I stopped here to get air in my tires this last Saturday. I had been looking around for a set of tires for my car. Brandon, quoted me a great price for some tires. I went ahead and ordered the tires and a few other maintenance things, oil change, spark plugs, front end alignment. I had been told by some other tire business that I needed struts so I also had them look at them... struts were fine, but they alerted me that my head gasket was shot, and said that they could replace it. I found that their service is really good, and the repair and the rest of the work was done in a timely manner, and I felt really good about their level of honesty, of repairs needed. I will recommend them to others. Thank You to Brandon and his team of techs taking care of the vehicles, and my vehicle as well !!

I've been using Dahl for oil changes for years until today. Last time I got my oil change done the sticker was typed incorrectly so good thing my car knows it needs the oil changed. But today I was told there was a 2 hour wait. Great put me on the list while I go shopping right? No if you leave the premises you lose your spot. I'm not hanging around 2 hours for an overpriced oil change. Which has skyrocketed in price in the last 2 years.

They do great work and very quickly. Excellent service, friendly and trustworthy staff. Brandon is a great service advisor. Go see Brandon for any car trouble you have. Highly recommend.

I just left the shop and they took absolute professional care of me. My mom and I are on the road from the west, visiting family. The brakes started making horrendous noise and I knew that we were in trouble. It had the eerie sound of needing new brake pads. My mom s home tire shop failed her when they checked her tires before the trip, they must not have checked the brakes. The shop took wonderful care of me and I m on the road with all new brakes and they even fix the tire sensor at no charge. Thank you so so much!

Sent my wife to get the oil change at the express since Sugar Loaf was busy and so was Dahl. You guys did a great job upselling her on everything. The only thing I didn't see was the $25.00 charge to change the air out of the tires. Normal Oil Change is $45 ish with tire rotation. You were able to get $175 +. changing wipers I did before summer as well as all the air filters. Do you always upsell woman? Sad.You've lost any future business from us. Brought car in for "Express Oil Change". More like "Over an hour oil change" at $79.00!! Asked me what oil I'd like them to use. Told didn't matter 10-30 or 40 as long as it's new. After 40 minutes watching guys standing around an oil filter and oil are dropped off! I asked why? Response was we don't carry 10-30! Seriously! I told the guy he should have told me that and he could have used anything else. No apologies for the wait. Then to charge me an outrageous price. I can guarantee that I will never bring a vehicle to any Dahl for anything and we have bought our last vehicle from there. I worked customer service for over 30 years but I guess mediocrity and lack of caring are good enough.Service: Oil change

We have been getting our vehicles serviced at Dahl Express since we moved here in 2015. Today we were surprised with a complimentary oil service & it couldn t have come at a better time. Thank you Dahl for thinking of your customers!

My check engine light came on yesterday, and my car kept stalling. I took it to Dahl Express this morning, and I'm glad I did! They were able to find the problem. The guy who helped me, Brandon, was very nice. He actually took the time to explain what was going on with my car. Prompt service. I was in and out in just under an hour... I would recommend Dahl Express, and I will take my car there from now on.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Such great, prompt service! Everyone there is super friendly and helpful. I let them know that I was moving today & was able to bring my car in without an appointment. They figured out the issues with my brakes quickly & it was a very reasonable price as well. Free car wash too. Highly recommend!Service: BrakesService: Brakes

friendly honest and great at their jobs. highly recommend all your automotive needs get done here. if buying a car mina is great, if looking for service at chevy ask for jarred.

James was very knowledgeable and friendly when explaining what was wrong with the brakes on my car. I thought the overall price was very reasonable. Clean lobby, there was 1 free beverage per customer. I'll be going back once I need to replace the oil filter on my car.

WOW. Exceptional customer service! The lounge is super nice here, as well. I came here between classes and don't really have time to eat on Wednesdays as I have work and class for 13 hours straight. (Mind you, I am also a poor college student). They have complimentary beverages, including water, sprite, coke, and good coffee! They also have some popcorn available! These awesome FREE snacks were just what I needed to get through my hectic day. I was also able to charge my phone and laptop and was able to work on some homework with their free wifi! I was greeted by a super friendly guy right as I pulled up and he pointed me in the right direction for an oil change and then I was helped by staff right away. I highly recommend this place!!! Also, I don't usually write reviews, but I had such a great experience that I took the time to write one! That should tell you something about the great service here! :)~Kristen

I desperately needed an oil change and James LaBrec was able to fit me in early in the morning when I had some time in my schedule. He was professional, courteous, and easy going. I saw him interact with a couple other clients and it appeared he was genuine with them as well; this is reassuring because vehicle repairs/service can be stressful. This was by far my most enjoyed car service, the waiting area was also an added bonus with the complimentary beverages.

