I bought my 2019 Equinox here in April 2022. Great experience with Jack. I was super happy, and I still love my car! After my first routine maintenance with Chevy I was very happy with the service I received and friendliness of the Service team. They were up front and honest with everything and knowledgeable as well. My recent experience has damaged my trust in their service abilities. Another shop had diagnosed a radiator leak and recommendes I bring my car to Chevy for the warranty work as it is covered better at the dealership. I was told by Chevy there is no leak and the other shop must have mistaken a rust spot for coolant. The other shop went above and beyond to show me the leak, even had me come back in so their tech could show me the leak, so that I could go back and show Chevy. Service Manager Mark took a look at what the other shop showed me and had a different Chevy tech take a look. When I tell you Mark really turned it around and helped regain some of my trust! He assured me the initial tech would be spoken with, as they missed the leak and tried to send me on my way with a leaking radiator. He is also working with me to make it right, as I had to fight and do a lot of leg work myself to get this addressed....who wouldn't when one place says you need a radiator and the dealership says it's fine?! Our experience in visiting Chevrolet of Wayzata was fantastic. Our salesperson, Taylor, is phenomenal and made us want to do business with Chevy of Wayzata! She was attentive in listening to the type of car that we wanted to purchase our daughter. We test drove 2 used vehicle options and she was not pushy and provided us with the information about each vehicle, although we didn't choose to purchase those vehicles. Taylor actually listened to what we said and based upon that sent us possible car matches. Once that match was available to test drive (about 2 weeks later) she reached out right away and we were able to schedule a test drive. Upon arrival at the dealership, Taylor had the new vehicle ready to go. She went over all of the features that the car had and that was important to me as a parent because my daughter was hearing directly from an educated resource how her possible new car works. After driving the vehicle, we were sold and purchased it! My daughter could not be happier with her first car and I'm pleased that Taylor showed my daughter what a professional, positive, experience car buying can be. We could've visited quite a few Chevy dealerships in our metro area, but chose Chevrolet of Wayzata, in large part, because working with Taylor was the best experience we've ever had in our 30 years of buying cars.

Jack Poppler was awesome ! I got my car on April 1st so he played a lot of jokes on us but it was very comforting. He wasn t the typical car sales men, just straight forward and honest. Would definitely recommend shopping with him!!

Just bought my 2024 Chevy Trax and couldn t be more in love! I have never had such a wonderful experience purchasing a vehicle before. I worked with Jack and had an absolute great experience. He wasn't pushy at all, listened to my needs and matched me with the perfect vehicle! I felt listened to and that my opinion mattered. Had a TERRIBLE experience with this dealership! 0 stars! We recently bought a car from them and had no issues during the test drive. However, on the drive home the transmission started to have a bad shudder after getting warmed up in stop and go traffic. My wife called the dealership back that same day and told them about the issue we were having. The sales manager, Aaron, told her that once we drove the vehicle off the dealers lot the vehicle is our responsibility to deal with now. He never offered to help, he just said we would have to take it somewhere else because they did not have a transmission specialist on staff! He was not helpful at all. I guess the 60 day 2,500 mile dealership warranty means nothing to them, they just rely on the manufacturer warranty and let you deal with it yourself. This dealership will take your money and if you have issues, they will leave you on the side of the road feeling naked! I would not recommend buying a vehicle from them.Also, as a side note They add tint and a glass treatment called "Diamon Fusion" to every vehicle, that inflates prices.

What sucks more than car problems? Knowing you don t have a boat load of cash laying around due to starting a business and leaving corporate America. I bought my car from a dealer with a CPO warranty. When I brought it in for a $500 repair there was no warranty in sight. I started to panic a bit, sure I could have paid but it would be nice not to. Drew in service worked with the GM team to figure it out and got everything straightened out for me.I am thankful service and attention like this still exists in the world. Thank you. Great job and much appreciated.

I was interested in a vehicle that I found online. let's just say they advertise one price and deliver another when you arrive. I have 0% interest in the $900 diamond coating on a windshield that has a 5 month warranty... or tint for $599. I was given a sheet with all the pricing line item out. I wanted the tint and Diamond coating off the price along with what I thought a fair price for the car was, and then they came back with a different sheet that seemed to me they try to confuse a buyer in doing so. The second sheet showed they discounted the tint off the vehicle price but then lumped all the "fees" together and the taxes together. Very bad taste in the mouth with this experience. I would not recommend this dealer if this is the way they do business.Update: I had a good conversation with Brian and it means a lot that he reached out to address my concerns with my experience at the dealership. Unfortunately we couldn't come to terms but we will consider them for the future. Thanks Brian

I can no longer recommend this dealer for service. they have make mistakes like not putting the oil filter on all the way, or more recently they didn't connect the transmission cooler lines that they just replaced. both caused my Tahoe to lose all of the fluids.they just do not seem to care, and acted like I was the burden on them, when I was the one that got stuck on the side highway 12 during rush hour in the rain.In this process of getting my vehicle back in working order, I had to keep following up with them, as they missed all of the time frames they gave me, and would not return phone calls. they also wrote it up originally as a worn part caused the disconnect, when that was one of the parts I just paid them to replace.I had given them the opportunity to make it right both times, but them management team cannot seem to be bothered to call a customer.I had to actually remove an old review to leave a new one because I feel like people should know the service department has problems. I don't know if this extends to the sales department, but I would consider them for the vehicle im currently looking for, based on the service team.Edit: The solution offered was what they wanted to do so they could just say "everything is fine", they don't want to apologize, and only want to waste more time.Adding the copy of the repair that I was given after the fixed the issue they caused. Clearly showing how they wanted to shift the blame to worn out parts that should be replaced when they did the lines.

