Excellent service! I was referred to BluntTech by the guy who I bought my 1973 BMW 2002 from. I needed two small parts for my clutch, and I needed them fast. Sean jumped on it and expedited the order and the shipment. When I was told by my local mechanic that one of the parts would not fit, Steve talked the mechanic through it, and helped him understand that the part was, in fact, the correct part. My 2002 is running great now!These guys are the best!

I love these guys. They are super friendly, prices are great, and they are willing to do whatever it takes to get you parts in a hurry. Local with lots of stuff in stock. I will continue to use them for all my parts for my BMW. And there is no shortage of parts needed :)

I've used these guys a couple of times now for my BMW's. They've been great, quick to respond to my emails or chat via Facebook. They either have the parts or can get them very fast. Being that their brick and mortar store is close to me is great too. If I have issues with parts I would much rather deal with somebody I can quickly get it resolved with. Online is great, but when it comes to returns I hate dealing with it, but being able to just drive back over is perfect.Somebody else mentioned the location being a little hard to find. That's true, the building you can find but since their entrance is on the back of the building and down the stairs makes it a little tricky the first time. The buildings don't exactly look like the kind of place you would expect to find an auto parts vendor in either.

Have been a customer for years and buy all my parts through Blunttech. Not only do they have just about anything and everything I need for our BMW's, but I can get knowledgeable advice on which brand might be best for my situation or a possible upgrade that may even improve on the original. You don't find this kind of customer service at the big box warehouse parts suppliers and it's invaluable to me as it saves me time instead of researching the web. Steve is out at numerous shows and events and is happy to share what he learns from the top guys across the US.Thanks for the great customer service and uber fast shipping guys!

Ordered some spark plug wires and a oil pan gasket and their website said they had the wires i ordered in stock. Turns out they had soldout just before i put my order in. They gave me a call and offered me a better product at no additional cost. Great customer service aswell as quick shipping. I tell all my BMW friends to shop with you guys!

I have been using BluntTech since I got my first BMW 2002. Not only does the shop have every part you ever need, if they don't have it, they will get it or tell you the place to get it. Service is fast and reliable and the prices are always very reasonable, often much less than other sites - even comparing to Ebay and finding non-OEM parts. But BluntTech goes beyond having parts and having great service. The team knows their customers, remembers their cars and if you have a question about a part you get an immediate response. I have had Stephen Peterson literally call me 10 minutes after submitting a question to clarify what I needed and then he told me about the things to look out for when installing the part.It is a great company, great people, great service and if you need parts, not just for vintage cars, but newer cars as well, give them at least a try. I am confident you will find what I wrote above to be very accurate.Thank you to BluntTech for such great service and for your huge support of the BMW 2002 community.

1976 2002 ,Contacted Stephen over the weekend, told him the issues my car was having. He sent me an invoice with the parts I needed on that following Monday. Parts arrived and installed today(Thursday) can t beat it. There are no more honest people out there trying to help the car culture anymore. Blunttech is not just a supplier, Stephen is almost like your favorite uncle that knows where to get everything. Highly recommenced.

Bought a radiator from these people. Was not able to install it for a couple of months due to (serious) health issues, so box sat in my dark garage for that time. When I did open it, I found the filler neck shoved in so badly that the paint around the neck had flaked off. Blunt Tech sales person ducked responsibility and stuck me with the damaged part ... they got nasty and suggested that I or my mechanic damaged it. Furthermore, most of what they sell can be purchased more cheaply through Walloth & Nesch in Germany, whose freight charges, believe it or not, are comparable. In this case I paid $431, same item is available from W&N for Euro 299.
