This is my second vehicle purchased at Mills Chrysler, Dodge, Ram &Jeep. Mills Willmar is a dealer that goes the extra mile and makes sure your experience is a great one. I live way up north in Aitkin and was able to deal via phone and internet. They beat everyone's price, Evan and Scott and the combination of their sales team made my choice very easy going with their dealership. I could have bought a vehicle a lot closer but have had great experience on my last vehicle, which made my decision easy.Thank You Mills Willmar for another great experience!

It's unfortunate how terrible the service is. They replaced a rear main seal in my Jeep Gladiator and didn't reinstall the transmission correctly. Next project was performing a steering recall on the Gladiator and they didn't tighten the pitman arm (steering arm). Dealing with the service writers is hopeless, I am surprised they are able to maintain their franchise status. Save yourself the trouble, I wouldn't go here for the simplest of service work.

Upfront dealership. Was amazed how the dealership had the price of the vehicle displayed and valued my trade in with Kelly Blue Book. I felt that was a very honest way to do business. The dealership gave me a reasonable offer. My salesman Alroy was very personable and was easy to work with and responded to all my needs and questions.Great job.

Betty and the service team came up huge for me today. I am in town for corporate training, two hours away from home. I started my car and found an oil leak. Took it in first thing this morning and I was back on the road by 4:45pm. Betty was so friendly and so was the shuttle driver! Great place, it s too bad I live far away otherwise I would use this place for everything!

Called 7-5-21 to have my transmission lines on my 2018 charger changed because they are leaking. I was told that they could not get me in till November to fix. I can not add transmission fluid to a sealed unit and they think i could drive it for five months leaking. What a joke, who could wait five month for a leaking transmission???

As a first time car buyer, I had a great experience at Mills! They answered all of my questions and made the entire visit very comfortable. Super happy with my 2019 Jeep Compass!

This is for their service department, which is horrible. If I could give zero stars I would.I bought a brand new 2019 Ram Bighorn from a different dealership in which a family friend sells vehicles.Since day one day one the backup cam didn t work, not the end of the world. So I took it to my local Mills in Willmar thinking they are such a big dealership they must have good mechanics. Boy was I wrong.I set an appointment and my fianc� brought it in first and said she would wait there...3 hours later no one had talked to her so she had to go and ask herself. They say they have no idea so they sent her home with a loaner.Several days went by and no phone call, so I called them to see what the deal was. They say they replaced the camera and that didn t work, they then ordered a new radio screen. I picked up the truck while the screen was shipping and they said they would call me. Over a week later I finally call them and they inform me it has been in for a few days and to bring the truck back in.Bring it in to get the screen replaced, that doesn t work. I wait for two hours and finally have to go ask what is going on, they don t know, another hour, still no answers, 4 HOURS LATER Mills Service say they have done everything, they replaced the camera, radio, and traced all the wires and no fix. They say the called Chrysler and they don t know what to do. The serviceman said they would call Chrysler every day until they got an answer. A MONTH LATER AND I VE YET TO RECIEVE A CALL.So I call the dealer I got it from and they run the VIN to look at warranty work and they say there is nothing attached to the VIN of my truck. A few weeks later I bring it to Litchfield Chrysler, they say the same thing, no warranty work was filed. So what did they actually do with my truck for the week they had it?The mechanic at Litchfield Chrysler digs into the dash and starts tracing wires. When I talked to them they told me that no one had ever been in the dash and tracing wires, everything was factory put together.So not only is the service department absolutely horrible with customer service but they feed you full of lies saying they are working on it, we ll let you know, we will find the answer blah blah blah.Mills is trash and everyone needs to know.

We purchased a new vehicle in record time! We saw the vehicle on line early in the afternoon, called in about it and had it in our garage by 7 PM that night. Jan Zuidema did a terrific job of getting everything lined up for us.

Not impressed with this dealership at all. Very unprofessional. The salesman was constantly on the phone trying to make deals with others while I was there. He had no business manners whatsoever, like I was wasting his time. I would not recommend if you re looking to make a deal, they re only looking out for themselves.
