My Mom and I were in town for a few days and needed to get the oil changed in my Mom's car. After reading the reviews for here, we decided to go ahead and give them a shot. Well worth it!! They were pleasant, professional and quick. We got a free car wash too which we desperately needed after coming from Maryland and West Virginia. 4.5 is a low rating for Prolube. Probably because of a couple duffus reviewers. Regardless, prolube is quick, consistent, affordable, and the crew are nice people.

I will only go here to get mynoil changed. They are unbelievably fast! I highly recommend using them.

Was greeted at the door. Drove my car in promptly and they began servicing my vehicle immediately. I was told it would be 15 minutes or so. !0 minutes later they are done! Plus they added an extra quart for free because of the size of my crank case. Plus you get a free carwash with it as well.Great job,great experience!

Went to change my oil and they turned me away. They close at 3. It was 245 and no one else was there. They just lost business.

I Drive a Ford Transit van across the country and get oil changes regularly.Since I put so many miles on my van i use only full synthetic motor oil. I pulled in was greeted promptly by Jack, very friendly and courteous.He Quoted me a Decent price, Bob was fast and proficient changing my oil. These two guys deserve a raise! Some of the Best service recieved. Thank you Bob and Jack for the 5 star Service!

Knocked something loose in my van last visit and now it's overheating and leaking coolant. Gave them another shot today and they told me to wait 30 minutes because they were "scrubbing the floor". Drove past not even 7 minutes later and they had another vehicle in being serviced. So I decided to park and wait, they did not acknowledge my presence once and continued to stand around and talk. They then proceeded to back the vehicle out of the shop and then drive it right back in and continue to stand around and socialize. So I said f it and went to Walmart instead. Honestly do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. They don't take customers seriously and certainly don't value your business.Service: Oil change

Always excellent customer service, professional and fast. There is a waiting room close to the service bay, and they are great at communicating with me about my car. Been using them for years, favorite place to get my oil changed.

Have a rather large car. Oil change took 6 quarts and maybe 20min. They refilled my whiper fluid and checked all the other fluids. Cost 35$. They were very nice and welcoming. Will likely go back again.

Old Fashion Customer Service better than those other guys that when you go for an oil change you end up paying $600 for no reason Severson's is the best place I've been to for oil and gas thus far.

It was an interesting situation. I just drove in, and without asking or discussing they just started working on it... they got the job done real quick but I don't know if to be happy or worried that they did it correct
