Awesome customer service. I had one of my ball bearings explode on the interstate and they came within an hour, had it on the truck, and towed it to my preferred shop within 2 hours of my calling them. The employee who was towing my vehicle was a super nice guy. However, unfortunately, he did some damage to my bumper/fender while he was unloading it.Because of the damaged suspension it was nearly impossible to load/unload my vehicle without any body damage but Stockton towing still gave me some compensation. Amazing customer service, quick response time, 10/10 would recommend.

Mandy from Pulver towing came out on the coldest day so far in 2022. My heavy duty truck left me sitting with no heat. She was quick in getting there, had me loaded and on the way to the shop in a flash. The tow truck was clean and warm. Their equipment seemed to be in very good shape. She was pleasant and friendly to work with. I would definitely recommend Pulver Towing.Services: Special vehicle towing, Local hauling

I had great experience with this company! I'm a semi truck driver and got gelled up at -10f. They sent a guy Leo, first of all he showed up on time as promised and he is a true professional, got me hooked pretty quickly and drove me up to the shop. If happens you need a towing definitely recommend them and especially ask for Leo to be send for help. Thank you!

They were amazing!! My dad was in an accident and in critical condition and they were so helpful in being flexible and helping make things as easy as possible on our family. I highly recommend them if you want someone that is thoughtful in their work, respectful, and someone you can trust with your belongings this is the place to go!! This company is fantastic! I called early in the morning because I had locked my keys in my car with my son inside. The wonderful lady that was in the office came right away to help because none of the usual repair guys were in yet. She went above and beyond to help us! Every interaction I ve had with this company has been fantastic. They are always quick and courteous! Thank you for making a stressful and bad morning better!! Car died on the highway in the middle of a blizzard. The Pulver team worked quickly to arrange the pickup despite numerous local accidents. They even delivered the car straight to a local shop for repair. Good value, good customer service, would recommend and use again.

I had Cliff #650. Cliff was a great driver he got to my stuck car timely and called me on his way to let me know where he was so I knew when I could get pulled out during the horrible blizzard. He was very kind and considerate of my new car and I appreciate that a lot highly recommend.

My friend and I got stuck off the side of the road in some deep snow. Called Pulver and "Klaus" the driver was quick to come get us and was very respectable and efficient. By far, the best service I have had and most of it was due to Klaus.

Heath was awesome! He was super fast picking us up 10 miles outside of worthington. Let me keep my car at his place until I could come back to pick it up the next day. Also dropped me off wherever I wanted while I waited for another ride. great guy! Nobody wants their vehicles to break down by any means, but if it does and you need a genuine helping hand, this is the place to call.

We had the privilege of having Klaus pick us up, tow us to our hotel, and then towed my car to the mechanic! He even went above and beyond when he checked out my car himself and called me to let me know what was up and what to expect. Having such great service like this is RARE and oddly enough, I m glad my car broke down where it did because Klaus and his exceptional service really saved the day!

Leo from Pulver towing showed up maybe 10 minutes after I called to help get a uhaul out of mud. Made conversation with me well and he was overall very good to work with. Just got a blessing from this place.Heath is truly a wonderful guy. Told me 45mins but only took 25 mins get to me. Now everyone know that real quick in this business not only that it s was on the weekend. After waiting over 4.5 hours for AAA to find someone to tow our class B, we gave up and called Pulver. They they were there within 30 minutes and towed us to Souix Falls. They were great to work with and very friendly. So glad we found them in our time of need.

Got a mechanical breakdown tow in absolutely horrible conditions outside. The dispatch got to me as soon as possible as they had to finish a recovery. The operators were both professional and did outstanding. They sent the super heavy and a rollback cause due extreme weather they didn't want any passengers in the super heavy. Afterwards the rollback took me to a hotel. It was only about a 15 mile round trip but with road conditions that was closer to a 35 minute trip one way. The bill came out about middle of what I expected on a day like that. Overall reasonable and great service.

Best guys ever! I rolled up because of a storm in Worthington, MN! They helped me to tow my truck, to get a hotel and lift me up to emergency because I cut my left hand! Heath is a rally nice dude God bless them!

It took em a few minutes to arrive and another hour to pull me out of a ditch. It was like a pulling an elefant from a swam. But that time it was a freezing windy morning. We tried many different ways, used a crane and even my truckI had a good experience with Pulver Towing.

Pulver operator Heath saved the day for us this morning.. He swooped in and made an ingenious McGyver-like fix that allowed us to safely drive our collision damaged car home to Mankato. Only wish a 6-Star rating was possible...Heath is an I-90 rock star!
