We had a appointment set and paid they let us walk around Walmart for 3 hours and changed the date for the tire change and give the tires that we had bought to someone who just walked in. This place is a joke go somewhere else.

Took SUV to check and see why tire kept getting low. They said they plugged it, two days later it was low again. They said they found a pin hole the first time. This second time they claimed it was another hole. So why wasn't that seen the first time. I was charged both times. Couple days after that the whole tire was completely flat and I had to pay $ to get it towed back to Walmart. Then they tell me the whole tire needed to be replaced and that I am looking at about $150. I am going to have someone look into this business because this doesn't add up. I paid the 1st visit, the second visit & now have to pay a 3rd time. It hasn't been two weeks for all these visits on the same tire. They keep charging me. I may go to the Attorney General with this issue. I give 0 stars because now I am experiencing other issues & think they are doing crooked business practices to make customers have to come back. I will be doing other reviews on a lot of other places to warn people.Service: Tires

My sister and I were traveling back home and still had over an hour to go, when her car alerted us to low tire pressure. We stopped at the first town we could to fill it up. It didn't last long. We knew the was a Walmart in the next so we goggles them to find out the closed in 10 minutes and we were over 5 miles out. We called and told them our store and even though they were done removing tires and cleaning up to go home on a Sunday night they said we could come in. Once there they were very polite and friendly and fixed her tire quickly to get us back on the road safely. We can't say Thank you enough.

Had a tpms light. They replaced the dead sensors. No hassle, no sales pitch. Just guys workin and getting stuff done. Kinda nice.

Some heros don't wear capes, and the crew here are indeed heros today! On our way through town from hours away our tire lost pressure on a -17� day with our pup in the car with a meeting 2hrs further away. It took them moments to help us and get us on our way. Thank you for all you do, Worthington, MN Walmart Automotive Crew!!

Went here 2 days in a row. Was disappointed the first day, but when I returned for my tire change the next day received 5* service from another employee!

If service is going to take two hours, just say so right away. Please don't tell me one hour, then make me sit in the disgusting waiting room for ANOTHER hour. Very frustrating, and this is not the first time.

Always takes forever, staff can be really rude! Every vehicle that we've brought in for a oil change, it ends up leaking oil afterwards. I just started doing them myself.

We had 4 tires changed. We were in and out in less than an hour... Pretty happy about it too

2 hours for an oil change. Absolutely horrible service and they didn't even put everything back together right. Causing me to bring my vehicle to dealership to fix the problem they caused.

Absolutely aweful the manager is so rude. They have repeatedly mest up my vehicle, I no longer have faith in them anymore. I go all the way to Iowa now for my vehicle Services.

Called numerous times. Hung up on one without them even answering the phone.Called numerous times and let it ring for approximately 3 minutes each time

The time showed in front of the auto center was wrong, but they still have not fixed it. It says 7 AM - 7 PM, but they open at 12.....

They are very slow! I came at 9am for a oil change and they weren t done with my car until 12pm. I was only second in line also. Very slow

They took floor mat out of driver's side to vacuum and threw it in back of pickup where it wasn't visible. Then denied there was a floor mat there at all.

Learned not to have tires balanced here. They mount them by not good at balancing?!!
