They'll ruin any stickers or decals on your car that they don't agree with. Went in for a front fender replacement but they took the time to scrape off a BLM sticker I had next to the rear license plate.

Just picked my car up after repairs, and I cannot recommend Kent's enough.As a woman, it can be challenging to feel respected and heard in environments where vehicles are being discussed, to the point where I usually bring my boyfriend or dad with me to the shop.From the first conversation, I never once felt spoken down to or belittled. They were prompt, communicative, and respectful, and their lobby is clean and welcoming. The repairs were done in a reasonable time frame, and they went the extra mile to call my insurance and advocate for me when an additional issue came to light. I couldn't believe they got it covered.When I went to pick up my car, it was clean (WOW, they went so far as to do some light detailing - I haven't had clean cupholders and mats in AGES), the settings were back where they started (I'm smaller than most - almost nobody can squeeze into my drivers seat without moving something), and I could tell immediately that extra care was taken.Will absolutely be calling on them if/when the need arises again.Well done, and thank you Kent's!Service: Body & Trim

Not a place where I would do business.Quite unprofessional.The next shop I went to was more than happy to provide me with an estimate and schedule my Jeep for repairs...Will not be returning to Kent's.

Awesome place. Everyone I talked to was very kind, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I had front wheelside body repair done and they did a fantastic job. Since it was body work I didn't know they were going to really be in the car so it was a complete mess and OMG they cleaned it and it looks better than when I bought it, THANK YOU for everything. I do recommend very highly Services: Tires, Body & Trim

Kent and his staff did an amazing job repairing my F150 after a deer hit! The truck looks and drives like new. I appreciate his attention to detail with all of the work he has done for me over the years. I highly recommend!

I would definitely highly recommend Kent's Auto Body to anyone that needs repair work done to a vehicle! From the first time I talked with Kent, I got a sense of honesty and trust from him and knew his business was one that could be trusted for the repairs on my vehicle. I struggle with dealing with things like this and he made it very easy for me to trust him and his business. My vehicle looks wonderful again!

I went there to get a part fixed in the front of my car. After going there my car still wasn t fixed, it gave a strange sound whenever it was winding (indicating it still wasn t repaired) I went back at least 9 times I even showed the employee the sounds and they agreed it wasn t fixed, they told me they had done everything, had put every screwdriver, I had a family member take a look and you could tell there were still areas where nothing was done to fix it, my family member ended up fixing it, and didn t even take 10 minutes to fix it.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Recently I took in my Yukon to get my tailgate repainted due to vandalism. Kent s works closely with State Farm so that made it an easy decision to make. The team at Kent s auto body were very friendly to work with. Originally, I took my vehicle in to get my tailgate repainted and thought that was it. However, when I got my car back I was blown out of the water with how well they did. Besides doing an outstanding job on the paint they took the time to do a full clean both on the outside and the inside. Thanks, Kent s!

Owner is impolite and rude. They will not send a bill in the mail, you need to pay in full before you can have your car back. Owner gave no notice of needing to pay in full before being able to get your car back. $730 bill for a small amount of damage to a rear bumper. Still can see the spot where the damage was because the paint doesn't quite match. Ridiculous.

Kent's is great. They're fast friendly, and a cozy loby if you have to wait. What else could you ask for.
