The primary reason for the visit was the Titan XD warranty repairs. As stated above, two items are still not repaired, one being the body squeak and two being the leaking rear window. (the leaky rear window will be repaired but it needs scheduling at a body shop). The secondary reason for the visit was mounting and balancing of new tires on freshly powder coated aluminum wheels. The tire mounting was completed with zero damage to the fresh powder coat and I couldn't be happier about this as I've had very bad luck with careless shops damaging wheels in the past. Thank you for the careful service. I would appreciate a bit more effort put into repairing the body squeak.

We dropped our Qwest off after hours without an appointment on a Friday evening at the Willmar Nissan dealer. We had to have it jumped in the mall parking lot and decided to not drive it home in fear of it not starting again. We left our keys in an envelope at the drop box near the service garage along with a note requesting it be checked over. Dan in the service department called about 9am or so on Saturday morning and they d already looked it over & we needed a new battery. I asked them to switch it out and adjust my headlights as well. Dan called an hour later and said it was done! I trust your Mills service staff to give me great advice and to only fix what needs to be done! Dan is a pleasure to work with!!

My husband and I had the best experience at Nissan. Ross and his sales manager stayed after hours to help us purchase our car and leave there with it! They were attentive and so kind! We definitely will come back in the future!

They just lost a 26 year customer. Very poor customer service when purchasing a brand new vehicle from them. Never again. Update: The owner of the Mills Auto division reached out to me to further understand the issues and made a point to truly make up for the bad experience. I set up a time to meet with sales associate, Rick Hess after looking at some options on the website. We were greeted as we entered, and introduced to Rick. We talked about the cars that we were interested in, and Rick set up test drives for two vehicles. We liked the Nissan, and were able to quickly arrange a trade with our car. We picked the Nissan Rogue up the next morning and we re given a thorough instruction about the features of our new car. We have had no problems and enjoy the car very much.

They had the car we wanted and the color we wanted in stock and were able to compare to another brand of car and chose the Nissan Rogue. They gave us time for us to make a decision and were not pushy.

We moved here from the Boise area 1 year ago so we needed to get the annual maintenance done. This was my first time doing business with this dealership. Staff members were helpful and professional. The customer lounge, bathrooms and showroom were all very clean and comfortable. I will have them do all of the maintenance work and/or repairs in the future.

Great, I dropped my Titan off the day before my appointment. And even though a major snow storm came in overnight. My Titan was serviced, and the recalls were performed. My Titan XD Pro 4x4 was ready to go way before I expected it to be. Thank you, Mills Nissan, I will surely be back again.

Our sales rep was a young man who is just learning the business & Jon was excellent. He took his time to show us all the details & new techy stuff on our new Rogue. He was so patient & kind to us old timers. He deserves a special thanks being that he did such a superb job & we were his very first sales. Be sure to let him know.

I was scheduled for an appointment for 10 o'clock, when I got there I was informed that if the service could not be completed in an hour that there was a shop meeting at ten and they would not get back to it till after 2 pm. I was not told of the shop meeting at the time of the last appointment. The appointment was completed in about 30 minutes and what they found wrong they could not fix and I would have to find someone else to repair the problem. I was charged over sixty dollars to be told that they could not repair the problem I have been a good customer of Nissan up to this point and I am starting to think otherwise. I have owned the following year vehicles, 1976, 1984, 2000, 2004, and presently own 2, 2012 Nissan's.

Awesome!! I was skeptical because of previous experience @ Mills Ford, but Wow! The crew took great care of me & my "new to me" baby! I was treated with the utmost respect! This is a GREAT example of Customer Service! My car was done BEFORE promised, found recall work that needed to be done and ordered the parts, they will be taking care of my Murano from now on!

Not enough was done with the vehicle prior to putting up for sale in my opinion.Dealer somewhat met my expectations not all, was a non warrantied vehicle--Thought they would do more considering its a 2 hour drive for me one way.Negatives,1. Check engine light came on within 60 miles of first driving.2. Tire sensor went out also after 300 miles $255.00 fix (Dealer did not pay for faulty tire sensor.) .3. Needs new brakes and rotors. Rotors were only resurfaced not replaced, brakes and rotors are rubbing.4. right side headlight has a short and goes out occasionally.Positives,1 Sales woman was excellent ,2. Dealer installed parts that were noticed missing on test drive as part of purchase agreement.3. Dealer delivered vehicle,4. Dealer paid for Check engine light( Evap filter fix).. $200.005. Dealer loaned vehicle during repair service.

I was very pleased that I was allowed to use a vehicle while mine was being fixed. My vehicle came back to me clean and I have had no problems since getting it home. I did feel like the work being done to my vehicle was treated like a side job, because it took a month to get done.

I was very happy with the vehicle I was driving, which I purchased new from Mills Nissan, but I was looking to upgrade to something a little bigger. The people at Mills were very pleasant to work with, and very helpful in my decision making. They listened to what I was looking for, then gave me different options to choose from. When I decided on a vehicle, again they gave different finance options. I started out just looking, and ended up driving home in my new Rouge. I never felt pressured or felt like I was being pushed into the deal, the Mills team left all the decisions up to me. For me, whenever I am looking for a new vehicle, Mills Nissan will always be my first place to go, and most likely the only place I will need to go. Thank you to the whole Mills Nissan team.

Waited 3-1/2 hours to get an oil change, tire rotation, and fix a broken wire (under warranty). I was charged over $9 for shop supplies on a 3 year, 36,000 miles, bumper to bumper warranty!

Making sure the car I bought 1 month ago was good to go. Had issues with it 3 weeks in to having it. Took 3 weeks to get in had to reschedule once! Then had to pay for my visit as well.. wasnt expecting to pay for a issue with my car that I haven't even had for a little over a month now...My car still isn't fixed now I have to wait even longer. and I still have to play for the repairs still.

Purchased (my second) Nissan Murano from Mills Nissan and had an excellent experience! Worked with Isaac and Alberto and was out the door within an hour (including my spouse looking for another vehicle). Wish all auto dealers could work like this! The five and a half hour drive up was certainly worth it! Highly recommended!

Called in on Saturday for an appointment to see a pre owned vehicle for their own safety. Arrived on Monday to only be discriminated (probably racially). Front desk staff didn't even know that I called in for an appointment nor did they open the door for me. I called in and asked If I could see the pre-owned vehicle. They told me to wait at the service area for a representative. I quickly found out that no one was coming by after 30 minutes. Called back a second time to only find out that the pre-owned vehicle was sold. Worst dealership experience I've had. Better service at the other dealership next door.

Amount of time repair took to even get started was ridiculous. No communication from service department unless we would call and leave a message inquiring. 3 plus weeks for repair. We did have a loaner vehicle but it had expired tabs! Couldn't have felt more under valued.

The service done on my car was done well and in the time they estimated. I was also impressed with the care given in their inspection of my vehicle before the service work even began. Above and behind expectations! I am very appreciative of this dealership!I also test drove some Nissan Altimas. However was disappointed with the new models. No luxury. No appeal for me as in other years. I have owned 2 Nissan Altimas, but will probably switch to a Sonata my next go around.
