Brought car here as my neighbor worked here and promised to do a good job. This was a total disaster and went from bad to worse. First it tooked 3 weeks when he promised 1 week. Bumper didn't fit and every time I asked about something it was already there it was like that. Well this is why I hired you to fix it. Then my neighbor drove the car back and ended up running into something and tried to cover it up. I had video of my car sitting in front of my shop 20 minutes before he took it. Questioned it right away. Well then my son took my car for the next 5 months as he plays hockey out of town. I called them back to get it fixed and they said nothing they can do about it. I will be opening a BBB complaint as I want a full refund for this.

I damaged the antenna fin on my Lexus RX. The Lexus dealership was unable to fix so recommended Wayzata Auto Center Collision Repair. I worked with Michael and he was fantastic starting with providing an accurate estimate. He worked well with my insurance company and kept me updated every few days. Really appreciated the customer service. I hope to not need vehicle repairs in the future, but I know where to go if I do. Thanks Michael!

What is the only Lexus approved body shop in Minnesota? I believe it is Wayzata Auto Center Collision Repair ! Wayzata Auto Center Collision did a fantastic job fixing a damaged rear quarter panel on our 2019 Lexus NX . Kaden was our service representative: he was attentive, prompt to assist, and kept promises mad. He is an excellent service representative. The workmanship is outstanding: the vehicle looks phenomenal and loke new . The workmanship is guaranteed as long as we own the car. Thank you!!

Undoubtedly the worst service I ve ever experienced from a business. I felt like my insurance company was milked, they had my car for 57 days just to replace my windshield and hood from hail damage it wasn t until a month and half in did I find out that one of their employees accidentally did additional damage to my car by backing into something at their own fault I felt like I never got the full truth about anything I kept getting condescending excuses from Travis the employee i mainly had to deal with. I was extremely patient with them and I still felt like I got treated poorly upon retrieving my vehicle.. btw it still wasn t completely finished. Worst place to take your car in my opinion.

Worst of the worst service ever. I really endured a belittling treatment from this shop last year. My car had been hit where it was parked and I had called the insurance of the other party to have it repaired, so I quickly went online without doing too much digging and found this shop. Took my car in on 10/31/23 and the said repairs will be complete in two to three weeks. So somehow they had to change my initial estimator. Replaced him with kedan (a real life scammer). Then from that point it became games!!! One month went by and it was about parts are not here they should be in this week or mid next week. But on the other hand he gave the rental office totally different information saying that the car will be done this week . Making me look stupid when I was updating my rental company that it s going to take Atleast two weeks more for my car to be complete.( note: the Insuarance had got me a rental car that was using and initially it should have been only two two weeks). So the games went on, at some point I received total silence. I tried to call and find out status of my car, Kaden was sick not at work for Atleast 2 weeks (a scam for sure). I did not get my car until I got hostile and called them and offered to go get parts my self from the dealer they ordered them from and they refused. I got my car in 12/28/23. So as soon I walked into the shop they had a paper ready for to sight and I did and got the keys, but I thought about doing a walk around my car 1st. Some parts were missing I m my jeep, I decided to try it and it had some horrible ticking sound from underneath that was not there initially when I dropped it and the back up camera was out. I asked Kaden and he said I doesn t know. I mean whoever who drop it to park out for me to pick it up notices the camera wasn t working, the ticking sound that was supper loud.. I asked to speak to manage or surpervisor they refused and said is on meetings. I immediately called my lawyer and the Insuarance and they advised me to take it to jeep dealer to have the someone else look at rather than this shop that did this my car. I have an appointment with jeep dealer in less than a month and they will fix what they did to my car and Wayzata auto should be reliable for repairs cost. As of today my car is parked and can t drive it because of the ticking sound and I m car less.

Big shout out to this shop. Had my front bumper repaired and painted and they did a fabulous job. They also detailed it and the car looked so good I thought they had repainted the whole thing. It was also done on time. My experience was not good. There were several problems after I took a car in for $4k of front end damage. It did not drive well after the repair. Within a month a front tire was going bald on the outboard tread. Took it back and they questioned why they should have checked the alignment when there was no damage to the suspension - after a front end collision. It was then aligned and the tire replaced. A couple months later thinking it didn t feel right, I took it to my mechanic who said it needed to be done again, and right. Get documentation of the work that was done and adjustment data when possible and have someone look at it.

These guys did an excellent job on my Jeep hail damage during a time where everyone in the Twin Cities was trying to get their car in. Travis put up with me for a month and was professional and courteous, thoughout. Everyone is good at what they do.