Awesome staff! I came in for a nail in my tire. In 20 mins, not only did they have it fixed but they had it back on, the spare back in storage, and the thing ready for me to drive off!!! The free coffee was a bonus!! This visit continues ths string of great customer service I get coming here. Highly recommend!

I have stopped by express service a few times now and it has been very busy. About an hour and a half wait which I was unable to do. Today I stopped and again, very busy; however, Tim, while not diminishing service to others, got my wife's truck in even as busy as they were. I have to give my highest rating to Dahl Express and especially Tim. He acknowledged my frustration even though I knew it was not his fault nor Dahl Express, he provided the highest customer service he could. Thank you Tim and Dahl Express Winona.

VERY VERY Pleasant!! Nice clean lounge with Complementary Coffee, and popcorn. They had Nice comfy lounge chairs and the staff was friendly and efficient. Shout out to James LaFluer!!! i think i butchered his last name!!! Nice guy though...And they shuttled me to my house while my brakes were worked on. Very clean well maintained facility !!! Overall outstanding experience. Thanks gentleman.

Well, dahl express received our vehicle. They not only didnt check the engine codes, did not call when finished [lost the number ], gave us the wrong keys to the car, left the window down, keys in the ignition, but even didnt check the tire pressures. Tires were low and had to be filled. Not a true full check. Overpriced as well. Please beware if u dare bring your vehicle in, those who do not know cars might not even know if something is wrong... they did nothing even when told. They earned this 1 star, would give 1.5 for at least an oil change done.

Took one of my cars in for an oil change and ordered the $49.99 full synthetic oil change and 4 additional quarts of oil, since my car takes 9 quarts. When it came time to pay, the receptionist was shocked and showed me the almost $200 bill I was going to have to pay.I was very upset. But, 2 days later, they called me back, apologized for it, refunded me. They were very polite about the whole situation. Even after a bad situation, they came through and made it right!Good customer service!

If you have 2.5 hours to wait for a express oil change then this is the place to go. However I got here, pulled up to the door and asked what the wait is and they told me drive right in. Very poor communication and never should ve taken 2.5 hours.Service: Auto maintenanceService: Auto maintenance

About a week before my wife and I moved to North Carolina, my wife brought her Toyota Rav4 into Dahl Express Service for an inspection to be sure it was ready for the long move down south. Dahl Express Service informed her there was a major leak in her transmission, which would require a disassembly, fix, and reassembly of her transmission at a cost of $5,000.We trusted Dahl Express Service but brought our Toyota to two different shops in Winona for second and third opinions. Both shops told us there was no leak in the transmission, and the Toyota was fine for the journey, so we made the trip down south.When we arrived in North Carolina, we took the Toyota to a shop to have it looked over. Again, we were told the transmission was fine, with no major leak.Dahl - young blonde women aren't dumb as you like to believe. Earn your money honestly, with every transaction.Don't bother trying to make this right, Dahl Express Service. You tried to take advantage of my family. Enjoy your single star review, even though you deserve less than that.

This is not a honest place to bring your car for servicing or any sort of repair. My brakes were still in good condition and yet the technician suggested me to change all four of them. They purposely left a bolt loose and when I brought my car in for inspection they told me it is because of my brakes. Save your time and money by bringing your car to somewhere else!

Went in today because my windshield wipers weren t working, I was there for less than 15 minutes they got it fixed. Great service they were all very friendly, cannot thank them enough!

Went to Dahl Express Services in Winona for the first time today, for an oil change. James, my advisor, was prompt, friendly and used terms that I could understand. I ll be back and I d recommend their services to family and friends.

Came in on Saturday morning to have a tire repaired. The staff was friendly and had us in and out in less than a half-hour. No charge. These are the kinds of little things that keep customer loyalty.

Service was good. I was a little bit disappointed that something I had done, was 2x as much as I was originally quoted. So that was very disappointing. If I would have been notified of the part being a higher price, before the work was already done I probably would have taken care of it myself. Other then that it was okay.

Took my car there for oil change and alignment. Service performed quickly and professionally. Friendly staff. Attractive waiting area. Reasonable prices, don't forget coupon from HyVee receipts!

Wash works great . But have pulled up two times now when it has been closed. Didn't know till I pulled all the way in. They should publish their set hours.
