I stopped by o inquire about a replacement subwoofer for one that had been stolen. It was a cold and busy day at the end of the month and Brandon dropped everything he was doing to help me. We looked for the best options and found one that worked perfectly for my situation. Brandon took the time to install it while I waited and I was on my way in no time. Pricing was excellent as well. Thank you for a great experience!

5 stars!! I could not be any happier! From initial contact with Brandon via email, to phone, to in person, he took the time to listen to what I wanted and expected out of the stereo system I wanted for my bike. He asked all the right questions to really get a feel of what I was after. Chris, the tech who happened to be the poor soul with the misfortune to have to work on my bike was nothing short of amazing! He had to completely tear out another shops shoddy work and correct everything. I ended up going with the Rockford Fosgate Power Series for everything and it sounds absolutely amazing!! Crystal clear at highway speeds!! Zero distortion!! Money well spent!! Thanks guys!!

They have a nice selection of quality car audio offerings. They'll order in things you need within a couple days. Very knowledgeable, with a friendly staff. The installs I have seen by these guys are very nice, very professional. They also have some high quality used components for sale. Do yourself a favor and stop in for a chat, they never seem to disappoint!

Very glad that Audio Designs is in town. Knowledgeable staff and great service. They installed a remote system on my 2014 car that for some reason didn't have keyless entry. Has worked great ever since!

First time customer. Blown away by the knowledge and service that this place has to offer. Prices are very reasonable and they have various brands to choose from. Its a locally owned business and they treat every customer and their vehicles with the care that they deserve. Very nice store to do business with and will be back for more stuff for my car.

I brought my vehicle here for a rear camera, head unit, subs, RBC, and amp installation. Brandon helped setup my appointment and is a great guy to work with. Chris did the install per how I requested it to be performed. A couple months later I had a crimp come loose and wanted the wiring rerouted and these guys took care of it with zero hassles.Update 4/9/19, I came back to Audio Designs last month to have a new head unit swapped, my rear camera replaced, and some other work performed on my vehicle. Once again I'm a very satisfied customer with the quality of work, plethora of knowledge, and competitive rates.

Not even a day has gone by and I am in love with my audio upgrades. Audio designs was able to squeak me ahead a day on my installation, so they're very flexible on booking, which is a plus in my book. They helped me pick out quality equipment, and made sure that all my wants and needs for my car's audio were met. My new stereo sits perfectly in the dash, it looks amazing, it sounds amazing. I'm truly blown away by the level of expertise they demonstrated by upgrading my stereo system. 5/5, dont skimp out, let the pros at Audio Designs hook you up! It truly is "A Sound Investment"!

Had an amp, sub and wiring installed on my vehicle. The power cable terminal to my battery was placed underneath my alternator power which is fine except for the fact that the terminal wasn't cleaned and the bolt was loose. Flickering headlights in which I asked to have the grounds/power re-checked but was told those wouldn't be an issue. The ground in the back of my car was drilled through my floor but was completely loose and I could literally twist the wire around the screw a full 360 degrees. Also the screw was drilled all the way through the floor sticking out under my car an inch and just missed my ABS sensor cable by about 2 centimeters. Power, remote and ground cables were all run down the same side of the vehicle. Had to redo the gain on my amp as it was clipping badly. Terminal protection covers on my battery were not reattached. (not a big deal but I mean really?)Anyways for 125$ this is one of the worst installs I have ever seen in my life. I only took it here because I wanted it done correctly and didn't want the extra work. Ended up doing more work than I would have done with the entire install.I'm not sure who else is working at this place, But if you have to go here, ask for Troy to do your install (if he still does them). I know he has a good reputation. Whoever did mine shouldn't be installing anything, let alone electrical.

Wasted 5 hours of my time would not recommendEdit :I left to go there around 2pm and it's an hour drive. When I got there I asked for Brandon because he was trying to help me build a subwoofer enclosure, they said it would be there in around 2 hours as he was doing an install at someone's home. No problem I wonder the city for around 2 hours. I come back and there is a guy as the desk talking to a customer and I wait for him to get done helping the guy. As soon as he's done with that guy 15 minutes later he immediately leaves into the shop area. Right before that 2 other guys walked out from the shop area never even got acknowledged. I'm like ok maybe they're just busy wait maybe 5 minutes later the other guy leaves, and I continue to wait. 10 minutes go by and I decided to just go home after waiting 30 minutes for help. I've decided to go to another shop and have theme build an enclosure.

Simply best audio place there is. My father and I have been going there for years, never once let down and if there is any complications they'll take care of it. They have even got me in day of if it's needed. HUGE THANKS TO THEIR TEAM.
