Dan is great! he is honest, fair, and can quickly get to the bottom of any problem we have thrown at him over the past four years. He is not really a conversationalist so some overly sensitive folks may think of him as gruff or rude.

My dad was visiting from out of town and had car trouble. Worried about the cost of a repair, but knowing it needed to be looked at, he brought it in to East Shore. Dan was able to fit him in that day and provided the best service at an honest price. My dad was thrilled with Dan s integrity and care. Don t hesitate to bring your car here; this is a shop you can trust.

I adore Dan! He truly cares about his customers and his prices are unbeatable. I live just a few blocks away and once I dropped off my car and he gave me a ride home because he didn't want me walking home in the snow. :)

Dan performed what I think was a simple tire repair. It was how he treated me (& my dog!) which has earned him a lifetime customer. Fantastic experience and highly recommend.

Dan is honest, fair, fast, and committed to making sure your car runs correctly. I trust him to handle all routine maintenance, oil changes, and repairs on both my car and my daughter's car. Highly recommended!

Perhaps we just got him on a bad day, but the gentleman was exceptionally gruff and rude! Our experience here was nothing short of unpleasant. Too bad because we'd really like to find a small, local auto service center to support. Certainly won't be this place though!
