to Brook by a shop in forest lake, i believe the words he used was " if you are looking for someone who cares and is going to give you top notch work its brook at Premier" boy was he right. i sent my truck in to be with major body damage to the side and the whole back end. i got it returned 5 days later and it looks like its brand new. I couldnt be happier and if ever i need this kind of work done again i know who i am going to! I can't say enough about Premier body shop. The professional standards of the shop were so good. I knew I was in good hands. I have a 2021 kia I hit a deer on my way home and it took out my front and the passenger side from front to back. I called around to get some help and every body shop I called said they couldn't get it in for 3 months. I called premier and the owner said no problem bring it in. I drove it to them and he looked at the damage and took my insurance information. They gave me a ride home that day since I did not have another car to drive yet. I had around 13,000.00 dollars worth of damage. Brook showed me what needed to be fixed and took me through the whole process and told me don't worry I'll handle the insurance. Brook kept me informed every step of the way. I didn't have to call the insurance or any added things he took care of all of that. I was so excited to get my car back and you cant even tell if it was in an accident. I have given his number out to my friends and family. If I ever need any body work done to my car he will be the first one I called. Brook staff and him always welcome my call and any questions I have. I will have Brook post the pictures of my car before and after. You will see what a great job they did.Thank you
