Recently I had the opportunity to learn about wolf auto parts from the inside out. I found out that they dismantle Parts on site and ship them all over the world. They only have the highest quality used auto parts that you can find. Much better than any aftermarket part that is available for a car when you go with the exact OE part is always better. As you can tell the pictures of these Porsche calipers are of high used quality type parts. After getting to walk through the entire and getting to see everything I am totally behind backing this business with any future purchases of any of my foreign auto parts needs.

Just made my first order from them down here in Sunny South Florida. Needed all new covers for the steering wheel column on my 2005 Touareg. Parts arrived in the exact described condition and as pictured in TWO DAYS!!! Thank you SO MUCH Wolf Auto!! I will be ordering more.

Awesome Porsche parts supplier. Ironically a first item I had purchased was damaged and they asked for evidence and refunded within 5 minutes. Since then I've bought many parts from them and in a good condition and with the reasonable pricing.

I had ordered a side window for my van from Wolf Auto Parts eBay store. It showed up earlier than expected and packed very well. The window was from a 20 plus year old vehicle but looks nearly new. This is my second or third car part from Wolf and they all have been packed well, shipped fast and in great condition. Can't recommend these guys enough. Thanks Wolf Auto Parts!

By far the best customer service I ve received from any auto parts supplier, ever. A package was mislabeled so I ended up getting the wrong sensor for my Audi, within a day they had the right part sent out. Awesome awesome awesome!! Cannot recommend enough.

I'm rebuilding a 2005 Audi S4 cabrio and I've been VERY happy with every part I've purchased from Wolf Auto. They have always sent me the part I've ordered, and every part was exactly as they pictured in eBay. Buy with confidence!

I have just done an upgrade retrofit for my BMW and I needed some final parts. The seller had exactly what I needed and shipping was fast product came nicely packaged and secure would definitely order from seller again for any needed parts. Communication was good as far as we never had to have too much contact other than ordering from them. That is a good thing as as soon as I ordered it it was packaged and shipped quickly and arrived before expected time. And I can only expect that I d there was an issue or if I had additional questions they would reach out to be and be accommodating. Hopefully that s doesn t have to happen but if it does I will repost and update.Product is as described clean and seems to be a good functioning unit as I won t know until the retrofit install is completed. But in seeing it and so far I have no reason why it wouldn t be a perfectly functioning unit. I would definitely recommend this seller and would and have rated them 5 Good job and keep up the good work.

Went to the VW Dealer to purchase a intercooler hose for my 2012 Touareg TDI, only 1ea in stock entire USA, and it was going to take a good week to get it. I needed the hose sooner to take a holiday trip, found Wolf Auto ad, called and spoke to a sales rep there, they had one and helped me with the eBay ad number, purchased the expedited shipping via UPS, reasonable price, got it the next day at noon. Installed same day, perfect repair, part looked like new; Awesome all aroumd parts, customer service, and shipping. I will be back, as they stock the parts i need fir my rare VWs. 5 Stars all the way.

Had a terrible experience! Parts never arrived. Refund was never issued - they are fully aware that refund wasn t issued, and that it was their error. Many weeks with no refund and no response. ONLY now a month later, after sending a review, they are offering a refund in exchange for modifying a review. Very manipulative and shady practices. Buyer Beware!

I ordered a couple parts from Wolf for my Audi via ebay a few months ago. Super fast shipping and the part was clean and ready to go. Awesome experience online! They even took the time to give me a positive review as an ebay customer.I stopped by the Wolf Auto Shop in-person yesterday to pick up a few more parts and I had the same awesome, friendly service. I walked out with the parts I needed at a fair price. Also, cool to learn that Wolf is a family owned business.

I ordered a Bluetooth Interface Module for my wife's VW Jetta. I received it in a timely manner. She installed it this AM and said it works GREAT! They had exactly what I needed at a very fair price. The shipping was much faster than I ever even expected, considering the recent USPS mail slow-down due to covid. I contacted them and asked questions before I ordered and they replied quickly. I am more than satisfied with them and I would definitely recommend Wolf Auto Parts. I bought a car from a dealer to find the window shade was broken. The dealer ordered the part from Wolf Auto. I spent a few months traveling and then moved into a new place. I opened the package to find out the dealer ordered the wrong part. I asked to swap the incorrect more expensive item I have for the less expensive correct part. They said it was past their 30 day return policy. This is terrible customers service for a part that wasn't touched and sent incorrectly.I'm aware of the policy that you explained to me over the phone. I think it's a poor customer service decision. As stated, I didn't buy it. The dealer did. You could easily take this larger more expensive untouched part, sell it again, and have no loss on the correct product that should have been sent to me. Yelp has a handful of similar bad reviews as mine.The 5 or 6 terrible reviews you have on yelp could have easily been incredible 5 start ratings at a cost of a few hundred bucks I'm sure. The short sightedness is baffling to me.

I have purchased a number of parts from Wolf over the years. Every one of them have been in excellent condition, clean and have worked perfectly. I would never shop for used parts else where. Wolf Auto is the place to go for used, quality parts. I can't say enough about them and the shipping, even to Canada, it's fast and reasonable. Thanks Wolf

Always a pleasure. These guys sell quality used parts for European vehicles at a great price. Parts are pulled from donor cars with care. I purchased a fuel filler cover and it was in wonderful condition and i have a (pretty rare) transmission on the way via freight. Thank you team at Wolf Auto Parts, you guys are doing a great job, keep it up!!!!!!

I bought a used part from here for a car because the part new was very expensive. The part I purchased was via eBay from Wolf Auto Parts. The part shipped fast, and was the exact part I ordered and needed. I received the part In great condition. I didn t have any issues with the part. I m a very happy customer, and I look forward to doing business with Wolf Auto Parts again soon. I would highly recommend this business if your on a budget and looking for cheep used car parts. I didn t even have to go anywhere or remove anything like a typical salvage yard; I just ordered it from Wolf Auto Parts via eBay; and they removed the part and sent it to me.

The easiest company I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I bought multiple parts from them later in the day just yesterday. Not only did they give a reasonable price for everything but ontop of that gave me a $50 discount for bundling many parts. Quick n reasonable prices, def makes me a happy customer.
