Been going here to get my oil changed regularly for over a year. Needed a marker light bulb changed they wouldn't do it. Was getting an oil changed and found out there was no oil on my dipstick they of course couldn't explain this. I say go to JiffyLube or some place this Walmart is horrible. In the store the shelves are never fully stocked, their inventory is not as vast as other Walmart's. All the employees seem very unhappy and unwilling to be helpful.

Worst place ever. My boyfriend went in for an oil change. Waited for over an hour and had his truck completely trashed on the inside, then had the cops called on him to search his truck after it the employees dumped his trash bag out in the back of his truck. Do not waste your time going to this disgusting and disrespectful place.

Worst experience ever, they lied and told me to bring my vehichle in for 2 new tires after telling them they were in bad shape and was coming from lacrosse. Only to get there and get the worst customer service ever from the 2 people at the counter, telling me they wouldnt do the tires like they said they would. Avoid them at all costs unless you like terrible customer service and being lied to.

The employees were helpful when I needed to get tires. I've gotten tires before at Walmart and usually choose that option. You can shop and kill time while waiting. They're pretty quick on getting the job completed and prices are good. They offer a variety of tires and have found staff are knowledgeable.

They broke my seat, so my driver seat is now stuck farther back and won't go forward (I can barely reach my pedals). The staff were nice, but when I said "don't use my windows/they don't always go back up" they did not listen and rolled them down anyway. They got my oil filter stuck by using too big of one, which was then jammed into place, and it was stuck for months until a more experienced tech got it out. They do oil changes and work on tires, but any oil checks, wiper fluid fills, or tire rotations, are apparently all extra cost (when asked for them) otherwise just are not done. They don't follow the online hours posted and close early often.

I had ordered tires and made an appointment online for 3 days later. An hour before my appointment I had received an email saying my appointment was cancelled. I called the auto care center to see why and they said they had no idea. They checked to see if they had my tires and they said they did so to still come at my scheduled time. When I arrived at the counter the person behind the desk was on their phone and took 5 minutes to even acknowledge me. Then I had given them my keys and they said it would be ready in about an hour and would call me when its ready. I then went wandering walmart for about an hour and after I had nothing else to do I went back to the auto care center and sat down in their waiting area. 30 minutes later the person at the desk whom I handed my keys to asked why I was there. I told him I was the one that gave him my keys an hour and a half ago. He then proceeded to tell me they have been meaning to talk to me because they didn't have my tires and therefore could not put them on my car. I told them this is why I called beforehand so I wouldn't waste my time. The mechanic then tried to have me cancel my order for my tires and order through them again with a different company for $30 more per tire and would not give me the price I had already paid for them. It is now two weeks later and I have called and talked to about 10 different customer service people and my tires have arrived at the store but they will not let me schedule a new appointment. I will be picking up my tires and taking them to a different place to have them installed.

I brought my car in for a simple oil change. They said they were busy the day I brought it in so I was fine with waiting the 3 hours to get my oil changed. I got a call 3 hours later saying that the oil pan was cracked from the last company that changed my oil. I think that s a load of bull because my car had more than enough oil in it before I brought it in and my car was NOT leaking oil before this. They later told me that I m responsible for getting it towed out of there shop at 6:30 when they close at 7 and most auto shops down here close anywhere from 5:30-7:30. Awful... just awful

I've gotten tires on two of my vehicles and will bring more. Found out you can make appointments but 24 hours or more in advance. Oils changes are pretty quick once it gets in. There can be a wait and they try to give the best estimate of time it would take to get in and done. But I highly suggest calling in for an appointment. Then your set to get in right away.

2 days in a row I drove 40 minutes to get an oil change. 2 hours ago they told me my car would be ready in 2 hours. They have not gotten to it yet and took cars in front of me. I wasted two hours here, now need to go to work. Very frustrated. Will NOT be back here. I've been coming here for years and never had a problem until lately.

Hired them to fix a tire and they ended up breaking my window. When I called them back to fix it the tech broke something in the door and sent me to Dahl so I have to pay even more money for an easily avoidable problem. When I called the next day the phone rang and rang I am never returning here and will be speaking to the lead tech about this because this should not have happened.Update: I called the store to talk to the manager and now they re telling me that they can t do anything about it until they see the final bill for the damages THEY CAUSED! The tech who broke my window should be the one responsible for the cost or the company themselves for hiring inexperienced workers.Service: Tires

Couldnt lift my car with the lift they had, so I took the tires off myself with a car Jack and brought them in to a scheduled appointment where they told me they would only be able to do two at a time. So today, I finally was able to bring the other two tires in, only for it to take 2 hours for just two tires. The people up front were always nice, but when speaking to the "head mechanic", it sounded like he had no idea what he was talking about. Will never come back to walmart again, for tires at least.

