I really wanna thanks Ross Metz and Mick for the great deal they gave me on a 2017 Purple Toyota Corolla 50th anniversary, I live in another state ( Utah ) and Ross was very helpful and clear with the information I needed in order to proceed to buy not flying over there, he was very professional. The car is like new as he said and around 40k miles nice clean title. The communication was fast and effective by the phone, even Mick the general manager was able to take my phone call to close the deal. I am very happy and I highly recommend them !!!

No problems with mills auto service dept. They are certified toyota mechanics!!! Dan is always pleasant and will explain any questions that the customer might have. Also have good popcorn in the waiting room.

My husband and I purchased a Nissan Rogue (third Rogue since 2015) from Mills Auto, Willmar. All experiences have been great but this one (Dec. 2023) was flawless. Rick Hess is a non-pressure sales person who provides all aspects of knowledge, service and respect for the consumer. We could not have been more pleased.

Poor quality checking if any? I often do inspections of my own after said work has been done to my vehicles. Recently I had rear brakes done on my jeep & let me tell you, whoever they got working on the Ford/Jeep/Chrysler side must be new or working a mile a minute. I m not quite sure how you can call it a complete brake job when you forget to snug up one of my caliper push pins. complete waste of time & money. Take your car somewhere thats got experienced techs that know even the basics of proper car maintenance.

This place has an awesome customer service. I drove almost 5 hours to get a new truck for 10k less than any other competitor. They worked with us on the time and price. The have alot of vehicles to choose from, and unlike many others they offered me a fair price for my truck. I definitely recommend these guys, especially elbert, (pretty sure I buttured his name.) Thank you guys for making the truck buying experience a good one.

I can't thank the staff at Mills Toyota enough for the best and quickest car experience I've ever had.Let me start out by saying personally I was not happy about my situation and why I was in trading my vehicle. I was met by Stephen and Chase where both greeted me and we lightly discussed my situation. I felt more at ease with them and the reassurance. I took my new car for a test drive and by time I came back Stephen had all my paperwork all ready to sign. Within 20 minutes I had everything signed and was ready to go out the door. Before leaving Chase helped go through setting up my new car, and went over the important things to know.I will gladly refer other to Mills.

After 6 weeks they may have figured out how to pay off a loan on my trade in....We will see by the end of the week. Never buy a vehicle from Mills unless you want terrible service. Only care about the money coming in rather than taking car of the customer. Excuses around every corner as to why things haven't been dealt with.

We purchased a vehicle from Mills Buick. This was our first time ever purchasing a vehicle locally. Mills has really stepped up their financing and bank options making it easier to buy locally. Tom was our salesman and was great. Even worked with us for 2 days when we wanted to come back the next day to look again at the vehicle because it was a blizzard the first day. Did everything he could to get the vehicle we wanted. Scott the finance manager worked hard to get the best financing available. He even went over the vehicle features with me the next day when I couldn t figure things out myself. So far we re really enjoying the vehicle and the experience we had at Mills.

My family and I had such a great experience at Mills Auto, especially with Bailey! All the staff were so friendly and were willing to work with us even though we came unprepared! Bailey made me feel very comfortable about my first ever car purchase and even checked in with me a few days after my purchase to see if I was still liking it. Overall, a great experience here, and it was well worth the drive if you're from the cities like me.

Best Prices! Best Customer Service! We were willing to drive from the cities for Mills Toyota! We had THE best experience with Lon. He immediately answered every question and concern by text and phone calls. There wasn't ever any pressure on us to buy. When we committed, he had our 2015 Avalon ready at the exact time we wished (which was super fast)! We will HIGHLY recommend to all friends/family/neighbors/even strangers. :-) Financing went smoothly, too. Working with Lon was the best brand new car buying we have had. He was completely upfront and honest.

Even though I didn't end up purchasing a vehicle from this establishment, I had an amazing experience. Bailey was an absolute doll to work with and was easy to relate to. She did not pressure me into buying a car that was not right for me and was very understanding when I decided against trading in my vehicle. I would highly recommend, even if it was an hour and a half drive!

