10/10. Would reccomend. Recently brought my vehicle in for some hail damage. They took care of the communication through insurance and got us in for an estimate, 1 week later, we were in the shop. It took them a days and they were very flexible.

I would not recommend this body shop to anyone. They did not look my vehicle over properly and began work then realized they've bit off more than they can chew. The replacement door they used for my truck has paint chipping and rust. They charged $750 for a rusty door. The fender flare on the bed of my truck has a lot of gouge marks along the entire thing.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The best place I took my car to get serviced so far. I've had a front collision by a random encounter with an animal on the road, which completely destroyed the front panel of my '19 Nissan Altima. The collision sensors had to be recalibrate as well. It was estimated to be completed when parts arrived at September 2022, but was completed sooner, at early August. Since I've had it repaired by them, the car has been looking great and the front collision sensor has started working better than ever.

8/29- 9/6/22. The repair work itself looks amazing! 4 stars because I had to initiate all communication, even day of pickup there was no call it was done. I was standing directly at the front desk and he kept picking up the phone multiple times instead of helping me for the minute and letting the calls go voicemail. Maybe need more help in the office?Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

The staff at Collision Care are truly caring! they are most knowledgeable and honest and they take the time to educate you on what your vehicle needs and why. Not only do they get you up and running again, but they do it with a sense of duty and pride that gives you full confidence in their work. Outstanding service!!! The team at Collision Care is clearly focused on the customer service and seem to have a great attention to details to ensure vehicle is ready to drive safely and the customer is informed of the progress of the repairs. They found our battery was in need of replacement and offered to swap it at a very reasonable rate with no markup! All in addition to the body repair work they were doing!I am a lifelong customer!

Fast friendly staff there. Got a quote done in a matter of mins and the guy was amazing who helped me. Thank you for explaining what would be fixed and getting the quote done for me on short notice!

Have had couple my cars repaired by collision care and have done an amazing job on both, going thru insurance and they handled it all. Staff is very friendly and would highly reccomend them if your car ever needs repaired.

Dropped in without an appointment for an estimate to repair my pickup. Within about 15 minutes I had the written estimate in hand and on my way. I will definitely take my truck back to Collision Care for the repairs.

They have worked on my vehicles many times and have done excellent work. They went the extra mile to get my truck done in time for our vacation which we appreciated. Thanks to you all our vacation was great!!!!!

They did a awesome job!! They fought for our vehicle to be put back the way it was before the accident. I would recommend collision care to everyone they truly care! A big Thank you to all the staff there!

Care?! not from this place. we had a dispute over a bill and there was zero working with us. the issue started in their shop and we had to take care of the bill.do not use this place...all they CARE about is getting a paycheck not customer CARE.TobyServices: Painting, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Air conditioning