I just returned from Walmart Auto frustrated. Recently the service has been severely lacking. Not sure if it is a lack of personnel due to Covid or? I needed an oil change, so I was there at 7am when the automotive opened. I the gentleman an the counter said that they could not do any work until 11am when the 2nd guy came in.

Be very careful what you bring to them to have done. I brought in 5 rims to have the tires removed for sandblasting and powder coating. While unloading the rims at home I noticed that the insides of three of the rims had been galled up and no one said anything about it. I immediately called and talked to the person that answered and asked them why they did not tell me that they had galled up the rims and at first the person denied it and said that they were like that when he worked on them. After a little back and forth I heard another person in the background say that he remembered a couple of the rims moving while they were taking the tires off. I then asked to speak to a supervisor and was told to call back as he was not in at that time. I called back the next day and asked for the supervisor and started to tell him the whole story at which point he said that this was the first that he had heard of this??? I then told him I would drive back over and show him the rims. When I arrived the manager came out and looked at the rims and his first comment was oh that is nothing that will come right out of there and its on the back side so no one will even notice it. I said wrong I will notice it and I will know it is there, your employees damaged my rims and didn't even say anything about it. When I asked what they would do to take care of it he simply told me to go and find someone to repair them and let him know how much it is and he will see if they can do anything for me??? In the end they did NOTHING FOR ME! Except to damage my rims. who knows how many other people have had this happen to them and they don't even say anything to them.

Changed oil a few times so far. Got the same day appointment every time. The thing I like the most is it is open until 7 and probably open during the weekends. Staffs are helpful and considerate.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

The technician Kyle in the automotive department was the only one working over labor day weekend. He was swamped back there but he took the time to help me out with an emergency tire swap out. Thank you Kyle for saving our weekend!

Great place to give a chance at your tire business. They also do free rotations for the life of tires purchased there. Another nice feature is that they take used oil and filters (and post it in the window that they do so).

Called to make an appointment, they don't take appointments so went in and got checked in. No communication of it may be a half hour or 2 hours. Shopped for an hour ( which is what they want) came back to automotive and my trucks sitting in the same spot. Asked for my keys and left !

I didn't know it was a Walmart supercenter. Every super center i have seen has everything stocked up. He will find the one I want to Walmart meat section is poorly stocked. But then if you go to la Crosse Wisconsin Walmart. One more thing they have more self-checkout counters than cashiers. Does anybody know where I can file workman's comp on Walmart cuz I got carpal tunnel in my wrist from scanning product.

Went in to get two tires put on my suv and they keep going flat. Go back in to get them fixed and the next day they are flat again. I will never go back to walmart for anything automotive again. And the people at the desk are rude and not helpful at all if they are even at the desk. Sad that they cant find good help or back up the products they sell

Waited 2 hours for them to change my tires and tell me that all my wheels needed a senser. I didnt want them so they didn't put my new tires on and so I just bought the tires and went to my grandfathers shop and did it myself.

Friendly, but they tell you a price, then charge you almost 14$ more. It was just a oil change for goodness sakes!

Tell me they have the tires i need, but then my tires arent there. Wait on hold for 30+ plus minutes nobody answers. Save yourself the trouble and go to a real auto shop with people who know what they are doing

I went there Tuesday afternoon they could not take me in to get my oil changed because someone called in sick. So I went home that evening and called and asked what time they opened in the morning and could I please make an appointment I was told that I could not make an appointment for an oil change it was walking only. I said okay I will come early the sign said closed the door was open it was somebody in the back the button was pushed for help and no one responded I think I will take my business elsewhere

Rude and lazy, they don't even acknowledge your presence if you are waiting at the counter and the manager is standing right there. I waited patiently for thirty minutes and had to ring the service bell to set up an auto appointment.

If more customers actually rated this place instead of just a couple idiots with crappy cars they'd be at 4 or 5 stars. A good portion of the staff go to the tech college for auto mechanics.
