Went into this store, too look around & noticed how cold it was in this store. I know Minnesota state laws are 65 degrees in a workplace. It was at least 60 or below in this store. Which is not too appreciated with having 2 kids. I m going to contact corporate about the regulations of the temperature. Mike & Alex were very helpful & friendly! You could tell they knew exactly what they are doing & knowledgeable on any questions I had. I know who & where I will be going for the rest of my vechiles parts. Excellent communication & customer service experience! They deserve a bonus & that s an understatement of what they knew & were willing to help me with. It s nice having such great customer service when going into a store, as not many places are that way! Those two clearly have a very strong work ethic & care about their customers!! Thank you to those two guys! They were awesome!!!!

We had the best experience here! My boyfriend and I were traveling Through to go to Nashville and had all our dash lights come on mid trip. We quickly came to the nearest auto zone and were greeted very kindly. We talked them through our situation, they ran the codes and brought in the mechanic the day of (it s Sunday btw). He came within minutes and was able to get the job done within an hour of us getting there! All of the staff was very kind and professional and never tried to upsell us on anything!! What could have been a $500 expense was only $10. And the mechanic refused the tip that was offered. Overall a great experience!

Alex, Jalissa, & Mike went above and beyond when my battery died at a nearby Goodwill store. I called and walked over to let them know that I was coming. They help me pick out a new battery. Alex drove me to my vehicle and replaced the battery! Then returned my old battery to AutoZone and get the core charge back.

Stopped in today to get coolant and windshield wipers. Cornell helped me find exactly what I was looking for and gave great advice! He even put the windshield wipers on my car and took the time to explain the brands he thinks work best, etc. This man made my day by being so kind and helpful!! Thanks Cornell!

If you feel like you're missing something in your life, but you don't know what, or who- it just might be Jalissa at winonas autozone, fr.My car has a persistent check engine light, Jalissa, my hero, took care of it, and sent me on my way in under 20min.I'd never been here before, but now I definitely know where I'm going asap if something else comes up.Seriously wonderful customer service and atmosphere!

Talk about going above and beyond the call of duty! I stopped in with a bad battery, after confirming it I was guided to a good replacement at a fair cost. After I installed it, the battery light was still on. A quick diagnostic check later and it was determined the alternator was also toast. When I asked if it was hard to replace, Mike assured me it wasnt too bad. He looked at his watch and said, "I have a break coming up, I will swap it out for you it should only take 10-15 minutes." Without him I would have been dead in the water with an undrivable vehicle for a week or more waiting on an opening at a shop, and hundreds of dollars. Thank you Mike and the team, God Bless you all!

Oh boy The three gentlemen who are currently working there right now; Jonathan, Josh, and Mike, are miracle workers. These past few weeks, you see the store from being filled with employees down to three people - how is that fair to them? They either need more people(easier said than done obviously), better higher management(again, easier said than done obviously), and more support from higher management. The three men are working endlessly, day in and day out, and you can truly tell they re beginning to burn out. Awesome workers, just know the people coming in and out of that store notice that the workers are under appreciated.

Went there while on vacation to get new wipers and found out that we needed a new battery. Noah was very helpful and friendly and helped us to better understand our vehicle. So glad we are now aware of the bad battery and so thankful for kind people like the people at this location! Thank you.

Is great place and customer service; helpful. The hours are incorrect on the website. They close at 5 PM not 7 PM during the week. I was very glad I called 1st. I would call regarding Saturday hours.

This doesn't reflect the actual employees of the store.I came in a few days ago, first of all its freezing in the building.. Mentioned that to one of the employees and he said that it's already been fixed and it's 54 degrees!! (He replied with a smirk) He then helped me figure out what was wrong with my car with the little plug in thing.Before leaving another customer started complaining about the hours being shorter or something than before. The employee explained that it's just him and one other employee that's able to open or close the store. That didn't work for this customer who suggested that they do 7 days a week open to close because that's what they're paid for... Employee said that the DM (Assuming District Manager) had allowed them to close a little early to avoid the 60 hour work week.Now for my huge issue!! My Grandpa collects those little Autozone cars that come out around Christmas, I tried both Rochester locations (both in a complete state of panic) and finally Winona, the guys in Winona were the only ones who knew what I was asking for, the Rochester north store had a crabby lady that didn't seem to have time for customers. So!! Crabby customer complains about hours, employee states DM shortened hours, then on the Autozone reviews the response from owner is something like "Posted hours are to be abided by." How spineless is that! You tell your employees one thing, but then throw them under the bus once you get a complaint. It's obvious now why the Rochester stores are ghost towns

Went in on Sunday morning to order performance parts for my ls1, hours say open at 9 but doors were locked and an employee sitting out in his car! After waiting till 9:20 and still no one to unlock door, I gave up and will go elsewhere to spend my money...way to blow it with another customer

Had a battery starting to fail, also check engine light came on. Ryan scanned code from check engine light, which confirmed low voltage, assisted with new battery and swap. 20 minutes later I was back on the road. Great job.!

45 minutes into my 3 hour drive, my tensioner decided to suicide itself. I walked 2 miles up the road to this auto zone and the guys had the part the socket set and the tools that I needed to put a new tensioner pulley on and get back on the road

I stopped in this morning to have an engine light red and a 2017 Ford Escape they say they no longer do it the customer has to do it. I guess I don't need to buy my parts here anymore. I highly do not recommend shopping at this part store. When there are several others in town. I gave the Winona AutoZone a second chance on July 4th to read my engine light. Isaac the store manager refuses to do so he says it is his store policy not to read engine light it is up to the customer to take the unit and read it themselves. That is horrible customer service I hope that everybody reads this and refuses to stop at the Winona AutoZone to buy their parts when there are Motor Parts down on 3rd Street, Napa on Mankato Avenue. And O'Reilly Auto Parts Oh by Fleet Farm. I hope that corporate also reads this message and takes care of the problem here in Winona either by educating or training or eliminating the employees with the attitudes. These tough times during this pandemic you would think every store would bend over backwards to help a customer out to make whatever profit they can get to keep afloat to keep their doors open. But I see that AutoZone does not wish to stay afloat.

Super nice guys!! very helpful in determining what was wrong with my car and sadly they could not fix it themselves but called a garage and everything for me! For sure a recommend place for all and will return if i have issues again

The sales people are very pushy but I blame that on the corporate level as they are coerced to meet sales quotas on things nobody wants to buy. Also the overweight Mexican looking girl has no manners and you can tell she was raised in a trailer.

The customer service was excellent. I went into the store needing a headlight for my car, got just what I wanted, the kind sales associate even put it in for me.
