This shop has amazing service! Called same day for new tires due to a safety issue and they got me in right away and at a very fair price! From the initial phone call, to being greeted upon arrival, to walking me through what needed to be done, this place provided a very high standard of service. Highly recommend and Aaron the advisor was excellent!

Brought my truck in for a patch job and they were amazing! They took the time out to find the leak because it was hidden and preformed excellent service. They listened, made eye contact, and I genuinely felt welcomed. 10/10 would recommend

I would NEVER recommend this place. I went in recently for an alignment, but they damaged the underbody of my car. I found this during my own inspection after I drove it home. I asked them to fix it, they agreed. I dropped it off and waited for the repairs, then they tried to charge me FULL PARTS AND LABOR for damage that their tech caused, while repeatedly dodging responsibility with phrases like "Our tech is experienced and would never make this mistake." Guess what, he messed up, and the management tried to screw me over.I do have to say though, the alignment I got is spot on. It was done well, besides, you know, breaking my car.

I took my car here after my exhaust pipe suddenly became detached, and they took me as a walk in. The staff was knowledgeable and did their best to help me and gave good advice about how best to proceed with some additional repairs that may be needed. I appreciated their service greatly.

These people seem nice and I don't think they mean any harm but I have some major problems that could easily be fixed with better communication and organization practices.Brought my vehicle in for new front shocks and an aligment that was recommended to me by the employee I scheduled this appt with. I was told that it would take 1 1/2-2 hours. We dropped it off at 8 and it was then 10 and we hadn't received a call yet so we showed up. Apparently they were waiting on the alignment because the tool was in use at the moment and they had no time estimate of when it would be available. Apparently the mechanic had no idea there was a "time limit" on when our vehicle needed to be done. Then the mechanic asked us more questions about why we are getting an alignment and we told him that the representative I scheduled the appt with said that whenever new shocks are placed on an alignment needs to be done, so we did. And the mechanic said an alignment isn't necessary unless the steering wheel is jerky and uneven, which it wasn't. I asked the mechanic why they would tell us an alignment is necessary if it actually isn't because we have no idea what needs to be done so we just do whatever we're told. He said that the representative isn't a mechanic so he doesn't know. And I said well why would you say something if it wasn't true and he had no response for that. The mechanic was nice and very helpful but long story short- don't take the representative's recommendations and ALWAYS talk to a mechanic. That mechanic saved us $60 which is almost a days wages.

Great service they got my van in right away to replace a tire and do an oil change. They were even done 40 minutes before they said they would actually be done. Also entered in detailed notes on future items for maintenance on the vehicle. Quotes were spot on for the work done.

I waited over an hour for my car to have my tires rotated and a tire repkaced. When the man came in with my keys the manager talked with him while I stood and waited. Customer service? Not so much. Pay attention to your clients please, you saw me there and knew it was my car. Have more respect, we have lives too.

Great auto repair shop!! I took my son's blazer to them knowing of some issues with it to fix, but they uncovered things I didn't even realize. Before they start any repairs, they called me to explain what needed to be done & why. They were very knowledgeable and sensitive to my concerns & questions. The staff was nothing but respectful & courtious. This is the only place I trust with our vehicles!!!!!

Great place. We had a problem pulling our Airstream. The guy tightened some lug nuts, didn't charge a penny, and sent us on our way on no time.

Those guys are awesome! Was supposed to be an hours job, they did it in a half hour!! So saved me like $30 in labor!! Im so happy!! They even showed me the bad part! Awesome Job Willmar guys!!

So went to willmar to this TP was very disappointed 1026 $ and did not fix a thing left with more problems than when we arrived. no discount on anything they said they did, just a total screw job

My fav place in the town 1st of top quality mechanics. visit one day you ll never regret. What ever problem your car have will get fixed by short time on Willmar tireplus with professional mechanics. No need for 5,4,3 weeks appointments possible appointment + total care

Keep repeating that everything is all good after service doesn't make it the truth. Especially when there is problems all the time related to the work.

THIEFS -It also looks like the employees like to write reviews for themselves , oh thats write he said he would do that .After the mechanic squealed my tires he came up to me saying "i couldnt resist i had to do it your car is fast ", I went back to get the alignment checked and another of the shop workers said " I have your address " and he was talking about what i had in my trunk with someone along with several of the other shop workers describing the filet knife i have in there , ( what were they doing in my trunk )I felt threatened when i was there and uncomfortable with the idea that these people would be in possession of my vehicle , They were unable to get me in for the alignment that day and when i went back i mentioned this to the shop manager who deflected some questions and i think he said that one of the people in question was some kind of relative or family friend . I feel there are other places to get tires and or car repairs for these reasons and more i can not give any stars . I guess i cant post with out giving at least one star know what i mean ?

They were willing to chase the problem back to its origin and fix everything along the way, and they were able to get any parts needed same day so I was able to get my vehicle back the same day even with multiple problems requiring replaced parts.

They are helpful, and try to match or beat others. Most parts are OEM but sometimes they need to use NAPA parts that are generic and made for the vehicle

Women beware! They tried to scam me into @$1400 of repairs when I just wanted new tires. Had a 2nd opinion at the dealership and there is nothing wrong with it!

Never going here again. I gave them a month to get ready for my truck and they told me it would be done in a day when I brought it in they changed their word and said it would take 2 weeks. Unprofessional and unorganized.

I've always found the Tires Plus in Willmar to be extremely helpful and reasonable. After several years and 5+ visits I've never had a bad experience.

Bought two front tires, and a month later one of the valve stems leaked. Brought the tire in the next day and they replaced it free and no questions asked.

Prices are pretty high watch out if you don't know anything about your car they will take advantage of you wouldn't recommend as first place to shop
