The staff are absolutely amazing! The process was wonderful. smooth, and very quick. We are a family friend of the salesman Cullen so our family does a lot of business with you and have followed Cullen from West Salem, WI to Winona, MN. Just bought a vehicle from here 2 weeks ago and had the best experience! Everyone is so nice and very honest! I would recommend them a 100 percent! Happy to be part of the Dahl family. Wanted to add after having this vehicle for a month now I am still very happy with it and everyone at dahl! If anyone is looking for a different vehicle I highly recommend them , you will not be disappointed

Our experience couldn t have been better! Excellent salesman, vehicle set up, etc. young lady, vehicle paperwork lady, & vehicle clean up people were great and very accomodating. I have never seen a better crew of people working at a car dealership! Never have I ever seen a better job of cleaning up the vehicle before we took ownership and drove away with it!!!! This was the prettiest vehicle I have ever seen or owned in my lifetime!! It was totally worth driving the nearly 600 mile round trip to buy the vehicle. The staff you have working there are second to none-they are top notch and better than I have ever dealt with. A 5 star excellent rating doesn t seem like that s high enough. There are some GM dealerships smaller, some bigger, but NONE are better!!!! I am spreading the word about our great experience with you and hope more will go your way to buy from a dealership that can t be beat. Thanks to all of you for the great treatment we received!!!

My experience is always great when I have something done on my car. Everyone is so kind and professional and get the job done in an efficient time. I am always so satisfied with the cost of the work I have gotten done on my vehicle and a plus is a get a free car wash, popcorn, and pop. I appreciate all that you have done for me and will continue to come when I need work on my car. And I do recommend your business to all my family and friends. Great job guys!

We met with Corey Speltz to look at a new '23 Buick Encore. Corey was very polite and honest. He made us feel like we were part of his family. Corey is a credit to the Dahl Auto. After we decided to buy the car we met with Mike, who present the deal. After some negations we settled on a fair price. Mike was very pleasant during the negations and put together a price we felt was fair. Mike was also a credit to the Dahl Auto Family. Finally we met with Scott who covered the final financial part. His presentation was both professional and thorough. We can't thank the Dahl Auto enough for the Professional Sales force they have and the friendly service we received. We will be back for any more auto need.

I bought a car from this dealership thinking I was getting a great price and I would finally not have to worry about bringing a car into the mechanic for a long time. But I was wrong. Once I had this car for a few weeks, it already had numerous amounts of problems with it. And that warranty that comes with the car sounds great and all until you want to use it. The warranty seems like it should apply to the entire car, but it doesn't, which doesn't seem right. And before I bought the car, it was said that everything on the vehicle was looked over by trained professionals and new parts were put into the car. But just a few short weeks later, I already had to replace the rotors on the car. The dealer thought I was the problem instead of the dealership, but even if I was the problem, rotors don't just wear down within a couple of weeks if they were "brand new". The pre-owned cars this dealership sells is a scam and I would reconsider looking at every little detail of the car before buying it, otherwise you'd just be better off buying from somewhere else.

I had been looking for the perfect truck and found it on Dahl's lot. I was treated as though I'd done business with them for years, even though this was my first experience. Every person I encounter, whether sales, service, parts, financing or the bosses... everyone makes me feel important, respected and appreciated. I love my truck and Dahl!

do your services come with a warranty? I bought extended warranty. transmission was do for service. I have reported there is something wrong with it many times. I wanted it checked out again before the service to the transmission. said it was ok. I asked are you sure it won't hurt the transmission. his answer was yes. well it break down. 6 weeks after the warranty. 7,000.00 for a new one because it could not be fixed. this should not have happened. I told them it slipped or tries to shift when it shouldn't. going up hills. did nothing. in the end gave me little discount.very disappointed in service. warranty cost 2200$ for nothing.

Russ Prenot was the adviser that handled my repair. He kept me up to date step by step. Walked out in the cold to show me what was done, answered additional questions about future repairs. It would be impossible for him to have done a better job!

Cullen worked with us to find the vehicle we wanted and worked with Shaun to get the value we needed from our trade in. Elena went over all the details of the car we purchased and helped get my phone connected before I left. Scott was clear and concise on the financing process. The only problem I have is with GMC. I had my breaks replaced under warranty a while back. After being replaced, I started having the same squeaky grinding sound with the new pads. I took it in and they were deglazed . It started doing it again and this time, I was told that GMC had a fix but I would have to pay for replacement do to it not being under warranty. And they don t warranty repairs that were fixed under warranty. It cost me $250 because GMC put in faulty pads from factory then dragged their feet to fix it right the first time. I ordered my new $84,000 truck brand new and had issues with brake noise 20,000 some miles in. And of course there is a fix after my bumper to bumper ended. Should have been a recall. So in the end I got screwed because GMC didn t want to admit there was pad issues. I am pissed about this. More principle than the $250.Dahl dealership in Winona has great guest service.

Dahl's service department went way over and beyond my normal customer expectations this week. My wife had a trip planned for Wednesday and our car started acting up on Tuesday. I normally try to give the service department a weeks notice when we need service but I called to see if they could possibly fit it in before my wife's trip. They said they would see what they could do. Russ kept me informed as to their progress every step of the way and when they found the problem they woked really hard to get the parts there aand get it fixed before my wife's trip. I felt like the most important customer they had (and I am pretty sure they barely know me).

This is the best dealership I ve ever experienced. I bought a car & had buyers remorse and Scott & Cullen were able to get me my old car back. They worked so hard and got me my old loan and everything. I cannot express how thankful I am other than to recommend everyone to come here. They really care about customers!!!
