My BMW was rear-ended and Autoworks Collision came highly recommended. The staff, Kirk in particular, was very knowledgeable and informative. They fixed my car like it was brand new. No rattles, nothing. The paint was so well done, I could not notice where they started blending it.Now, 5 months later, I have just been side-swiped by a pickup truck about 100 miles away. I will be paying the addition $350, out of pocket, in towing to get my car brought in to Autoworks Collision of Wayzata. Hopefully that helps speak to the quality, care, and professionalism of their work.10/10 would recommend to anyone. Friends, family, foreign car owners, or domestic brand owners.

Kirk and Ashley are absolutely amazing- if you need affordable body repair without sacrificing quality of work look no further. They do guarantee anything and everything they repair, -also, if a minor issue ever were to arise they handle it immediately-This shop does A++ work and I highly recommend.

My wife and I own a QX80 Infinity only a few years old was hit x 2 the whole driver's side door close to $13.000 damage when we picked her up she looked like it was brand new on a showroom floor . The main gentleman you know who you are really went to bat for us. Been fighting my past insurance company " KEMPER INS. please I switch and leave them fought them over a year to repair a vehicle that l couldn't be driven . Well the manager of the body shop delt with the insurance company right away withing 5 days they received there check . Yet they did things above and beyond the best staff , body shop manager certified Infinity auto body repair shop . I'm there deserve 10 stars . Thank you Autoworks of Wayzata , MN. Your the best auto body repair shop in the state of MN. .......

Someone hit my new BMW with a golf cart and banged up the bumper pretty bad. I took the car in for the quote, they were extremely professional. Called me with updates regarding the vehicle and had all the repairs done in 4 days. My car looks brand new again. I am very detail oriented and they did not disappoint!! I would highly recommend Autoworks Collision of Wayzata!

Autoworks Collision of Wayzata is awesome!! A man tried to attack me and shattered my driver's side window and kicked in my driver's side door on my 2020 Nissan Rogue. It was a terrifying experience, but everyone at Autoworks was so kind and professional. They kept me informed, worked with my insurance company directly and my car was ready within one week. I can't tell you how much I appreciated everything they did to get me back in my car. Thank you Autoworks Collision!! You guys are amazing!!Service: Body & Trim

Car has been in the shop for 1.5 months now and I keep getting told next week they will have it ready to go. For 3 weeks now, and then it was just pushed back another week after I was told this Thursday or Friday. Clearly not a priority. Very frustrating that they keep changing the timeline instead of just giving a realistic time. Gives no chance to plan for different means of transportation when you keep getting told you will have your vehicle back.Edit: Went from 2 - 1 stars as they missed scratches on my hood and it is now taking even longer.

Incredibly professional, with beautiful work. I had a quarter panel repainted due to some paint cracking and they cut right to the chase about what needed to be done. They are very honest. I paid out of pocket and they offered an excellent price for the work that they did. I talked to 4 other shops before choosing this one, and I am so happy I did. They warranty all of their work and they don't try to hide anything from you. Very quick turn around time.The only concern I have is there seems to be some small (1-2 cm?) cracks or scratches on the corner of the piece they repainted. I showed this to the manager who worked with me during this process and he said that if I'm unhappy I can bring it back in for the painter to look at it.Also - make sure you go to the right shop (there's two with similar names right by each other). This one is right behind a dealership in the same parking lot as them!

10/21/20Kirk, Ashely, and Jessie are AWESOME! Bring your car to them and be treated in royalty. After the storm they were the "SHINING LIGHT" at the end of the storm. Customer Service, "FANTASTIC"! Kirk leadership is truly caring, understanding, and focus on providing A1 work and it shows even in his crew! I TRULY APPRECIATE HIM and his TEAM. For 2 months Kirk has been working with me, to make sure every step of my car was done right and to my satisfaction! I have one more thing to iron out but I TRUST Kirk to take care of it!.Thank you all, for your TEAMWORK, this is how you keep loyal customers! Start with the good, they did the job on the door quickly and looked great.Bad: they ruined my window tint with overspray and looked like a Brillo pad was taken to the light and fenderUpdate: they really do honor their warranty. Earning my trust back. Was able to make a door adjustment on the spot. Thanks again

Very very happy with my experience with Autoworks of Wayzata. The "shark fin" on the top of my SUV lost a battle with our garage door and was snapped off. Took it in and they gave me two estimates. One with Paintless Dent Removal(PDR) and one with with filler and paint. Was told they would try to do the PDR if at all possible cause it was cheaper. They not only were able to do the PDR but the part that needed to be replaced was cheaper then they were originally told. They were able to get me in and out the same day. Impressive. These guys are EXCELLENT! They are located behind a Nissan dealer and next to BMW of Minnetonka and to my understanding get a TON of work from these dealers (amongst others) so when we called BMW of Minnetonka for recommendations they were brought to our attention.We've used them twice on our BMW's - once for a rear bumper replacement to an X1. The most recent for sanding/painting a pretty big scuff/scratches on the front bumper of an X5. In both cases, they were super fast & I attribute that to their familiarity with BMW's & their understanding of the paint formulas. Most recently, we brought our car in on a Monday & got the car back THE NEXT DAY - Tuesday afternoon. Other shops were quoting 3-4 days.Prices overall were great. In the latter instance, we compared 3 highly recommended shops & they beat both by $100 & $700 respectively.They continue to earn our business. I highly recommend them!

I am new to the area and was referred to Autoworks by a friend. The estimate came in lower than expected, customer service was outstanding, and the repairs were completed within 48 hours. Furthermore, when I picked up the Jeep they had just washed it and vacuumed the interior. What more could you ask for? Highly recommended!!

Fast. I walked in with no appointment and had an estimate in about 10 minutes. I agreed to fix the vehicle with Autoworks and they had the car done in about 3 days. The quality of repair was top notch!

I called Wayzata Autoworks and Collision to see if I could schedule an appointment for an estimate. The man I spoke with was very condescending. He seemed annoyed that I wanted to do business with them. This man would not even give me a rough time frame to bring the vehicle in and was extremely unprofessional. All I wanted to do was schedule an appointment but after dealing with that charmer over the phone I decided it was best for me to bring my business elsewhere.