I will keep it short & simple. If you come here go to jack. He was the literal best. I came with my friend to get her a vehicle and jack was so upfront and honest even if it meant losing a sale & integrity like that is hard to come by especially if your money fueled. Jack was so comforting and knowledgeable in all the questions we had and all the back & forth and never once got annoyed or frustrated. I made a promise to come to jack in a few months to trade my vehicles in because he truly was the best. & to Jack thank you for all your help to help my friend get the vehicle she s been manifesting your talent, honesty, & commitment to your work and your customers is truly unmatched! DO NOT GO HERE! I have owned my car for a week and it s back in the shop for the second time. Not even their shop because they told me I drove off the lot it s my car. Thank you for telling me that sales manager Aaron. I called asking for help and none was give. No care at all I was told go some place else. When I explained well I just drove off your lot an hour ago. Repeat of yes you drove off our lot it s your car. Then when I told them what was going on they said they had no transmission specialist. Well I am not a mechanic yes I commented is it the transmission. But why would they tell me that if no one has looked at it to diagnose the problem. Did they already know this car had issues? Was my car even inspected by anyone before reselling?They are a dealership they should have a transmission specialist on staff. I got a call the next week asking how my car was treating me by my sales person I told him what was said to me and he told me his boss would call. I got no call it s been a week and no call. So to me they don t care your just money in their pocket. I would say Zero stars but I did have a good sales person but that s where it ended.A few other things to be aware of the pricing advertised on the website is not correct because they add on two other things that they did while they had the vehicles but they make you pay for it. So add an additional 1500 to listing price.

Took extended period of time to get responses, driver that picked me up and dropped me off made it seem like it was an inconvenience, technician left trash in my truck, the final bill was wrong several times, denied photos of work completed, final bill seemed rather high for the scope of work, considering I had spark plugs replaced and told them to include the wires but did not the first time but the wires were high compared to other dealerships. Waiting area was dirty and not well kept. Loaner car had tires that were near bald. Over all very unsatisfactory experience. I'll be going to a different Chevy dealership.

Taylor provided excellent customer service, was not pushy, she really helped me find a great Silverado. I would highly recommend asking for her when you go to purchase your next vehicle at Chevy of Wayzata. I also had a few questions a month into my purchase and she was very knowledgeable and attentive throughout the process. I would go back for my next vehicle and look forward to going to this location for my future service needs.

I just bought a 2024 chevy Trax 1RS yesterday and my sales person was Jack, He is the best sales person I have ever come across in many years of buying cars and dealing with dealerships. You defiantly need to see him, and he will get you in what you want! He is not pushy at all like other sales people and actually listens to the costumer and is the nicest man I have ever met. I would recommend him to everyone I know and this dealership their financing manager Ryan is Great Also. Do not hesitate to go to Chevy of Wayzata they are fantastic people and have great vehicles for reasonable prices! Trust me I went to over 25 dealerships before I went here and had all horrible experiences until I found Jack at Chevy of Wayzata it was fast and so easy! Thank you so much! if I could give more than five stars on here, I would give jack 100!

Our experience at Chevrolet of Wayzata was great! My wife and I were looking for a low mile, hard to find Yukon Xl with the 3.0 liter Duramax. We drove close to 500 miles to purchase the vehicle. The vehicle was very well represented by our salesman John. John was great to deal with, fair and knowledgeable. Many thanks to John and the staff at Chevrolet of Wayzata!

This place is in cahoots with the auto body shop down the street they don't disclose that and you might end up spending double the money here without getting to the root problem.The very next day after getting the vehicle serviced here the engine light comes on from something they should have been able to see.*I'd like to add I m not having a problem with the auto body I m simply expressing mistrust of this company and the non-disclosure and dishonesty of Chevy Wayzata. Very misleading. And I think people should know that before they bring their vehicle here with the intent to fix their vehicle.

Their help in working out a few details of the car I was looking at really help push my mind to knowing that this is the car for me. Got the car I was looking for and the process was great! I was in a rush and looking for a straight forward approach and Taylor R knocked it out from start to finish. Got me on the road with everything I needed, when I needed it. I'm a shoot me straight, let's get it done car buyer and she respected my time and didn't drag down the process like I've experienced before. Thomas Wilhelm helped me with the the purchase of a used Rivian R1 Truck. He was great to work with a nd answered all my questions. I also had a positive experience working with his manager Ryan to finalize the deal. My only issue was their decision to add window tint, diamond coat windshield protection and paint protection on the hood. They were already added to the car but the associated costs weren t included in the website price. They knocked a little off the cost but I would have preferred to have the option to pick those add ons.

Very happy with the service Chevrolet of Wayzata gave me! Juan made the usual stress of buying a car easy and simple and got me the exact car I was looking for. Ryan the F&I guy also was very helpful, and friendly to talk with. After four months of not having a car, they provided me with exactly what I needed (a car) and made the process worry free.
