Title: Beware of Hidden Subscriptions and Unfair Billing PracticesRating: I recently had an experience with the Title Wave Spa car wash business that left me feeling frustrated and deceived. I went in for a single car wash, priced reasonably at $21. However, without my knowledge or explicit consent, I was enrolled in a monthly subscription service.The subscription costs a whopping $42.90 per month, more than double the cost of a single wash. To make matters worse, they require a 15-day notice to end the subscription, or else automatic billing occurs. This information was not clearly communicated to me at the point of purchase. I ended the subscription within a week, but they failed to terminate the subscription. Now they require a copy of the cancellation notice which they did not provide as all cancellations are by a web page. Without this notice there is no refund of the credit card charge for next month. This means a basic single car wash cost me $63.90.This practice is not only questionable but also unfair to customers who trust the business to provide a straightforward service. Transparency in pricing and billing is a basic expectation in any business transaction. Unfortunately, this car wash business falls short in this regard.I would advise potential customers to be aware of these practices before deciding to use their services. Make sure to ask about any additional charges or subscriptions before making a payment. Your wallet will thank you.

Love this car wash. I make sure to get the most out of my monthly membership. As long as you go weekly it pays for itself. Thanks to Peter for always being an awesome attendant.

Won t go back. I went there over the weekend,went straight home parked it in the garage and come out the next day and my mirror is hanging. This mirror is 8 months old since I replaced it. Called the manager talked to him and he apologized and said he needs to look at the cameras. So I waited a few days no answer, so I called back and he can t find my Yukon at the wash so he said he would call me back in 5 to 10 mins well 2 hours later he calls and says it looks fine leaving the wash so there isn t nothing they can do. Mind you I spent too much time on the phone with them back and fourth why would I waste my time lying. Never will go back they lost a customer that would come every week

I've been coming to Tidal Wave for about a month now and everyone there is always smiling and so helpful. Zach helped me with my membership when there was an error and he explained everything thoroughly so I understood exactly what was going on. My car came out looking brand new!

I love getting my car washed there. The unlimited wash club is really good pricing for how much it cleans your car and how your able to go every day.

Tidal Wave is Great !!! I've been coming here for 6 months. The upgrade is Great and the Nice Friendly workers really make it enjoyable to get your car washed !!

Every time we go there the employees are so friendly and nice to deal with. I like how their car wash cleans our car and I have yet to have any problems with their car wash not cleaning our car or whatever the case may be but it does a really super good job and so do they

Workers were dishonest about what I was signing up for. Be careful if they ask you to sign up for a one month service. I did that for a cost of about $29 and the next month approximately $60 was taken out of my bank account. Very disappointing. Will not go back.

The best car washing experience I ever had. This was my first time going through an automatic line as this one so I was nervous, I didn t want to steer off track or most importantly, I didn t want to damage my tires but there was a women named Casi that happily guided me in. She was very friendly and made me feel a lot more comfortable with the situation. Great job and I will certainly be back. Thanks again Casi!

Do like this automatic car wash with free vacuums and areas with rags and cleaners to do windows and interior. Wish they had a car mat washer..

I had been traveling for several weeks and most recently keeping my Honda Ridgeline parked in a downtown parking lot. Needless to say, it was very dirty. I went to Tidal Wave just to knock the big stuff off and vacuum the crumbs from the seats before heading back to Florida. The pretreatment I received was exceptional and the truck came out looking like new. I couldn t have been more pleased.

This car wash was fantastic as far as the cleanliness of your car goes. However, it did rip off my tire cover on my RAV4. And no there was nothing wrong with it before going in the car wash. I have used many similar car washes like this, and never had a problem. So unfortunately, I will not be using this car wash anymore.Service: VacuumingService: Vacuuming

I went through Tidal Wave for my first time today. It was amazing service and the person in the front booth, Finn, was so helpful to me and explained how the washes worked. I will be going back and will most likely buy a membership! Great service!

It s not a bad place, but people need to understand cars need to be rinsed off good before washing can start. Smallest dirt pieces or Salt residue can definitely scratch/ruin the paint on your vehicle. Soft touch is bad enough but not to rinse the car first much at all. I gave it 3 stars only because the no rinsing.

The Winona location of tidal wave is always wonderful. They provide friendly and helpful service. The few times I have gone, the boy in the front booth, Finn, has always greeted me with a big smile and explained each wash to me in detail. I love this wash! My truck was sparkling afterward. The staff were friendly and my truck has never looked better. The manager was very friendly and explained how the place works. Super helpful!

The car was is okay, but the people are incredibly crabby. For advertising unlimited washes, limiting to once a day is false advertisement. You can only wash your car ONCE per day, but advertises for unlimited. How does that work? Their brushes scratched the hell out of my BRAND NEW car. Also, I am not in winona every day, so if you don't use the car was every day, you don't get your "30 unlimited" washes. Ship shape car was is much better in la crosse, WI and is actually unlimited. I will not be returning to tidal wave auto spa. This place is over-priced, and unprofessional. DO NOT LET THEM USE THOSE BRUSHES ON YOUR VEHICLE PAINT.

Car wash damaged my brand new Ram Rebel tearing and damaging trim. Employee gave me the piece that was torn from vehicle that has visible sign of damage from the car wash. I showed the employee where damage had occurred to 3 other pieces that stayed on while going threw. He documented with pictures and started a claim. I called the site leader the following day to be informed they reviewed the video and the damage was not their responsibility it blew off during drying and was asked if I saw the disclaimer before entering. I was told by the site leader to take my truck to the dealership and tell them this is their problem.Still trying to figure out how air physically put dents and scratches in plastic. Not a very happy customer at all and have been spreading the word to all. Thx for nothing Tidal Wave. You deserve no stars

I think the gentleman rinsing the car gotta be mindful of talking to each-other because we can indeed hear them, me and my hubby went through twice because we went on gravel and they commented on us going through we thought it was funny but maybe not for someone else. Very nice people though:)

Scam. Went and got the free week. Cancelled in person when I left town for work. Still charged me for a full month. Called and they refuse to give a refund.

The wash is fairly expensive, however, I would have to say that this was by far the nicest my car had looked after a wash. I plan on using again, but because of the price of will not be very often.
