I was so impressed with Ron s! Amy was amazing! I owned my car for 2 months when someone backed into me. Amy took the lead on working with the other drivers insurance to make sure that every bit of damage was paid for. She communicated well with me throughout the entire process so I knew what to expect and what I needed to do. When I picked my car up, it looked like brand new. The area that was damaged looked perfect! And the entire car had been washed and detailed. It was such a treat to get into my car and drive it, felt like the first day I had it I won t go anywhere else if I need body work, and I will recommend Ron s to everyone I know. Their customer care is top notch and the repair on my vehicle was impeccable!

I SMOKED Bambi this past December, as you can see below the deer won. I was told by multiple places it was going to be 1 1/2 months until they even touched my car, no surprise as it's middle of winter in MN. But we contacted Ron's and were able to get it in to them sooner than others. They had my car done in a VERY REASONABLE amount of time, faster than I was anticipating. I loved the calls with updates informing us of the progress. The best part is the day I went to pick it up, I seen my car & THE AMAZING BEAUTIFUL work they did. It was SO SHINY., Looked BRAND NEW. It looked WAY BETTER than the day I brought my car home from the dealership, even AFTER the dealership detailed it. I had one minor problem after bringing it home with my headlight bulb which I DO NOT blame Ron's as I have seen something like this 1st hand when I worked for a dealership in the past. I called Amy and she was so polite and apologetic about it and really wanted to make sure it was taken care of without it being a hassle/inconvenience for me. It happened to work out that I work conveniently enough for them to come to my work and pick up my car to correct the bulb problem as their work hours are my work hours too. I greatly appreciated that. I can say from my overall experience they STRIVE to make sure they're customers aren't only just satisfied but happy and confident with their work. If I EVER have a need for body work again, Ron's will be my first call and from their workmanship I will wait however long I have to because I was THAT impressed. Thank you ALL very much. I will be recommending you & spreading the word about your company.

We are really impressed with the job they did fixing our Equinox after our daughter hit a deer. Would definitely use them again for any body work needed.

Ron and Amy were great to work with. The shop did an amazing job with dent removal and cleaned my Jeep inside and out. They went above and beyond!