Seems to have pretty good integrity on the front end in terms of new and used vehicles. However we experienced inconsistent communication about our trade in value. One sales rep offered us $1,000 more than our second sales rep, but they would not stand behind the offer. I've known of people who really enjoy working with Mills, however we will be looking elsewhere.

I just bought a 2014 equinox from here and I went to pick it up and it wouldn t start. We left it there and called them and told them it wouldn t start at all and asked if they can look at it to see if the battery is okay or if it needs to be replaced. They looked at it and said it was completely fine so they charged it for me and said when they detailed it they must have left lights on. I went and picked it up with no issues but less then a week of having it my battery died again so we looked at it and There was corrosion and a lot of it. The battery was leaking and bulging on the sides so I called and they said they didn t know why it was like that and that they can look at it but that s all. I said I have no time since I work and I don t have anyone to bring it in so I had to replace the battery that was over $130. I shouldn t of had to replace it in my opinion because I specially asked them to test the battery and double checked when I went to get the keys if they tested it and they said yes when they obviously didn t. I would never do service with Mills again.

Had my oil changed and tires rotated. They inspect everything and if something needs to be done, someone comes to the waiting area and lets you know.If it is something that can be resolved at the time, they do it. If it is something that they have to order parts for, they schedule it

Rick Hess, a solid guy. We stopped in after an experience that left a sour taste in our mouths.We were looking for a lower price used crossover and he was knowledgeable, professional and honest.Looking around his workspace, you could see appreciation letters and awards from his employer.Seriously, you guys, if a salesman had been with the same company for twenty five plus years, then he's got to be a guy who would the sale right--on the front end and on the back.While they didn't have exactly what we wanted at the moment, he educated us a bit, and when we're ready, we're coming back and want to deal with Rick.

A True ProfessionalWe were looking for a very specific (somewhat challenging to locate) set of features and criteria in purchasing a vehicle.Rick Hess paid patient, close attention to our multifaceted goal, and was quick to inform us several weeks later when a vehicle arrived meeting all of the criteria we had laid out for him. He had not forgotten our requests; but graciously assisted us in successfully finding what we were looking for in order to meet our goal.He also went the extra mile to let us know when this specific car was scheduled to arrive so that we could be among the first to view it and make our decision. I had a great experience working with Erica Bjork. I drove 4 hours to get the truck I wanted. Everything went well, even thought I forgot to bring the loan papers. They worked it out so I did not have to make a return trip to complete the trade.

We bought my wife's new Toyota Highlander at Mills. From start to finish the customer service was excellent. Erica was our sales rep and she was wonderful. Will definitely be contacting her when we need another vehicle.

Brought my vehicle in for recall repair which was supposed to be complete in a hour. Nobody notified me when work was completed and after a hour and twenty minutes I was walking around the showroom when I noticed my car was parked outside and I had to go looking for keys and info.

Staff remembers you, handle questions and concerns in a timely manner. Great customer service. My husband and have purchased 7 vehicles here and leased another.We've always been treated fairly and respectfully.

I was talking with a sales representative about a vehicle via email. Every response I received from him he said I had to put a deposit down now because someone was coming in tomorrow to put a deposit down so get here today or that he had 5, 10, 15 people interested in this vehicle and each time it was more than the last. We emailed each other for a week but when a sale price we both liked could not be reached he got petty. After no response from him for a day I got an email at 10:00 pm (1st response I got after 6:00 pm over 22 emails) saying they sold the vehicle I was looking at full price and telling me that's why you can't just go off "book price."

I have my Murano serviced here. Staff is amazing and go out of their way to make it a great experience every time....and I didn't even buy my car from them! Have talked with sales, they are great too, just didn't have what I was looking for at the time. Excellent Customer Service all the way around!!

I cannot begin to tell you how much I dislike car shopping but my experience with the Willmar Mills Auto Center was by far the best experience I have ever had! Brandon was our sales person and made car shopping enjoyable! We absolutely love our new Buick. I want to adopt Brandon! We will definitely shop for our next vehicle in Willmar at Mills!
