Thank you for the outstanding service and most importantly our new Barletta! We have loved every minute on our new boat this summer and have had priceless moments with friends and family on our new pontoon. The team at Wayzata Marine were wonderful from the moment we first walked in to casually look at pontoons up until it came time to sign and get it in the water. They helped us seamlessly coordinate our Sea Legs being put on and even now when it is *sadly* almost time to store for the winter they ve got that covered for us too. Would absolutely recommend!!

Wayzata Marine has been fantastic from purchasing a boat to storing a boat to maintaining a boat! Nothing but top notch service. Always going above and beyond trying to help customers. I would highly recommend anyone who is interested in boating to consider Wayzata Marine for any and all boating needs.

Excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff. If you are in the market for a boat in the West Metro, call Rob at Wayzata. Rob has been exceptional to work with. He helped us choose our boat this winter and met us on the lake to give us a tutorial this Spring. Whenever I've had questions this year, I would text him and he was always available to answer them. Andy in the service Department is also extremely helpful. Basically, the entire operation is a class act. Being in a business that demands a high level of customer service myself, I am very impressed with this company. I highly recommend them.

This is a well-run business that understands service without creating a pretentious or intimidating atmosphere. I've window-shopped for years and never been chased out of one of their stores. This year, I went to the Minneapolis Boat Show and stopped by Wayzata Marine's location to look at Regal and Chaparral boats. I also stopped at several other dealerships' locations and viewed several other brands and types of boats. Aside from one other, Wayzata Marine was the only dealership whose sales staff showed any interest in really talking about their products (or had the knowledge to do so without looking at the display collateral set up next to the boat - a pet peeve of mine). Rob Alvarado spent more than 40 minutes with me, giving me straight-forward opinions and detailed information about the brands and boats they sell. He encouraged me to go back and look at another dealer's brand before making a decision. I did. And then I went back to Rob and Wayzata Marine and ordered a new boat. Rob and the service staff are very courteous and patient in answering questions and providing service. They gave very sound, conservative advice when it came to optioning out the boat, recognizing that it was better to get the right options than to unnecessarily raise the price to get all of the options. The delivery of my boat was made in Rob's typically low-key share-the-excitement-of-a-new-boat enthusiasm. I highly recommend that you consider Wayzata Marine if you are considering a boat purchase, but only if you like good service, a positive, helpful attitude, and solid products.

I have had a great experience with Wayzata Marine. All of the employees are very hands on. I bought a used boat from one of there previous customers and they have treated me like I purchased it brand new from them. Everyone is very down to earth. I have looked at trading my boat for a new one and have been there several times. I've asked 100's of questions and never felt like I was a pain in the butt to them. I have had our boat serviced for regular maintenance and the service department is a treat to deal with. They are the kind of place that you can just stop in and chat, very low key. I love stopping in there.

I recently purchased a boat from Rob at Wayzata Marine and it was the most enjoyable experience I have ever experienced while buying an automobile or boat! Every facet of the sale was top notch and Rob ensured that everything was squared away before I took delivery of my boat and trailer. I will definitely go to Wayzata Marine for my next boat purchase or service needs.

I shopped the big marine dealers in Rogers and Hastings as well as Wayzata Marine before deciding on a new Chaparral. During the negotiations, Wayzata Marine very much sold the idea that they take care of their customers. And with 100% certainty I can confirm that they do. Since delivery, I have had some persistent electrical related problems with my new boat: gas gauges, blue tooth, GPS, and speedometer malfunctions to name a few. None of the issues kept me off the water, but when I did make an appointment to get the problems addressed, the technicians found the repairs were not quick. They worked on it for 4 days. Finally, with the weekend arriving, the service manager and a technician worked until 9:30 pm on a Friday night, to get my boat on the water for a hot July weekend. I can't imagine many businesses that would do that for a customer.

Just taking a minute to give credit to your friendly employees and great service on our boat. This week we requested a boat launch and it was done within 3 days, and when we had a mechanical issue, Carl dropped everything he was doing and fixed it immediately so our family could boat that day! Thankful for you!

Bought a new boat from them in 2014, have had it in every year for regular maintenance. Sales guy still knows me by first name, service guys are professional and friendly. They have always provided top notch sales and service. I love going to this dealership its just a great atmosphere.

Submitted an inquiry on their website and no response. When I finally called I was disappointed to find out that they had sold the Barletta Tritoon I saw on their website but explained to the gentleman on the phone what I was looking for. He said he would "look around and get back to me". A week went by with no call so I started "looking around" myself and found that there were several of the same boats in MN at different Barletta dealerships. I called one and they said they would be happy to do a dealer transfer and they would call Wayzata and discuss. I still didn't hear from anyone so I went to MarineMax in Excelsior and bought a 2020 Harris. This was just a complete failure to follow-up or provide even a modicum of customer service and it cost you a large sale. Based on my experience, I would urge anyone considering Wayzata Marine to look elsewhere.

This is a superbly run organization. From sales to customer service, they are the best on Lake Minnetonka by far! Was a pleasure working with Bob Geiger on the purchase of my new Chaparral SSX 297 boat. Highly recommend Wayzata Marine!

I have purchased two boats from them, and I went there for parts so that I could sell my present boat and buy a new boat. I was told that they were to busy, leave my name and number and they would call. There were only two customers there, and no call. I will buy a new boat, but I will never go back there. They are just rude. I will take my business to Marine Max where they treat customers as they should be treated.

Family owned, and there to serve their customers. If you're looking to have an on-going relationship with the dealer you spend $$$'s of dollars at, this is not a place to pass up consideration. They will have your back even after you hand over a check.

Incredibly snobby! Called for service (spoke to Andy) and he referred me to Tonka Bay because I didn't buy my Four Winns boat from them, even though they are a Volvo Penta shop.
