I ve been buying Pro PDR Solutions products since the beginning of the companies founding. From lights and stands to tool carts and hood stands. Recently I ordered the light weight table hood stand and somehow UPS delivered it to the wrong address building. After some investigation and a few phone calls with John and Kyle, they re sending me another one to my home address. Outstanding customer service and great product. Will continue to support this company for years to come.

They took good care of me. I have a certain type of personality and even though I had ripped my power cord for my chubby light and was able to get it to work I needed a replacement and fast!! They got it to me hours before expected plus they added another extra back up cord. Def honored there warranty and went above and beyond to make sure I was back to work with no glitches in my light. Awesome customer service. Great job guys il be buying more things from you.

My FAVORITE PDR Lights! I also have many other products from Pro PDR Solutions, their PDR Tool Carts are also awesome! The customer service is excellent! If you re working in the PDR industry whether it s auto hail repair or Paintless Collision Repair... you re going to want to utilize the products from Pro PDR Solutions!

I have known Bill for over 20 years. He is a true innovator in bringing his inventions to life. He has single handily changed the paintless dent removal industry as a whole. Pro PDR sells it's product's around the world and in doing so allows us tech's to do what we do best...removing dents! Every invention he comes up with is soon copied but never duplicated. He never settles for that good enough attitude, He is always finding new ways to better past products he's developed and all the while coming up with new stuff all the time! 10 STARS!!!

I HAVE A LAMP THAT DESPITE BEING REPAIRED SEVERAL TIMES, THE PROBLEM PERSIST WITH THE CONNECTORS AND WIRE. FOR AN EXPENSIVE AND NECESSARY TOOL IT'S CERTAINLY NOT CONVENIENT USING IT HALF TIME AND REPAIRING IT THE OTHER HALF WITHOUT A PERMANENT OR FAIR SOLUTION.
