They have always been good at getting the job done and charging a fair rate. Open about when they can fit you in and if they can get to it sooner they do. Communication and explanations can be lacking.

Dean And His Co-Workers Were Very Professional. Took My Vehicle Into The Shop And Got It Checked Out Due To The Front End Rattling. They Worked On It And Fixed The Front Ceramic Pads, The Front Premium Rotor, And The Right Brake Pad. The Vehicle Still Rattled Afterwards So Dean Had Me Bring It Back In. They Did Fix The Problem Free Of Charge. I Am Happy With Their Hard Work & Service. Thank You For Keeping Your Word Dean.

I'd rate this a 4 or 5, but they misfiled my flat tire causing me to lose a (non-critical) day. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and provides a good experience. Just make sure YOU follow up with them.

I came from out of town, Chicago to be exact, and I took my vehicle in, they took it right away, and I was out in 30 mins. Granted it was only a bolt that I needed, but they helped me out, were very friendly and cost effective. Highly recommend the services of this fine shop. It is nice to see a mechanic shop that cares about its customers!

Got my tires changed here a few weeks ago. They did a great job and were reasonably priced. Great location on first street so I was able to walk home but they also have a big waiting room. Easy to make an appointment and get recommendations for what tire or service you need.

Brought my tire in yesterday to be patched and have lugnuts replaced. (I had one completely stripped, one almost stripped) I was charged almost $80 to have the sensor replaced (because i was told that was the actual problem) and only the one missing lugnut. And I am now writing this review on the side of the road with the flat tire they did not patch, waiting for roadside service because the other lugnut I asked to be replaced is now stripped and I am unable to get it off my car. I am now missing work and losing money, in addition to the money I wasted yesterday to have none of the things I brought it in for fixed.

Excellent experience. They took care of me quickly and affordably. They squeezed me into the schedule where it fit for me, and got me done in half the time they promised. Excellent service experience. They came highly recommended, and I agree. If you're looking for tire service in the Willmar area, give these guys a call.

I've had my vehicle worked on a few times for different reasons and thrush always treated me great. I've never had a reason to go elsewhere for the work I've needed done.

Worst customer service ever. For being a tire shop you would think they would be more thorough on checking to make sure all lug nuts are tightened. Almost had tires fall off twice now after being serviced by them.
