I've had a great experience, they've been very kind and helpful, and went out of their way to accommodate what I needed to have done. I can't wait to see how it all turns out when I pick it up! I will be back for sure!

I've been taking my problems there for about 35 years! Jerry was the first person I dealt with now it's Dean, Andy, mark, jack! Great bunch of people! Nothing is perfect, they didn't cause the troubles! But for the most part they try very hard to get you back up and running!

I've been being business here for about 20 years but by them getting too into politics I'll change to marshall mn international. I feel they only welcome the people that support what they support. I think business should be neutral so everyone can feel welcome and at their home they can post what they like. Just my opinion. Bye Nelson

They were a life saver for my husband and I. Our A/C went out in our truck when we were on a delivery in AR and when we got home they said it can be fixed and they had the parts. They didn't charge an arm and a leg like the other places closer to home was going to charge us. Will go back to them again.

wonderful shop! handled a sensor issue, then went above and beyond and handled a recall AND explained what was causing the sensor issue and fixed that then too. Driver can not say enough of what great guys were here. Thanks for the help!

The international store is in brand only. They will work on any unit you got there and if they don't have the part on hand they can get it. I was in town for a couple weeks working a construction project, I was in there 3 times with my Kenworth and they fixed every issue . Nelson International is a go to dealership .

Dean in Service runs a tight ship. Place is always nice and clean and they're extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

In my entire life I've never had service even close to what these guys provided! I was broke down in a volvo pouring coolant all over the place. They were busy as hell but dropped what they were doing to help me out and get me back on the road 5 stars all day

I called up their and the receptionist was so rude that she wouldn't even give me her name. I didn't appreciate being lied to and I will never inquire about them or their services ever again.