Strongly encourage you to do your research before working with them. They re habitual liars and a huge headache to work with. Avoid them at all costs. Kaden and Mark were both exceptionally unprofessional.

The work was ok. The window trim came off after a month. The vehicle had dust all over. From the vents and seats. I m just not sure if the car is detailed after a paint job. I wanted to give a shout out to Cayden and Patrick. I was driving west on 394/12 in my F-150 when I drove over something and was losing tire pressure in my tire. I was right by their exit, and I pulled off and into their lot. Cayden greeted me and I explained the situation. He immediately had me pull into a bay and Patrick jumped into action and changed my flat tire immediately. They did not need to help me, but they did not hesitate. I cannot thank them enough as they turned a very stressful unplanned event into an extremely positive situation. Customer service is such an extremely important part of any business and although I did not have my car repaired there, I did receive great customer service. If I ever need body work this is where I am going, fan for life. Thank guys, you really saved the day. I cannot thank you both enough.Service: Tires

I had a little fender bender and I was fortunate enough to have Chelsey Hartgers help me from start to finish. She was super knowledgeable with great communication skills. I would have become very frustrated with the process had Chelsey not been on top of things the entire time. The issue was my insurance company! Thanks Wayzata Auto Center!

My truck was damaged and because they did some work on my 1st Lexus I chose them to do the work. They did the work but after a while I realized that they had painted the doors and fender a different color than the rest of the truck. I went back and they agreed to fix the problem. I found out that they tried to go back to the Insurance Company for more money to remove the topper so they could tint the cab a color to match the incorrectly painted doors. It took them a month with almost no communication other than me bugging them. I told them I did not want them to tint/blend the cab, I want them to do the right thing and repaint the doors. I got the truck back and they had tinted the cab. Now I have a cab, 2 doors and a fender with the wrong color that doesn't match the bed or the hood! Wow! Thanks Calvin for the deceptive work! I've owned 7 Lexus and Lexus of Wayzata will hear about this!

Was referred here by the Lexus dealership for a part replacement. There was a total lack of communication & professionalism on their end. Worked with Calvin who made many false promises & would never follow up on the status of the service. Just like another review said, a real circus going on & did not feel valued as a customer whatsoever. I have never had such a poor experience with an auto shop. Would recommend anywhere other than here.

Have been many times with other cars. Always very satisfied. Brought my Audi in. It was missing the motion sensor from bumper after a car wash. Andy took a look and was able to find the sensor in the bumper. Clips were damaged. He secured it and didn t charge me. All done in 20 mins. Awesome. Highly recommend!

Stopped in with some marks on my new Mercedes. Andrew helped me and took the time to buff out the marks and clean up the rest of the issues at no cost to me. I had Lexus cars fixed here in the past and had a great experience then and again now. Great personnel and wonderful caring demeanor by Andrew. They will get my business always.

I had a negative experience with the estimator and would not recommend ever going to this location for any repairs you may need. My first time taking a leased car (or any car) to have repaired. I called the dealership, they recommended this location. I went there, dropped my car off and traveled for work. Asked if they could take things apart to get a better look, I approved. Once the estimate came back, it was higher than the in pocket amount I was hopeful for (vs. filing a claim). I asked what was a MUST for my safety vs. just cosmetic. To my surprise, the estimate was able to come back with a reduction of 1,153.64 (a 34% decrease in estimate vs. the first one). That was a shock b/c what if I didn't even ask - she was just adding things to the estimate? Regardless, given that it was still more than my deductible, I filed a claim. When I did this, my State Farm insurance advised me that they would prefer me not to go to this location. I called my estimator and emailed to share my thankfulness for their help, but I would be taking my car elsewhere per my insurance agent's direction. From there, things got poor. Her persistence through email and phone that they can do State Farm (like she wouldn't take no). The tone of voice and throwing in my face that I will owe labor for the exploration. I understand that and paid this. I asked for things to be put back together on my car as I need to drive it to the new location. She said a piece could not go back and it would be in the trunk, which is entirely understandable. What wasn't ideal were the "warnings" of how unsafe it was for me to drive without this. And that it can ruin my engine and I should be thankful that the roads are clear b/c it would be horrible for me to drive, even 7 miles. When I drove to the dealership I was recommended to go to, they said I was completely fine, and the "warnings" were overstated. Very unprofessional in her attempts to keep my business. Her tone and attitude were horrible. I hope other people do not have to experience what I did.

My car was badly damaged and, even though it was in the shop for a long time it came out like new. The staff were very nice, polite and kept me updated.
