Dylan was great to work with!We started our process with a phone call and were able to get in fairly quick. We appreciate the manager, Casey, setting us up at first while Dylan was with another customer.The experience was great. I didn't feel pressured or stressed at all while there. Dylan was able to answer our questions and made us feel great and secure about making the purchase. There was np pressure to add on things I didn't want to add and such.They worked with me at purchasing my car from me at a great price that eliminated my previous loan. Which was a goal of mine.I now know why the rest of my family and my significant other has purchased from Walser and told me to check them out!I test drove one car and loved it! I was very excited to find something that had everything and more that I've been wanting for a while that was an upgrade from my previous Nissan.I have already been telling so many people about how amazing my experience was there and how they NEED to go there!Thanks again, Dylan!

Normally I have had bad experiences with car dealerships but surprisingly had a great experience with Walser Nissan. Our Salesman Nelson helped us trade in our vehicle and purchase our new to us used vehicle. There were no surprises, very clear with options and financing and ultimately found us a good deal that worked for us.

I must say Javon was a great help. He was patient, kind and very detail oriented. I highly recommend anyone who is looking to buy a new car ask to work with him. It was fantastic. The information about the vehicles provided was amazing. They did a great job of showing all benefits offered with the vehicle and even offered bonus packages with barely any increase to my monthly rate. They were knowledgeable and able to work with me on financing. I have only good things to say including the care that went into providing me with the best possible option as a vehicle.

Came in for an oil change, tire rotation and recall item. The service was done as expected. Received a video of the under side of my vehicle with comments from the mechanic. That was simply awesome. Why I keep coming back! Thank you

As always, Wayzata Nissan changed my oil and rotated my tires, plus did all of the checks of my vehicle's vital needs... all in about 1 hours' time. they informed me of possible upcoming service requirements, such as air filter replacement. Very helpful information, and greatly appreciated.Great job!!!

I had an excellent experience at Walsers with my sales consultant Meghna.I was nervous buying a car and going through the entire grueling process, but I was pleasantly surprised!What I liked best was how laid back everything was from start to finish! I asked to take the car to my mechanic and they said absolutely! Everything checked out perfectly, as they said!Meghna has a very calming personality, and explained everything very thoroughly and was patient when I asked questions!When you are doing business you are out in the open in this beautiful showroom in avery inviting setting and ambience. A striking set up decked out in black and white.I had been looking for over two months and I finally found my gem! Just recently purchased a used vehicle from walser nissan and worked with Javon Kohlbeck-Powell. He was very quick in responding to emails and getting things done in a very timely manner. He made me and my wife feel very comfortable and was very professional the way he presented himself. If you are visiting the walser nissan dealership I would highly recommend talking with Javon for any of your sales needs. He should definitely be recognized with he way he is very professional and that he cares about the customer to make sure they are getting exactly what they want so they could potentially be a repeat customer!

Our experience with Walser was very pleasant. Our sales representative was Syd and she went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The staff were awesome and the atmosphere was very welcoming. My four children came along with us and she brought them crayons and paper to color. Offered us refreshment's. I am also 8 months pregnant and she was extremely caring to offer a quiet room if we needed at any point. Syd also helped us get a better approval than what our initial approval was. Service went smoothly and fast. We are a happy customer with our new vehicle and our experience with walser. Our kids love the new car! Thank you for your service.

Brought our Rogue in for an oil change and inspection. Adam was our service advisor and he was great - he greeted us as soon as we arrived and gave a thorough explanation of the work being done. The waiting area was clean and there were nice snack and drink options. We especially appreciated that our vehicle was done within the promised time frame and that Adam was transparent about what needed to be done/what could wait. Thank you for the great service!

Dylan H at Walser in Wayzata was a great help with getting me my dream car! He was very helpful and knowledgable. He made me feel very comfortable and did not pressure me to decide on anything I did not want. He truly allowed me to make my own decisions and was able to help when I had questions. He was very personable and made my time at the dealership enjoyable! He also introduced the Nissan app, which has been a life saver!!

I want to share my story at Walser Nissan. My wife and I bought a used Nissan Sentra back in 2021, we liked the car until we had trouble with the tie rods and there was a recall. We took it to our Local dealership here in Duluth Minnesota where it sat for six months as we waited to get the second letter from Nissan telling us the parts are available. Finally, after waiting I reached out to Walser Nissan Wayzata and talked to James Lackey. He was very understanding of my situation and was extremely helpful in finding us a solution. when we arrived, he had all the vehicles I requested to look at ready to go and had all the answers to the many questions we had on each Vehicle as well as payment amounts and terms as well. He made our bad situation turn out good and we are very Happy so far with our brand new 2023 Nissan Rouge.

Coleman and Will were excellent to work with. Coleman reached out to me right away when I inquired about the vehicle I was interested in and got me in within an hour to check it out. He was exceptional to work with. Will was also great and very prompt when connecting with him. Highly recommend working with Coleman for any vehicle purchases.

Service department and staff are skilled and professional. Yet the service manager lied to his parts guy over the phone about a Nissan aftermarket part I was interested in. Ended up ordering it from their competitor instead.Also when I reviewed the maintenance on my vehicle, Brianna was great. She offered to get her manager but I had no desire to talk to him, well he came up to me anyway, and I asked him not to talk to me and please leave me alone. He didn't so then I mentioned getting the GM. But I didnt have time for that... so I closed my hood and left.I am constantly leaving this location with something not quite right about this company. I should never have purchased my vehicle from this location.

Everything from scheduling for car service online to the final overview of the service done went smoothly. Great communication regarding what my car needed and how it would be done. Comfortable waiting area with wifi access so I was able to tackle worked related tasks.

I had a good experience at the dealership. James Lackay was a good salesman who didn't make me feel pressured to buy something and went out of his way to try and find deals for me while we were running numbers on the car I was interested in.They also let me take the Nissan Rogue I qas test driving to my garage at my apartment to make sure it would fit inside which was nice because not a lot of dealerships would necessarily allow that.Only real disappointment was the car I got was not my first choice of color because the price went up significantly, and that I lost a couple features that were on my Nissan Kicks like the cameras on all sides of the car and the remote start.I'm happy I have all wheel drive, higher ground clearance, and more leg room though, so I feel I came out good on the deal.

Our salesperson, Nelsen, was so great to work with. He was attentive but not pushy. He knew the car very well and answered all of our questions with ease. It was one of the best car dealership experiences I have ever had.
