I recently purchased a gently used vehicle from Walser Nissan Wayazata and couldn't be happier with the outcome. John was a fantastic salesman and didn't pressure me at all. He explained every aspect of the vehicle in incredible detail, and even had candid answers when comparing my prospective choice to other makes and models I had test driven. They gave me a really great deal and a really great value for my trade in. It's easily the best car buying experience I've had to date.

The service center was amazing and when I finally spoke directly to the man there he was super helpful and said he could help me immediately. He got my key fixed immediately. Unfortunately I was delayed due to the front desk lady, who was terrible. I called in tears with a unfortunate situation with my keys after spending so much money... and after paying for the most comprehensive and expensive warranty they had, She said they could do nothing to help me and I would have to wait 4 days for them for them to help me in the slightest just to do a quick reprogramming of my key to get my car to start. The service man was so helpful so fast and so affordable, just ask to talk to the service center and not the front lady because she is a piece of work. I was looking to trade in my car for a better one with Nissan but she had me not want to but a new car from them. Thank you to the service center and please fire your front desk staff before I trade in.

Every person my wife and I have been in contact with has made sure our i's are dotted and our t's are crossed . Our new QX80 Infinity was hit on the drivers side . After the accident I reviewed as many 5 star auto body shops that have there services auto body trained in repairing Infinity's . Please I urge you no need to look further than Walser Nissan in Wayzata , Mn. For all your auto body and service needs ... The Flynn family Auto Works of Wayzata, MN.

I had an appointment to purchase a Maxima from them. The meeting was set at 4:30 and our last conversation was at 1:00 that day. I showed up and the car I was going to purchase had been sent to another dealership . They proceeded to try and sell us a different/lesser model. The next day they got the car back because the other buyer s financing didn t go through. So they emailed and called me 3 x that day to let me know it was available. I looked online and the price went up $3000 from what I was going to buy it for. Plenty of deception and lies in Walden Nissan s part. Everyone, find somewhere else to shop for cars

The professionalism and kindness here was amazing! I had to go here before heading out of town instead of my regular Burnsville Nissan dealership for maintenance and I was so pleasantly surprised! Also the video of your car they text you right after you get it all done was the icing on the cake!
