Super easy to work with. Found a car went and looked at it and walked out the door with it within 2 hours. It s my daughter first car bought on her own and he was amazing to work with. Small dealer ship great customer service! I think I found a new place to buy from now on! Thank you for making my daughter s day!

I recently purchased an F-250. Jacob made the process a breeze. I haven t had any issues with the truck, and I will definitely be going back to Jacob when I need another vehicle.

Walking in, test driving a few vehicles, and purchasing the one I wanted was a breeze. Jacob made the process a breeze and painless.Now, buying a used vehicle shouldn't come with alot of hassles as they are over looked. But...Over the course of the 30 days, things have came up, and for the most part were fixed. After 3 weeks of having the vehicle, the exhaust became extremely loud. I did take it for a second opinion and had to have half the exhaust replaced. When I presented this to the servicing department, they said basically because I didn't bring it back to them, there was nothing they could do. I sure hope this isn't the trend that happens moving forward.

Jacob and crew at Waseca County Auto are just top notch! Not only have I purchased a vehicle from them, I continue to get any service needs done with them, and recommend them for anyone looking for either! I truly appreciate their honest way of conducting business. Especially as a female, with little to no knowledge of mechanics, it s so easy to be taken advantage or overcharged for things you don t actually need. That s never the case with these guys! Thank you for always taking care of me! You re so appreciated!

I was in a pretty rough spot when I started a new job & my engine blew. I called Jacob in a panic to figure out what my options were & he gave great advice, worked with me in helping me use a rental for my new job & got me back on the road safely right away. I'll never buy a car anywhere else. I knew Jacob was a good guy as soon as I saw the dog in the lobby & he's exactly that! Trustworthy, kind and I will always recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I highly recommend purchasing your new vehicle from this dealership. I had a horrible experience with another dealership and the guys here really took care of me and made me not only feel welcomed, but appreciated my business. They really stand by the vehicles they sell, and they take care of there customers. I'm beyond happy with my purchase, and happy that my horrible experience I had with another dealership lead me here and I couldn't be more thankful. Knowledgeable, friendly, and communication is outstanding. I even got a wonderful gift in the mail to top it off. This is a great business, and I highly recommend purchasing all your vehicles with them. 5 stars

I had an amazing experience buying my 2005 Volvo XC70 from Waseca County Auto Sales. This was my first time ever buying a car and Jacob was extremely helpful and trustworthy. He was very considerate of my concerns about the vehicle and repaired the passenger side window for me. I also had a very short time frame to purchase the car and ended up getting lost on my way to the dealership, but Jacob stayed an hour after closing to wait for me to get there which I am beyond grateful for. Overall, very great costumer service and quick and easy process. I would 100% recommend buying a car from him.

These guys are the best. They helped me out in a scary situation. My car had an issue On the side of the road today and I drove my car to them and they helped me right away. They were kind & caring...Go buy a car from this awesome place. Their lot is full of beautiful cars .Nice & respectful guys there .

Jacob was great. We were lucky he stayed late. We blew a tire on our camper and he changed it for us. Highly recommend him!!! Along with his dog Harley!!

Rating their Auto service. They changed my oil and messed up my screw, also bought tires from these guys and messed up one of my tires screw as well. I was told my a mechanic from tire plus about these damages.
