They gave me the wrong part, right at closing I got there, at 6 and pulled in the parking lot at 5:59, I called them before hand as I was coming and told them I would get there about right at closing because I had the part out and didn't want to drive without the part. As I was trying to contact the manager, which ended up being the store number they hung up on me. Very poor costumer service.

Nice store location. Very clean and organized store. Staff is very kind and helpful. They always have what I need on hand. No having to come back the next day. I can easily find what I'm looking for. Online service is very user friendly and compatible. Definite one stop shop. They go that extra mile to help their customers.

We needed to clear a code on my boyfriends Toyota Lexus. When we got there the staff was helpful and didn't show any negativity towards the fact that we showed up ten minutes before closing. They took their time when assisting us outside with the decoder!WAY TO GO!!:)

Wipers are expensive but a employee came out and helped me put the blades on I install blades for a living as a tech and I couldn't get the new ones on. After I cut my hand he got paper towels and bandage lol thanks guy customer service was great

Good the only thing I didn't like was one of the employees give me the wrong piece for my car when I when back they nat change it because then didn't find it now I lose 100 dollars because a employee mistake

Always very helpful even though they are so busy phone ringing all while. They listen and advise solution for your auto issues. Parts always seem to be in stock or one day away.

When I was at the store to buy auto parts the service person had a dry cough and coughed in his hand and made change with that hand for me. With COVID19 going around I was concerned for my safety.
